Chapter 130: The Tyrannosaurus Pirates
New World - Northern Sea - Near Deserted Island
The Marine warship plowed through the waves, churning white foam in its wake.
On the deck, Zephyr stood with arms crossed, his purple hair whipping in the wind, a gleam of anticipation in his eyes.
He looked past the waves toward the grotesque, beast-like warship anchored at the edge of the island—the Tyrannosaurus. A cold smirk touched his lips.
"Brats, looks like you're being underestimated."
He glanced back at the three figures behind him, his tone teasing but serious. "I heard the Tyrannosaurus Pirates love hunting swordsmen. They wiped out three sword clans. They especially look down on anyone who uses a blade."
SHING—!
Before he could finish, two distinct, sharp auras erupted!
Zoro drew all three of his swords, the blades glinting coldly, his eyes burning with battle lust. "Heh... interesting."
Kuina rested her hand on Wado Ichimonji, her gaze sharp as a razor. "Just in time to test my new techniques."
However, just as their fighting spirits soared—
"BOOM—!!!"
A wave of pure, unadulterated wildness exploded from behind them!
Zephyr raised an eyebrow. Luffy's body was expanding rapidly, pink-gold dragon scales emerging from his skin!
He grew into his four-meter-tall Hybrid form, sharp dragon horns extending from his forehead, golden slit pupils radiating cold light!
His dragon tail coiled, claws clenched, the very air trembling with his rage!
"RRAAAAAAAAAHHHHH——!!"
Luffy roared at the sky, a gale blasting from his mouth. "SO IT WAS THEM WHO STOPPED ME FROM EATING?!!!"
"BANG—!!!"
He stomped, shattering the deck beneath him, and launched himself into the air like a thunderbolt, shooting straight toward the island!
Zephyr threw his head back and laughed. "Bwahahaha! Go get 'em, brats!"
"This is the wave of Justice for the new era!!!"
Zoro and Kuina flashed forward, trailing light across the sea, following close behind!
Deserted Island - Tyrannosaurus Pirates' Camp
On the bow of the ship, 'Tyrant King' Drake stood like a mountain, his massive axe in hand.
Seeing the three figures approaching, he grinned savagely.
"They're actually charging us? Reckless little bugs."
He slammed his axe into the deck with a deafening boom!
"Men—prepare the 'Welcome Ceremony'!"
"YES SIR!!!"
The pirates roared, pulling levers on the ship.
Click-clack-click-clack—!
Hidden gun ports popped open along the hull with the sound of grinding gears. Dozens of heavy black cannons aimed at the sky—
"FIRE—!!!"
"BOOM! BOOM! BOOM—!!!"
Iron shells rained down, cannons roaring, tearing the sky apart! The blast waves surged, threatening to shatter the heavens!
Luffy, in dragon form, narrowed his golden eyes, unleashing a terrifying pressure!
He spread his claws, pink-gold scales flaring. Wind swirled around him, turning him into the eye of a hurricane!
"Demolition Wind—!!"
SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!!!
Countless tangible wind blades converged, spun, and surged around him, forming a dragon-shaped barrier of wind that smashed into the incoming barrage!
The next second—
"BOOM!!! BOOM—!!!"
Explosions rocked the air. Dozens of shells detonated before they could reach Luffy, flames rolling like roaring red dragons, turning the sky into an inferno!
But the wind blades cut through the smoke and fire. Luffy burst through the sea of flames unharmed, accelerating!
"YOU BASTARDS MADE ME MISS LUNCH... COME DOWN HERE AND PAY ME BACK WITH MEAT—!!!"
He whipped his dragon tail, the wind propelling him into a spinning dive!
"Flying Dragon: Fang Rush!"
Like a meteor, he smashed into the deck! The entire pirate ship shuddered violently! The deck shattered instantly, a shockwave blasting outward!
"CRASH!!!"
Wood, iron plating, and pirates went flying!
Luffy stood in the crater of the deck, hands on hips, golden eyes locking onto the figure at the bow. "Are you that 'Dora-something'? The mastermind behind my starvation?"
Drake frowned, about to respond—
"Damn brat!!!"
Vice Captain Gal roared and charged, his body expanding rapidly—
"Dragon-Dragon Fruit, Ancient Zoan, Model: Stegosaurus!!"
ROAR—!!
He transformed into a massive stegosaurus, snapping his jaws at Luffy's throat!
SMACK!
Luffy's claws shot out, catching the sharp fangs mid-bite!
"BOOM!!!"
The next second, he lifted Gal and slammed him into the cabin wall! The wall exploded, steel beams twisting!
Amidst the debris and dust, Gal collapsed, blood trickling from his mouth, his eyes full of shock. "This guy... isn't a normal Marine!"
At the same time—
"SHING—!!!"
Two figures burst from the sea mist!
"Three-Sword Style: Black Rope Dragon Twister!!"
Zoro spun like a tornado, his three swords creating a vortex of slashes. Pirates fell like wheat, blood and wind intertwining!
Kuina followed closely, her steps like shadows, Wado Ichimonji flashing silver—
"One-Sword Style: Flash Cut!"
ZIP!
A pirate officer was cut down before he could even pull the trigger!
Chaos erupted. Screams, sword light, and fire merged into a hellish storm.
Vice Captain Gal rose from the ruins, maintaining his hybrid form, roaring through a mouthful of fangs. "Three-Sword Style? Let's see if you can block my sword-jaw bite!"
Combat Captain Selena walked out elegantly, her red eyes glowing like a night demon. "A woman? Heh, I hate female swordsmen."
"Cat-Cat Fruit, Ancient Zoan, Model: Shadow Panther!"
Fwoosh!
She melded into the shadows on the ground. The next moment, claws erupted from the darkness, aiming for Kuina!
Kuina spun, deflecting the shadows with a slash, her gaze electric. "Coward who hides in the dark!"
Drake swung his battle axe, staring at the charging Luffy, and roared. "COME ON!!!"
Three on three. The strong gathered. The battle exploded!
On the warship, Zephyr stood at the bow, his hawk-like eyes calmly assessing the battle.
"Hmm... not bad."
He stroked his chin, a satisfied smile appearing. "These three brats have better teamwork than I expected."
His adjutant whispered, "Instructor Zephyr, should we provide support?"
Zephyr shook his head. "No need."
He watched Luffy, who was flipping the deck upside down, fighting a hundred men at once. "But... why is Luffy so cranky today?"
The adjutant whispered, "Because... you dragged him here all the way without letting him eat a single bite..."
Zephyr turned, bewildered. "...Huh?!!"
"BOOM—!!!"
The deck exploded!
Drake's muscles swelled like rocks, veins bulging. His bones reshaped, his skin covered in dark red scales!
Spines erupted from his back, his eyes turned blood red, and fangs grew long!
—Dragon-Dragon Fruit, Ancient Zoan, Model: Indominus Rex (Hybrid Form)!!
"GRAAAAAHHH—!!!"
The roar shook the ship!
He punched, the wind screaming!
"Don't get cocky, you bastard—!"
"BAM!!!"
Luffy didn't retreat. He swung his dragon claw, meeting the punch head-on!
Fist met claw. The sea breeze reversed, shockwaves scattering. Two dragon-like beasts roared and clashed, sparks flying!
"TAKE THIS—!!"
"YOU'RE THE ONE WHO STOPPED ME FROM EATING?!!"
"BOOM!!!"
"IT'S YOUR FAULT I'M HUNGRY?!!"
WHAM—BAM!!!
Luffy attacked like a madman, abandoning all form. Dragon tail sweeps, wind pressure slashes, chain punches—each faster than the last!
Drake blocked and retreated, his face twisting in confusion and rage as he roared back, "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU SCREAMING ABOUT?!!"
"WHO STOLE YOUR FOOD, YOU BASTARD?!!"
"I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO YOU ARE—!!!"
The next moment—
"BAM!!!"
Drake was smashed backward by a punch, his back crashing into the broken main mast. The ship groaned, cracks spreading across the deck like a spiderweb!
Luffy stood there, hair standing on end, roaring at the sky, claws clenched.
"GIVE—ME—BACK—MY—MEAT!!!"
Struggling to stand, Drake roared, "...I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT!!!"
On the sea, Zephyr's shoulders shook with laughter. He turned back to his men.
"I told you. A hungry Luffy is the most terrifying thing in the world."
