"How surprising, are you really running away from a lowly human?" I inquired tauntingly, as I swung my new blade across with a smirk.
"This...this cannot be. How are you using that?! A human like you should not be able to wield it!"
"Guess I'm just built different," I shrugged, before adding as I used Appraisal on her again, "Well, now, your stats have definitely gone down. Of course, you are still a lot more powerful than I am, but somehow, I'm not too worried. You're far from full strength thanks to the instability in the flow of your Mana, and on top of that, you've lost your weapon."

All that said, I'm still at a disadvantage, I was half-bluffing to try and taunt her, in an effort to get her riled up...hopefully, that'll make her moves easier to read, because I'm going to need every advantage I can get.
Even with the boost from my new weapon, I'm still a lot weaker than she is.
If only I had a bit more MP, I could raise my chances a bit further...I'll be able to use it if I can hold off on expending any more Mana for a few minutes, less if I can absorb some from her through this new blade.
Here she comes...
As the Demon swooped down towards me, I shot forward and swung my blade across as she closed in and slashed at my eyes with her claws.
She winced as my blade sliced through her claws, before spinning herself across with a powerful, angled flap of her wings, whipping her tail towards me.
The end of her tail struck the right side of my face, my head jerking across to the left before she drove her foot towards my stomach.
I slashed my blade across as her foot closed in on me, slicing through her calf and slowing her kick down, my feet skidding back across the ground as her foot collided against my stomach, knocking the wind out of me as I struggled to stay standing, tasting blood in my mouth.
I mustered up my strength and raced away as she chased after me, before leaping across as she put on a sharp burst of speed with a powerful flap of her wings and swung her arm across, inflicting a shallow cut across my upper back as I narrowly evaded her slash.
I spun across as she lunged in towards me, twisting my body across as she drove her arm towards my chest, her claws grazing my left side as her arm shot through the gap below my armpit, before I swiftly jammed my blade into her forearm, eliciting a sharp hiss of pain before I swiftly reached out to her head with my other hand.
Her eyes widened in alarm before she quickly tilted her body back, my fingertips briefly coming into contact with the base of her neck as I chanted...

She screamed in agony as blood burst out of her mouth, running down her chin and neck before she drove her foot out furiously, her heel slamming against my blade as I yanked it out of her arm and just barely lowered it time.
The impact jarred my arm as I got sent flying back through the air, my feet skidding across the stone slabs as I managed to maintain my balance and landed, tossing my blade to my left hand as my right arm trembled in pain.
She stumbled back shakily while clutching her chest, blood pouring out of her mouth as she gritted her teeth.
I absorbed a decent amount of Mana while my blade was lodged in her arm, but it's still not enough to use that Skill...I'm going to need a bit more.
"Starting to realize that you could die? My last attack weakened you even further, didn't it? Think you can keep fighting?" I inquired with a smirk, pointing my blade at her.
"Y-You human bastard...I'll split you open and suffocate you with YOUR OWN GUTS!!!" She snarled viciously, as she charged towards me at full speed...but she was definitely slower than before.
She unfurled a vicious flurry of slashes with her claws as she closed in on me, inflicting a few cuts and scratches across my skin as I failed to fully block or deflect some of her strikes, but each time her claws collided against my blade, she took damage.
She zipped up as I slashed at her throat, narrowly evading the attack, before I swung my blade up as she drove her claws down towards the top of my head, deflecting them away.
As her claws snapped off and began to grow back, she hissed in pain as I drove my blade forward and sliced through her left side, the edge of the blade grazing her ribs, before I leapt across to my right as her tail shot down towards me, evading it before manifesting a copy of my old blade and flinging it at her with a rapid spin as she began to fly up and get some distance.
She deflected it away with a swipe of her hand, striking it with her claws, before she swooped down with immense speed, driving her claws towards my face with a vicious thrust of her arm.
I deflected her claws away with my blade, before driving my hand towards her chest, stiffening as she grabbed my wrist before I could reach her.
"I will not let you use that on me again!" She snapped, before I let out a sharp gasp of pain as she broke my wrist with a violent twist, a sickening crunch ringing out as she snapped the bones like twigs.
She tightened her grip on my broken wrist before lifting me up and flinging me away as I swung my blade at her eyes, grazing the spot by the side of her left eye as she threw me across the space.
I twisted my body across to regain my balance as I went flying towards a pillar, my feet slamming against it before I leapt off it as she tore a stone slab off the ground and flung it at me like a frisbee, the slab spinning through the air and crashing onto the pillar as I narrowly avoided it.
Sh-Shit, I can't move my right hand at all.

"I will kill you even if it's the last thing I do!" She yelled as she shot towards me through the air.
"Finally...that last scratch I inflicted gave me just enough MP to use this. Time for an extra boost," I remarked, before chanting as she began to close in on me, "
