Suicune smiled, then nodded slightly. "I like the aura about you; you are a human beloved by nature and Pokémon. I hope you can continue to maintain this heart and steadfastly walk your chosen path."
"Allow me to give you a blessing, as a gift for our first meeting."
The Divine Blessing
As soon as it finished speaking, a ball of blue light separated from Suicune's body and merged into Kaito. In an instant, Kaito felt pure exhilaration bloom in his mind. He could feel the rich Water-type energy around him, and with just a thought, he could command this energy as easily as his own limbs.

Effect One: Can use Water-type moves like a Water-type Pokémon, with specific power depending on one's own level.
