I turned around and was met by Vivian's wide, stunned eyes. My jaw clenched, because this was sudden for me too. I hadn't expected her to find out like this, by pure accident.
"Yes, I am. Why? Do you have a problem with that?" I straightened my back and answered firmly. This kind of confidence would not have existed if Rafael hadn't told me about the DNA test.
"N–no… That's… how? How is that possible?" Vivian stuttered, disbelief still written all over her face. It was something I had waited for a long time. The moment when I could finally see my family's reaction after learning that I could get pregnant, give birth, and have children, even triplets. I felt a sharp, illicit thrill at how completely speechless she was.
