Justin Hammer stood up from the chaos, straightened his expensive suit, and, with a self-righteous sense of moral superiority on his face, he pointed at Henry and said righteously.
"Look at what you've done?! You're flouting the law! You're trampling on order! You're just like your brother! You're all a bunch of people who only know how to use violence to solve problems and are out of control..."
His words stopped abruptly.
Because Henry just glanced at him lightly.
Then, his eyes lit up red.
The next second, two beams of blazing light instantly shot out from Henry's eyes!

Then, his body, like Hammer before, turned into a wisp of smoke in two red lights.

The entire hall fell into deathly silence.

Senator Stern pointed at Henry, his lips trembling, unable to utter a complete sentence.
Henry spoke, his voice still calm, but it was like a heavy hammer hitting everyone's heart.
"This man is a Hydra spy."
The scene instantly became boiling, and everyone was stunned.
"What?! Hydra?!"
"How is this possible?! Wasn't Hydra destroyed by Captain America during World War II?!"
The crowd erupted in disbelief.

He muttered to himself, and a cold chill instantly surged from the bottom of his heart.
He thought of Howard Stark, the origins of S.H.I.E.L.D., and the darkness hidden in the top-secret archives.
"How did you know?!" Senator Stern asked subconsciously.
"You don't need to know that," Henry said calmly.
Then he turned his back on the politicians, who had already fallen into confusion and panic.
He turned and faced the media cameras in the hall that were frantically filming him.
He knew that the whole world was watching him at this moment.
"My people, I am Henry Stark," he said slowly, each word ringing loud and clear.
"Hydra is still here. Like a pack of venomous snakes living in the shadows, they have infiltrated every corner of our government. They have always been here."
"Starting today, I will tell you a truth that has been covered up for decades."
"The death of my parents, Howard and Maria Stark, was not an accident. It was a premeditated murder."
"They were brutally murdered on December 26, 1991, by assassins sent by Hydra."
"And that killer is..."
He paused, then slowly said a name.
"He's Captain America, Steve Rogers' best friend."
"Bucky Barnes."
"He did not die on the battlefield of World War II. He was taken to the Hydra base and eventually became their ace killer, the Winter Soldier." Finally, Henry looked at the camera with a meaningful smile.
"Hydra."
"Are you ready to face my hunt?"
