Cedric exhaled and opened his eyes, then slowly looked down at his chest.
…By now, it was no surprise that his mana core had grown quite a bit.
Over the course of the past weeks, every night, he had been alternating with Aika to grow his mana core. Now, it was quite large for someone who had started his cultivation far later than his peers.
However, he didn't plan on relenting, and would continue expanding his core every night, because he had now made up his mind that he would keep ascending the Grades of power.
There were so many things happening in the worlds right now that were either out of his control, threatening the person he cared about, or directly targeting him. In order to protect, to uncover the truth, and to live his life in peace, the way he wanted, he needed to keep growing.
But the thing was, the higher grades were a bit tougher to reach, because other requirements, aside from just meeting the evolution quotients, began to factor in.
