Chapter 27 - Chapter 27:Heaven, earth, man, three demons

The Flying Yasha, a legendary and fearsome demon, is known for its massive strength and terrifying presence. With skin like steel, these creatures are capable of low-altitude gliding, their sharp bone armor nearly impervious to most attacks. They are a rank of demon generals, born from the depths of the Abyss, with intelligence and martial prowess on par with humans, making them nearly unbeatable for any cultivator below the realm of divine power.

To deal with a Flying Yasha, only those who have reached the God's Domain—the highest level of cultivation—can hope to suppress it. These demons are not only physically resilient but also possess an innate vitality so strong that even severing their head will not stop them. Their lower half will continue to fight for hours before finally succumbing to death. To kill one requires great skill, teamwork, and strength.

As Fang Han observed, the danger was immediate and pressing. He recalled his studies in All Worlds, where the Flying Yasha and their kin were depicted as the most terrifying of demonkind, the culmination of the Abyssal demons' evolution. A single Flying Yasha could command thousands of lesser demons. And now, ten of them stood before him.

"Those ten are the demon generals..." Fang Han muttered grimly. His heart was racing as he assessed the situation.

Meanwhile, the demons surrounding the group laughed sinisterly. The demon holding a dark steel trident spoke in clear human language, saying:

"Ah, Yuhua Sect, so many disciples gathered here today. How fortunate for us! There will be much bloodshed, especially from your Divine Transformation experts. We can refine their corpses into powerful Golden Corpse Warriors and take their spirit artifacts."

The demon's eyes glowed red as it scanned the disciples of Yuhua Sect. When Fang Han met its gaze, a wave of dizziness and nausea surged through him. It felt as though he were falling into a pool of blood, the smell of decay filling his nostrils.

These Flying Yasha were no mere brutes; they were intelligent beings capable of sophisticated strategies and understanding complex languages. This was not some primitive, mindless monster but a cunning and deadly adversary.

Yuan Jiankong, the tenth-ranked disciple of the Mountain River List, spoke coldly:

"You demons, always fighting amongst yourselves. What is this—an alliance?"

The Red Dust Prince—the young, effeminate demon—smiled and responded in a languid voice, like silk flowing from his lips:

"The Demon Emperors of the Abyssal Underworld have formed an agreement with the great Demon Lords of our sect. Our goal is to purge the world of the Ten Celestial Sects, starting with the Desolate Sands Desert. After this, we will sweep across the kingdoms, one by one, destroying your precious kingdoms and establishing a new world where humans, demons, and beasts coexist."

His voice dropped to a whisper as he added:

"We will build a world without the divisions of beauty and ugliness, good and evil. A world where the strong rule, and the weak perish. The golden age will return, a time when humans, gods, demons, and beasts lived as equals in a single world."

The Red Dust Prince continued, his eyes scanning Mo Shijie and the royal princesses with a disturbing gaze:

"Your death is just the beginning, my dear."

Fang Han was deep in thought. The terms Demon Emperors and Red Dust Prince triggered a memory from All Worlds, where demons were divided into three categories:

Human Demons—Humans who practice demonic cultivation to achieve divine powers, such as those from the Seven Demonic Sects, like the Innate Demon Sect and Endless Grief Sect.Abyssal Demons—Creatures born from the Abyss, savage and brutal, but highly intelligent.Heavenly Demons—Mysterious beings from beyond the stars, who specialize in conquest and destruction.

Each category had its own hierarchy, with the strongest being the Demon Gods of the Heavenly Demon realm, followed by the Demon Emperors of the Abyssal realm, and the Demon Lords of the Human Demons.

The Flying Yasha were a terrifying force, and the mere idea of facing ten of them made Fang Han's blood run cold.

Suddenly, Mo Shijie's voice broke through his thoughts, and she turned to Yuan Jiankong, a sly grin forming on her face:

"Brother Yuan, you handle the Red Dust Prince. The rest of us will take care of these Flying Yasha. Let's show them what Yuhua Sect is capable of!"

She flicked her wrist, and a long golden rope flew out of her hand, its tips adorned with purple-gold bells. The rope twisted through the air like a serpent, latching onto the Flying Yasha. At the same time, her blue flying sword shot into the sky, its blade gleaming like a comet, cleaving through the air toward the demons.

As she commanded, the other disciples released their flying swords, creating a formation in the shape of a five-pointed star. Their combined powers formed a massive rotating column of sword energy, a fierce vortex of destruction that sent sand flying in all directions.

Fang Han observed the chaos unfolding. Yuan Jiankong's Silver Serpent Sword shot forward, wrapping around the Red Dust Prince, its blade coiling like a serpent about to strike.

The Flying Yasha roared in fury as the golden rope tangled around them, their power significantly weakened. Even their fierce strength was no match for the magic-infused rope, which sapped their strength and made their movements sluggish.

The fight was escalating quickly.

Mo Shijie's voice rang out again:

"External disciples, prepare for battle! Protect the perimeter and take down the bandits!"

Princess Hong Yi and Liu Kang, along with the royal family, sprang into action, heading toward the sand bandits charging from the distance.

Fang Han didn't hesitate. He unsheathed his Demon-Slaying Sword, its edge glowing with blue light, and charged into the ranks of the bandits, his sword dancing through the air, cutting down enemies in a flurry of movement. The battle had begun, and there was no turning back now.
