{Violet's Pov}
Waking up early today, I decided to go for a run because Alara has been nagging me for a while now for not letting her take control which I'm guilty for. Heading to the backyard that leads to the forest I took off my clothes placing it on the table meant for change of clothes before shifting into my wolf form. I stretched my paws as I flexed my muscles, getting accustomed to the feeling of being in wolf form. Lowering my front paws and raising my behind as if I was about to take a huge leap, I rushed forwards running through the woods as the breeze touched my black fur making me revel in the feeling, sensation I had to miss because of my busy schedule.
Reaching the river that separates my pack from the Blood Moon pack, I bent down to drink to quench my thirst. Looking at my reflection in the water, the familiar face I know is now replaced with a huge Black Wolf with very dark fur, a white fur moved from my nose to my forehead creating a white diamond shape enhancing the beauty and aura of my wolf. Looking at the familiar deep Violet eyes staring back at me, it holds resilience, strength and ambition in its gaze.
"You like what you see?" Alara asked drawing me out of my daze.
"I love, love" I replied teasing back making her chuckle.
"Let's haunt a game before going back" she suggested making me grin as the thought of having a rabbit soup made my mouth water.
"Alright" I agreed rising from the ground about to turn to leave only to feel like I'm being watched. Hurriedly turning my head in the direction I felt the gaze from only to find a pure white owl perched on a tree gazing straight at me with its big blue eyes.
"Hmm, it seems like the Hemlock's security birds are also active in this area, nice" I noted impressed at their hardwork when it comes to the safety and security of the pack before running into the woods to begin the hunt.
{Narrator's pov}
Somewhere miles away from the pack, a lady in her early 20's with Ocean Blue eyes and black hair was watching over Violet through the Owl's eye. When Violet was completely out of sight she disconnected the link with the Owl teleporting it back to the room she was in. The room has a witchy design as collections of scrolls and magic wands were lined up on the wall and magic potions placed on rows of shelves.
"Good job Sally" She said rubbing the Owl's head affectionately making the owl snuggle it's head closer to her touch.
"Well met Mrs. Hawthorne, I was asked to collect the new batch of potions" a young looking witch said greeting her superior.
"Oh alright Beverly, make sure you don't spill it on your way out or you might just turn into a frog or a headless witch" Mrs. Hawthorne warned as she cackles giving a evil vibe making the young witch shudder as she hurriedly exits the room.
***Back at the Crescent moon pack***
Violet was finally done with her hunt, catching three rabbits. Because she couldn't transform into her human form due to not having any clothes on after transforming, she decided to carry the rabbit to the pack house in her mouth.
On getting to the backyard where she left her clothes, she dropped the rabbits before transforming back into a human. Putting on her clothes hurriedly as she bends down to take her catch after she was fully dressed. Placing two rabbits in one hand the other in another, she made her way into the pack house, heading straight for the main kitchen.
"Good afternoon Aunt Susan" Violet greeted the cook as she placed her catch on the table.
"Oh good afternoon Miss. Violet, how are you today?" Aunt Susan asked staring at Violet with adoration as she is a big fan of Violet.
"I'm doing well thank you, can you please make rabbit soup tonight? I caught some when I went for a run." She said with sparkling eyes as the image of all types of delicacy flooded her mind making her drool.
"Yes Miss Violet, anything for you" Aunt Susan said staring dottingly at the young lady that saved her grandson from traffickers.
"Thank you" Violet said as she heads towards her room to shower.
After washing up she decided to wear a black tank top and white shorts, packing her hair into a ponytail. Exiting her room she headed to the dining to have lunch before deciding to visit her best friend in the hospital and to check on her cute little nephew.
Exiting the pack house, she came face to face with two representatives of the PSC as they made their way as they were escorted into the pack house by Beta Evan.
Exchanging greetings with the familiar group, Violet had a bad feeling about their arrival as they have been told that they wouldn't be receiving any mission any time soon.
Taking out a teleportation scroll she got from Noire, she tore it up after writing down her destination, immediately she was sucked forward only to find herself at Bella's hospital room. Turning towards Bella who was breast feeding, she moved forward to congratulate her friends as they caught up on a lot and taking turns to watch after the baby.
Around 8 at night, Dan finally arrived from work as he was being prepared to take over the back from his Dad.
"Good evening Vi" he said nodding at me as he moved to the bed kissing Bella on her forehead. "Good evening honey, how do you feel now?" He asked stroking her hair. "I feel much better" she said giving him her brightest smile.
Violet was about to leave when Dan called her back. "Vi, Dad wants to speak with you in the office" he said as he now focused on his family. "Alright" Violet whispered as she took out another scroll writing down her destination before tearing it in half.
Appearing right in front of the Alpha's office about to knock. "Come in Vi" Alpha Matt said already sensing her presence. "Good evening Alpha" she greeted as she made her way into the room. Beta Evan was also in the room but he chose to sit at the desk at the corner of the office.
"Have a sit, I have something important to discuss with you" Alpha Matt gestured towards the sit opposite him, his expression was extremely serious make Violet to compose herself well.
"I need you to accompany me to the treaty ball taking place at Blood Moon pack next week and I need you to be at your best behaviour. I know the vampires took your family but they also took my sweet little sister and I still can't forgive them. We just have to compromise for the sake of our pack" Matt said looking at the changing expression of his niece, the only surviving child his sister Aurelia left in his care.
"Why do we have to be the one to compromise? How can we just over look what they've done to us through the years? Those blood sucking leeches killed my family, your sister and you want them to go scot-free?. They kidnapped and experiment on innocent cubs, destroyed an entire clan. If you decide to forgive them after all this just know I will never forgive them, they need to be punished for their crimes and I won't let those blood sucking leeches go until justice is served" Violet argued as the corners of her eyes turned red, she looked over at her Uncle/ Alpha sizing him up in disappointment, she turn around and exit the room slamming the door to express her anger.
"I hope you someday understand" Alpha Matt murmured placing his hand on his head to rub his throbbing temples.
