Power mechanism;
This world has typical power types;
1. Awakeners : Those humans or hybrids which got powers and awakened their specific roles or skills or elemental affinities.
2. Hybrids : Hybrids can have innate powers and many of these hybrids borns with specific powers i.e. Wolf kins have typically Ice or Thunder or both.
3. Mythic or Rare Lineages: Just as name say , you'll find out automatically later about it .
HOW POWER PROGRESSION WORKS:
1. Absorb Mana orbs or Cores : Kill monsters to get their cores or find orbs then absorb their mana/magic/power to reach at peak of your stages or rank levels.
2. Refine your skills or Keep working hard:
Same as how common people work hard to increase their prowess and becomes strong while.
3. Longevity :
Only for those species or lineage which have longer life spans.
BREAKTHROUGH/LEVEL UP :
When some reaches at specific power level or stage like let's say C rank and very close to B-rank they go through stage where their bodies emit so much mana and tries to build up baseline again for higher levels . Like upgrading your car for fast drag race .
~70% Breakthrough/Level up out of becomes successful.

RANKINGS AND CLASSIFICATIONS:
Same way as we measure force with Newton or Pascle .
Here mana/power is measured in P-points.
Above S :10M + (enough for a city or state )

S-rank: 1-10M (Again enough for a city)
A-rank : 500K-1M (enough for Dominanting area bigger than ~30 Football court)
B-rank: 100K-500K ( Enough todominate area equal to 5 Football court or village)
C-rank: 50K-100K (Enough to lift a truck or train engine)
D-Rank: 1K-50K (Enough to stop/wreck a speeding truck)
E-Rank: Barely Unhuman 1-1000
