Tetsumaru was genuinely suffering.
He was naked, intertwined with a world-class beauty who had ridden him as if her life depended on it for hours.
And yet, he was still suffering.
His superhuman endurance didn't cover certain more mundane aspects, such as the discomfort that precedes many consecutive ejaculations. Unable to fall back asleep, Tetsumaru tried to detach himself from the girl clinging to him, without much success.
—Hngh, stop annoying me— Mei complained with a sleepy murmur, tightening her grip and burying her face in poor Tetsumaru's neck.
It wasn't until nearly two hours later that the kunoichi fully woke up, rubbing herself with amusement and joy against her other half.
—Fufu, good morning, gorgeous. Did you sleep well?— Mei teased, fully aware of the amount of seed flooding her interior at that moment and, consequently, of the shinobi's current state.
—...Would you like to find out?— Tetsumaru suggested, his tone slightly grumpy.
—Hmm~ No, I'm fine just like this— she purred.
Both got up and felt a sense of embarrassment noticing the mess on the bed, particularly what was dripping from between Mei's legs.
They quickly cleaned both the room and the bathroom, as well as their own bodies.
Tetsumaru warned her about their "offspring" navigating inside her, but Mei reassured him, reminding him that it was a safe date and that she already had countermeasures in place.
With the matter settled, the couple prepared breakfast and began to discuss the next step of their lives.
Tetsumaru surprised Mei by forming a small gust of wind from his fingers, explaining the discovery he made on the day they fought.
—I think, at the very least, we can individually use the Elements we have at our disposal. My Magnet Release consists of Wind and Earth, and I'm quite sure there is Lightning as well. You have Water, and definitely Fire. All that's missing is Earth— he said, using their bond to keep things private.
He showed Mei a diagram of the human body marking all of their Tenketsu points.
—We don't need to waste any more time on this. We just need a safe method to develop and recreate traditional Ninjutsu.
Mei scanned the diagram and frowned, looking at Tetsumaru with jealousy flashing in her eyes.
—So that's how you saw those cats again. How long have you had this in your hands, and when were you planning to share it with me?— she questioned.
—I obtained it during the search. And when I got back, I was really tired, and yesterday you didn't let me do anything else— Tetsumaru excused himself.
Reluctantly, Mei accepted her share of the blame.
—This is a step forward, but I've never been able to use fire without damaging my chakra pathways. Knowing where they are is one thing, but knowing which ones to use is something else entirely— she commented with a pensive expression.
—I have an idea regarding that matter... But it will require sacrificing something in exchange— Tetsumaru hinted.
Mei stared at him intently for a while.
The dining table fell silent, and the half-eaten toast was pushed aside, ignored in the face of the magnitude of the problem.
—Geez... What are you suggesting?— Mei asked with a sigh. She couldn't think of anything herself, and listening to her other half's proposal wouldn't hurt.
—We have no guide, no master. We don't have scrolls with Ninjutsu, nor are we invulnerable to the consequences of experimenting with chakra. In the world of Naruto, very few shinobi would ever break out of that stalemate— Tetsumaru began.
Mei nodded in agreement. Even geniuses of the caliber of Orochimaru and Minato had received instruction during their childhood.
—But the thing is, we aren't in the world of Naruto— Tetsumaru released his chakra, pulling his suit with its sand-filled conduits toward him. —Technology, Mei. Technology is our advantage.
Mei remained silent for a while, considering Tetsumaru's words while she observed the support item.
It was true that this world contained many science fiction elements, and UA would undoubtedly be among the places with the most advanced knowledge and resources.
However, it was impossible to access such resources without offering something in return, and even if Nezu allowed it, they couldn't be helped if they didn't share information.
Just as had happened with Ragdoll.
—We would be exposing almost all of our cards, Tetsumaru. Would you trust these people to that extent?— Mei questioned with a doubtful expression.
As a transmigrant, the need to hide as much information as possible was fundamental, and as the incarnation of a kunoichi, the idea of exposing her abilities was repulsive.
Her own body rejected such a possibility.
—Mei, you're aware that I can now use Shunshin no Jutsu. Do you know how that happened?— Tetsumaru asked, and Mei felt like she wasn't going to like the answer.
—Don't come at me with some My Little Pony friendship crap, please!— the girl groaned in annoyance.
Tetsumaru got up from his chair and walked around the table, hugging Mei from behind and giving her a kiss on the cheek.
Despite herself, Mei felt her disdain vanish without any logical explanation.
—I can't even explain it myself. I just felt that I could do so much more, regardless of Vlad or Aizawa's words. I went against my nature, against my own lack of interest in everything.
Not for you, not for me, not for the threat of a hell waiting for our orifices, or out of some misplaced sense of duty.
It was simply because I could, because I wanted to— Tetsumaru pulled the chair back with Mei still sitting in it, turning her around and forcing her to look him in the eye.
The shinobi dropped to one knee, smiling tenderly at his other half.
Mei's heart beat faster than before, a fleeting shimmer lighting up her eyes.
—I'm not asking you to give up your life for the well-being of a stranger. I'm asking you to take my hand, to accompany me, to advise me, to scold me, to look after me, and to help me. I'm asking you to trust me.
Mei pinched her arm discreetly, pulling herself out of the enchantment she had fallen into.
—Are you asking me for a favor or proposing marriage!?— she complained, waving her hands in exasperation.
Even so, Tetsumaru continued smiling, waiting for an answer he already knew.
Mei sulked at her other half's condescension, but there was little she could do.
—Tch, whatever. But don't make these dramatic scenes if you're not being serious!— she warned.
Tetsumaru chuckled and pulled her into a hug, melting the temperamental kunoichi.
His smug smile vanished when she threw him onto the table and demanded action.

That same afternoon, Mei focused on studying and memorizing the diagram Tetsumaru had given her, as well as practicing the Shunshin no Jutsu.
Although Tetsumaru used wind for his technique, the internal mechanics were the same, and Mei was able to launch herself at high speeds across the vast field.
Given the current events, they remained the only members of Class 1-A to have moved into the dormitories.
Todoroki was set to arrive today, but Aizawa still had to have uncomfortable talks with the families of the others. Tetsumaru wished him luck.
So, to make the most of the time—and give his balls a rest—Tetsumaru urged Mei to master the Shunshin while he experimented with Wind Release.
He hadn't had the time to do so before, as every wisp of chakra was precious. He still hadn't fully recovered, and Mei's constant assaults weren't helping matters.
But while the shinobi was attempting to contain a Wind Blade over his palm and Mei was crashing into the branches of a tree, two and a half figures approached their position.
Tetsumaru turned as soon as they entered his perception range, looking at a bandaged Hawks, Nezu perched on his shoulder, and a lady dressed in a formal suit who was studying him intently.
