Viona's POV
He cupped my chin and pulled my lower lip down with his thumb.
"I told you not to bite your lip like that."
He leaned closer, but I quickly pressed my hand against his chest and pushed his hand away from my chin.
"Answer me!"
"Do you mean sleep as in having sex? Of course not. Why would I let anyone other than my Nana touch my…" He chuckled when I kept staring at him, breathing hard. "Whatever wild imagination you have—"
"She told me you were sleeping buddies. And she said there were talks about arranging a marriage between the two of you. You both have more history than just a simple doctor and patient!"
"She told you that?" He lowered his gaze and started giggling. "Then what else? Did she also tell you she likes me and plans to steal me from you?"
I frowned. "I don't find any of that funny!"
He kissed my cheek, then looked at me again with a wide smile.
