Chapter 3 - Park Sandara

Leo finished his shopping and got out of the taxi when he reached the neighborhood where he lived.

As someone who had gained a lot of weight during his college years in his previous life and managed to lose it in his middle age through great hardship and a self-starving diet program, he knew very well how important daily walking was.

He made a habit of taking walks whenever he had the chance in this life, now that he had a body that didn't struggle with weight issues.

After all, even though he had a cheat, it wasn't the kind of cheat that would help him with things like losing weight.

On the contrary, because his cheat allowed him to obtain everything he wanted by chance, he had become even lazier and more antisocial in this life than in his previous one.

He wouldn't talk to others unless necessary, wouldn't go out unless necessary, and wouldn't even call his current family unless necessary.

Leo briefly bent his head and was busy with his MP3 player to change the music in his headphones when someone suddenly appeared in front of him and stopped him.

Even if he wasn't looking directly ahead, a person's field of view was much wider than a pinhole.

Leo's subconscious realized that he was about to collide with someone and stopped him with a quick reaction.

After avoiding the danger of collision, Leo checked who was in front of him, and the person he saw caused his shoulders to slump.

In a country like Korea, where the entertainment industry is developed, the girl standing in front of Leo could easily climb one or two steps up the ladder the moment she debuted.

A girl who was one year older than Leo, thus quite young and beautiful.

Long black hair, bangs falling over her forehead, a round and childish face, a petite yet curvy body, about 1.63 meters tall.

She was definitely a near 10-out-of-10 girl with the potential to become a celebrity.

Moreover, not only did her face look childish, but because she often dressed in pink hoodies, she was fatally seductive for an antisocial person like Leo.

These were the thoughts Leo had when he first saw this beautiful girl living in the house next door.

Leo remembered the day he tested his ability on her:

When Park Sandara returned home from university for the summer holiday, she wanted to drive to the street lined with villas and walk the rest of the way. What she wanted was to surprise her family.

After walking for a while, she ran into Leo, who had returned home from school.

As a young girl with a naturally active personality, Sandara, of course, knew who Leo was.

He was the odd-looking boy who lived alone a few blocks away from their house.

As always, Park Sandara secretly looked at Leo while wondering how he would look if they gave him some skincare and makeup, with his white hair and white eyes.

As Leo and she approached each other, an infectious smile appeared on Sandara's face.

"Hello, Leo!"

Leo had just noticed her because, during those days, he was still busy thinking about how his ability could be used differently.

After Leo responded to Sandara's greeting, he wondered if luck would be effective in picking up girls.

While Sandara looked at Leo in a strange manner, Leo acted as if he had an invisible drink in his hand and tipped it up to drink it.

Sandara, who had watched many American comedy movies with her friends, decided to imitate Leo after a moment of thought, believing this was a special kind of American greeting.

Just as Leo was about to use his girl-picking tactics after drinking the 'luck elixir,' he saw Sandara looking at him, smiling, pretending to drink an invisible can of cola, and making strange noises.

Her behavior instantly made Leo want to laugh, but at that exact moment, the effect of luck kicked in.

Tilting her head back, Sandara suddenly lost her balance and staggered backward, leaning on the wheeled suitcase she was carrying. A small stone right beneath the suitcase's wheel prevented the suitcase from sliding at that moment, and it became a solid support for a second.

Meanwhile, Leo, who was determined to pick up the girl, immediately lunged forward, wanting to catch Sandara.

Just as Leo was about to grab Sandara's hand, the small stone under the suitcase shot out with a "phew" sound, and the suitcase and Sandara suddenly slid.

Since Sandara almost sat on the falling suitcase, when the suitcase slid, her feet kicked toward Leo's feet.

And a second later, with the suitcase having slid out from under her body, Sandara was lying on the pavement, and Leo was lying right on top of her. Of course, at this moment, their two lips had made contact.

Even though Sandara was much more warm-blooded than Leo, she still didn't hang out with anyone other than her girlfriends until that day.

Realizing the situation, Sandara blushed, and Leo, blushing with shame just like her, immediately tried to stand up.

However, when Leo tried to stand up, the place he grabbed for support was Sandara's plump breasts, which contrasted with her short stature.

When Leo realized what he was holding, his lips were only 15 centimeters away from Sandara's lips.

As Leo opened his mouth to apologize, suddenly pulling his hand away both cut off his apology mid-sentence and caused their separated lips to meet again.

As Leo's social anxiety surpassed Mount Halla, Sandara took control, immediately slid her body out from under Leo, and got up.

While Sandara was angry about the strange coincidences, she completely forgot about losing her first kiss and started laughing heartily at Leo, who was covering his face in shame and continuing to lie on the ground, rendered immobile after the beating from social anxiety.

Seeing that even Leo's neck and the backs of his hands, which were normally corpse-white, had turned red, Sandara laughed heartily at Leo, who was muttering, "Please kill me."
