1st Ausgust, Year 1025
Sunlight filtered softly through the window, falling on the black haired young man whose silver eyed could charm many woman.
Waking up, the young man blinked his eyes open. With a quite groan he stretches his body, he pushes himself to the washroom. He washed his facem brushed his teeth, and had an cool shower.
After a few minutes, the young man stepped with a towel at his waist. He looked at the neatly folded uniform placed on the bed.
The young man quickly dressed, neatly and stood before the tall mirror. The young man was dressed in a white shirt, with a black blazer trimmed with golden edges, and ffitted dark trousers. At the blazer pocket, a silver insignia of twin swords entwined around a star, shimmered faintly.
The young man quitely admired the to the image reflected on the mirror.
The reflection staring back at him was that of a young man around seventeen. His hair was jet black, smooth yet slightly messy, falling just above his eyes. Those eyes wer sharp, silver like polished steel, carried both calmness and quiet intensity. His features were well-defined; a straight nose, a clean jawline. His build was lean yet athletic, showing the faint outline of someone who had trained hard.
"As always, handsome." The young man was none other than Ryu.
Who was getting ready for the first day of thr academy. After reaching the academy two days earlier, he directly went to the administration block of the academy where he shown the enrollment letter. They allocated him the dorm where he will stay for all his academic year. Though it was small, but cozy and comfortable.
"To what I remember, higer ranked student were allocated luxury dorm. Saying it as a mansion wouldd understimated," Ryu said as remembering from the book.
According to the performance of the student performanced during the entrance exam, they were ranked. And according to rank, they were allocated different level of facilty.
He walked outside the dormitory and called a taxi. And yes, the World Academy was so large, that it was distributed into five district. He was currently in residential district.
As he neared the acdemy, he could see the large crowd of students. Getting down and paying the taxi driver, he could see the line of luxury cars like limousines which was a symbol of nobility.
Nobles, typical high class people with silver spooned. Just offending them was asking to get yourself killed.
Sp, naaturally Ryu turned from that direction. He quickly wnt throught the sea of people and finf his way to the large gloden gate of the World Academy.
After standing in queue for half an hour, he went throught the identification process. After the regostration in the academy, they were given a holographic watch. Where student detail, rank, course etc. were shown. So naturally it works as a ID card.
Clicking on the watch, a blue holographic screen appeared.

Looking at the class, Ryu had a sigh of relief. You would ask, why? So answer is naturally that he wasn't in the Main characters class.
Due to their outstanding performance ther were allocated S class. And in the whole academy there is only one single S class, having 60 students.
As compared to other class which were divided into more batched. And naturally, Ryu who performed just above cut off for the academy enrollment naturally placed in the lowest class.
After completing the identification process, Ryu was flabbergasted. Even knowing that academy is like a living city, he still shocked due to the extravagant.
"Did they spend half of the human domain money here?" Ryu cpuldn't helped but asked himself.
After the moment of surprised he calmed down. Maybe its normal. The World Academy, os the number one academy in the human domain.
As the signs on the holographic screen present in the center, directing all the first year student to the large auditorium. Looking from afar, it was a literal stadium.
After reaching the stadium entrance, he was aksed to seat according to the rank, written on the seat. So naturally, his seat was almost furthest from the stage.
As if remembering something from the novel, the requirement of the Academy was being a awakened. Those who awakened and according to the grade of their talent, they can naturally achieved higher rank. But just being an awakened human is in itslef challenging.
1 in a 1000 human can only hope to awaken. So, one may ask, how he was able to enroll without being awaken. Answer to that queation is, Special program.
Its for those student who haven't awakened but have strong willpower, and ressilence mind.It was the grace for most people who unable to awaken, but the test was also strict. Just the test, made the previous Ryu die. So one can imagine the test.
After finding his sear, he sat upon, and looked towards the surrounding. Most of the 1st year already arrived, while the seniors sitting at the first floor of the stadium.
The top student were naturally at the front row of seat.
The stadium was filled with noise.
"Hmmm, I hope evryone can be silent, as the 1st year orientation is going to start."
A loud rough sound was heard , prompting everyone to be quite.
"Thank you," the announcer continued. "Now, I would like to hand over the stage to our esteemed Headmistress — Elara Vaelwyn."
The moment the name was spoken, everyone breath hitched with excitementans awe. Murmuring broke out instantly.
"Headmistress Elara…" someone whispered.
"She's really coming in person?" another student breathed.
"she's one of the Nine Pillars of humanity," a third voice added, almost reverently.
Because the headmistress was a woman of legend. Not only she is beautiful but also one of the nine most powerful person in the human domain.
A figure appeared from tha backsatge.
Ryu's eyes widened slightly.
The woman who walked forward was like a flame given form. Her long crimson hair cascaded down her back like molten silk, glowing faintly under the soft mana lights above. She wore a dark, high-collared uniform similar in design to the academy's faculty attire — elegant yet commanding — accentuated by faint runic lines woven into the fabric.
Her presence alone was enough to make the air feel heavier. It wasn't oppressive, but powerful — the kind of aura that made people instinctively straighten their backs and hold their breath.
Her sharp eyes — deep emerald, almost glowing — swept across the audience with quiet authority. And when she spoke, her voice was smooth, rich, and clear, carrying effortlessly to every corner of the hall.
"Welcome students"
