First of all, thank you for reading my novel and supporting me so far. I truly appreciate every one of you who has taken the time to dive into my story. I understand that the plot hasn't fully unfolded yet, that's because I wanted to build a strong, immersive world first, one that makes the later, intense parts of the story even more impactful.
Recently, however, I faced a major setback: my contract application was rejected due to "excessive AI use." This came as a shock to me because all the story content published so far has been written by me. I've only used AI to help fix grammar and polish sentences, not to write the plot or world. Unfortunately, it's left me unable to apply again at the moment.
To be honest, I've been dealing with some personal challenges for a long time. I struggle to keep regular jobs because my mind drifts constantly into the worlds of stories I've read. Even with psychiatric help, I haven't been able to settle into normal work life, I've already been fired three times because of it. So, I turned to writing as a way to turn this "flaw" into something meaningful—a way to earn a living while doing what I can't help but think about.
Right now, I'm financially struggling, and writing means a lot to me, not just as a passion, but as a lifeline. That's why I've decided to pause this story for now. I'll be reworking everything, editing it entirely on my own, without any external tools, to prevent further issues.
It will take time, but I want to do it right. Once I'm done, I'll come back stronger, with a story that's both true to my heart and safe from rejection.
