Chapter 6 - Ch: 71-80

Chapter 71: Little Movements in the Greenhouse

"Is it the Engorgement Charm?" Hermione's voice brought Aisen back to his senses. Turning his head, he saw Hermione looking at the giant pumpkins with a surprised expression. "Hagrid, you've done a great job!"

"Alright, Hagrid, I have something else to do, so I'll be heading off now." Although Ron was still occasionally hiccuping and spitting up slugs, the Trio was clearly no longer affected by the previous conflict. Therefore, Aisenwaved goodbye to Hagrid, gave a nod to Hermione and the others, and turned to leave.

Time quickly arrived at lunchtime. Since Harry had been dragged to the Quidditch Pitch by Wood early in the morning, he hadn't had time to eat breakfast at all.

So, a famished Harry, Ron, and Hermione said goodbye to Hagrid and walked towards Hogwarts Castle together.

Leaving the Trio aside, Aisen didn't go back after separating from them. Instead, he took the opportunity to come to the greenhouse. Of course, he wasn't here to study Herbology, but to see the Herbology Professor, Professor Pomona Sprout, about something.

"Professor Sprout, hello!" From God's Perspective, Aisenobserved the entire greenhouse and easily found Pomona Sprout in a corner.

She was a short, stout Witch with a patched hat on her head. Because she dealt with herbs for a long time, her clothes were always stained with dirt. How should I put it? She was probably the most unconcerned with details of all the Hogwarts Professors Aisen had met.

"Oh—it's you, Professor Aisen!" Professor Sprout looked up and smiled when she saw it was Aisen. Although Aisen had spent a year at the school keeping a low profile (hehe O(∩_∩)O), she still knew this young Astronomy Professor.

"Is there something you need?" Professor Sprout looked at Aisen strangely, not understanding why he was looking for her.

"Could I try repotting a Mandrake?" Aisen's face showed a slight hint of embarrassment, but he still stated his purpose.

To be honest, Aisen's action wasn't a sudden impulse, but something he had planned for a long time. After getting the magically modified recording device from the Weasley Twins at the end-of-year feast last year, he also took the time to study it.

As the new school year approached, Aisen took some time to study it and then casually made one himself. Of course, it wasn't like the one the Weasley Twins made, which was mainly for pranks and needed a hard punch to stop it from screaming. What Aisen made was a simple magical modification, turning it into a magical item without changing its other functions.

This time, Aisen came to find Professor Sprout mainly to use the recording device to record the scream of a Mandrake. He wanted to create a magical item this way.

Aisen was quite confident that if this magical recording device recorded the Mandrake's scream, his Golden Finger should be able to replicate its unique characteristic of screaming to death.

Of course, since the Mandrake's scream-to-death characteristic doesn't distinguish between friend and foe, Aisen carefully considered it and decided to give up on recording the scream of a mature Mandrake. Instead, he planned to record the scream of a Mandrake seedling.

That way, if Aisen replicated its screaming characteristic, when used against an enemy, it would only cause the opponent to fall unconscious, rather than directly killing them.

Perhaps some might say this is weakening his own means? But looking at it from another perspective, knocking out an enemy and killing an enemy makes almost no difference to Aisen.

If Aisen really wanted to kill an enemy, he could just follow up with an offensive Charm after the enemy fell unconscious. If he wanted to extract information from the enemy, keeping the opponent alive was the best option.

Moreover, the most crucial point is that if there were friendly teammates nearby at that time, an indiscriminate attack causing unconsciousness wouldn't even take out his teammates.

Therefore, Aisen felt that after replicating the scream of a Mandrake seedling, he would have more options and flexibility when facing enemies.

"But the students have already repotted the Mandrakes during class," Professor Sprout said, sounding a bit strange after hearing Aisen's request, but she still explained.

"Uh, this matter is very important to me, please, Professor Sprout—" Hearing this, Aisen felt a headache. This was indeed his problem. But for the sake of his plan, Aisen put on an especially sincere expression.

"Alright, I don't know why you want to do this, but because you are a Hogwarts Professor, I suppose I can make an exception and let you try," Professor Sproutfinally agreed to Aisen's request after a slight hesitation.

Subsequently, under Aisen's gaze, Professor Sproutmoved a pot of Mandrakes onto the table next to Aisenand also placed an empty pot in front of him.

Then, Professor Sprout explained the precautions for repotting Mandrakes to Aisen.

After doing all this, she put on a pair of thick, pink, fluffy earmuffs and also handed Aisen a pair of black earmuffs, gesturing for him to start.

After first casting a Silencing Charm on himself using nonverbal and wandless magic, Aisen put the earmuffs on his ears. This way, Aisen could completely hear nothing.

Immediately after, under Professor Sprout's strange gaze, Aisen took out the magical recording device he had prepared in advance and placed it next to the Mandrake.

The moment he pressed the recording button, Aisengrabbed the Mandrake and pulled it out. Instantly, the Mandrake screamed loudly like a child who had been disturbed.

Of course, Aisen didn't hear its scream. Without time to think about anything else, Aisen immediately placed the Mandrake into the other pot and, by the way, turned off the recording button on the recording device.

"Alright, thank you so much, Professor Sprout. If you need any help, you can let me know anytime." After everything was done, Aisen put away the magical recording device that had recorded the Mandrake's scream. Then he took off the earmuffs, removed the Silencing Charm, and thanked her.

"Alright, it's nothing, but I still want to say, if there's nothing important in the future, don't disturb those precious herbs again." Professor Sprout didn't know what the recording device Aisen was holding was, so she didn't stop his little movement.

Of course, perhaps this action did have some impact on the Mandrake, so she still gave Aisen a small reminder.

"Okay, I understand. I still have something to do, so I'll be going now, Professor Sprout!" Aisen nodded awkwardly, waved his hand, and quickly slipped away.

After eating lunch, Aisen went to the Library.

After receiving guidance from Dumbledore and McGonagall, Aisen had made some progress in human Transfiguration, but he was still a bit short of developing a new Charm in conjunction with Apparition.

But Aisen knew that this kind of thing couldn't be rushed. Therefore, he usually followed his own pace, practicing Charms when he should, researching Alchemy when he should, and studying knowledge related to human Transfiguration when he should. As a result, his life was very fulfilling.

When Aisen arrived at the Great Hall for dinner, he encountered the Savior Trio again. To his surprise, Hermione was holding a book, looking no different than usual, seemingly completely unaffected by Malfoy's words.

However, Harry and Ron, on the other hand, uncharacteristically looked troubled.

Their appearance made Aisen very curious. Had they gotten into trouble again?

Chapter 72: Unlucky Harry and Ron

"Harry, Ron, what happened to you?" Getting up and sitting next to Hermione, Professor Aisen looked at the two of them, showing a touch of appropriate confusion.

"Professor McGonagall wants me to help Filch polish the silver and trophies in the trophy room tonight," Ron said weakly. "And I can't use magic, only my hands!"

Professor Aisen suppressed a laugh, then looked at Harry.

"Professor McGonagall told me that Professor Lockhartspecifically asked me to help him reply to his admirers!" Harry also showed a desperate expression. "I'd rather go to the trophy room and polish those prizes, but Professor McGonagall won't allow it."

On the dinner table, the shepherd's pie was delicious, but at this moment, it couldn't stimulate their appetite at all.

"You did break the school rules!" Hermione pursed her lips and muttered softly.

"Please, I'm already annoyed enough, don't say anything more!" Ron finished speaking, turned his head away, and didn't want to pay attention to her anymore.

"Then you'll be busy," Professor Aisen cut a piece of steak, put it in his mouth, and continued, "You know, there are over a hundred trophies in the trophy room!"

"Yeah, Filch is really killing me! I'm not good at polishing like Muggles." Hearing Professor Aisen's words, Ronnodded with a mournful face.

"I'd be willing to switch with you," Harry said listlessly. "I did plenty of polishing work at the Dursleys, but replying to Lockhart's admirers must be a nightmare."

"It's nothing, just treat it as exercise for your practical skills," Professor Aisen said while eating, a smile on his face.

Hearing Professor Aisen say this, Harry and Ron looked at each other, unsure of what to say for a moment.

"Hermione, have you encountered any difficulties in your studies recently?" Professor Aisen looked at Hermionebeside him.

"No, Professor Aisen, the second-year curriculum is still quite simple!" Hermione shook her small head, showing a confident demeanor.

Well, Professor Aisen could only sigh, Hermione was indeed a top student, basically not encountering any problems with her studies.

After dinner, Professor Aisen went to the Charm class classroom as usual, continuing to research the enhanced Apparition with a few Professors. Meanwhile, Harry and Ron took separate actions after eight o'clock.

For Ron, polishing trophies was an extremely painful task. But for Harry, replying to Lockhart's fans was even more painful.

So, Harry entered Lockhart's office at eight o'clock in the evening and spent several hours writing replies to his fans. By the time he returned to the Gryffindor Common Room, his fingers were stiff.

Even worse was Ron; he spent an hour longer than Harrypolishing trophies. He didn't know if Filch was messing with him, but he had to polish one trophy ten times.

However, some strange sounds Harry heard in Lockhart's office puzzled him greatly.

"Let me rip you... kill you..." Harry was sure he heard this chilling sound at the time, and he even asked Lockhart, but he hadn't heard anything.

Could it be that he was hallucinating? When he told Ronabout it, Harry started to doubt if something was wrong with his hearing.

The next day, Professor Aisen was back in the Library.

Professor Aisen pulled out a book titled "Failed Human Transfiguration" from the bookshelf and was reading it with great interest. To be honest, after seeing the various cases of failed human Transfiguration in the book, Professor Aisen even broke out in a cold sweat.

It was the first time he had seen how bizarre and severe failed human Transfiguration could be. For example, there was once a Witch in history who, after studying human Transfiguration, wanted to perform partial human Transfiguration, but ended up turning himself into a grotesque half-human, half-beast creature and was eventually killed by hunters.

Previously, Professor Aisen had thought his mastery of Transfiguration was not shallow, but after delving into human Transfiguration, he realized just how dangerous it was.

After a while, Professor Aisen closed the book and let out a long sigh.

For Professor Aisen, after understanding human Transfiguration, he could truly appreciate its danger. But the more he did, the more he admired the Witches of the Wizarding World.

Because Witches had also created a very safe shortcut for human Transfiguration, which was the Animagus. How does one learn to become an Animagus?

The first step is to hold a Mandrakes leaf in your mouth continuously for a whole month (from one full moon to the next). You cannot swallow or spit out the leaf under any circumstances. If the leaf leaves your mouth, the entire process must start over.

After completing this step, you begin the second step. In the second step, on the second full moon, place the leaf soaked with your saliva into a small transparent vial, allowing it to receive pure moonlight (if it happens to be cloudy that night, you must find another Mandrakes leaf and start over from the first step).

Next, add one of your hairs, a silver teaspoon of dew (which must be collected from a place that has not had sunlight or human contact for seven full days), and a Death's-head Hawkmoth pupa to the vial receiving moonlight.

Then, leave this mixture undisturbed in a quiet, dark place, ensuring it is not peeked at or disturbed, until the next thunderstorm arrives.

While waiting for the thunderstorm, perform the following action at every sunrise and sunset: point your wand tip at your heart and chant the incantation: "Amato Animo Animato Animagus."

If you're lucky, the thunderstorm will arrive soon, but if you're unlucky, you might have to wait for several years. However, during this process, the transparent vial must remain completely undisturbed and not exposed to sunlight. Furthermore, before the thunderstorm arrives, you cannot secretly check the state of the transparent vial.

When the thunderstorm arrives, a blood-red potion will appear in the transparent vial. The Witch must then quickly go to a spacious and safe place, point their wand at their heart, chant "Amato Animo Animato Animagus," and then drink the potion.

If everything goes smoothly, you will have successfully learned to become an Animagus.

Professor Aisen used to know that becoming an Animagus was difficult, but after learning the specific steps, he even had a feeling of terrifying awe.

Of course, what Professor Aisen found terrifying was not the power of the Animagus, but that a Witch could create such complex steps.

More importantly, after going through such complex steps, it actually succeeded. This made Professor Aisenvery curious about how the first Witch who created the Animagus came up with such complicated steps.

However, fortunately, Professor Aisen only needed to understand some of the theoretical parts and techniques of human Transfiguration to research and learn the enhanced Apparition; he didn't necessarily have to learn to become an Animagus.

As noon approached, Professor Aisen put the book back on the shelf and left the Library, preparing to have lunch in the Great Hall.

Professor Aisen originally thought it would be another uneventful day, but Hermione surprisingly caught up to him.

"Professor Aisen—" Hermione held a book, staring blankly at Professor Aisen who had turned to look at her.

"Is something wrong, Hermione!" Seeing Hermione in a daze, Professor Aisen waved his hand in front of her eyes.

"Oh, yes, I have a question." Hermione's pretty face turned red, and she quickly explained her purpose. "Professor Aisen, do you think some Witches have a certain talent that allows them to hear sounds others cannot?"

"Are you hallucinating?" Professor Aisen was startled, saying something perfunctory while inwardly understanding. It seemed Harry had indeed heard the Basilisk speaking when he was replying to Lockhart's fans.

"Professor—" Hermione rolled her eyes at ProfessorAisen, then leaned closer to him and whispered, "Okay, it's Harry. Harry said this morning that he heard strange sounds last night that Lockhart didn't hear."

"So, you suspect Harry has a talent that allows him to hear sounds others cannot!" Professor Aisen paused, stating this conclusion thoughtfully.

"Yes, otherwise, did Harry really have hallucinations?" Hermione's tone was very firm.

Chapter 73: Parseltongue

Yes, the sound Harry heard should have been the sound of the Basilisk.

This ability is called Parseltongue in the Wizarding World, originally an ability only Voldemort possessed, but because fragments of his soul splashed onto Harry, Harryalso gained the ability of Parseltongue.

For the Savior Trio, most of the crises in the second school year came from the Basilisk, and the Basilisk was released by Ginny's diary, which was being controlled.

Thinking of this, Aisen couldn't help but reach out and pat his forehead. He had been focusing on his own matters during this time and had almost forgotten about the diary.

"What's wrong, Professor Aisen?" Seeing Aisen pat his forehead, Hermione didn't understand why he did that.

"Oh, nothing." Aisen smiled slightly, put down his hand, and gave Hermione a suggestion, "I think you can go ask Harry if he has had any special experiences before, perhaps you can find the answer."

"That's right, why didn't I think of that? Thank you, Professor!" Hermione nodded happily and hurried away.

Watching Hermione's departing figure, Aisen fell into contemplation. Speaking of the major events of the second school year, they basically all started with Voldemort's diary.

So, should he directly take this Horcrux and destroy it? Regarding this, Aisen hesitated.

Because, if Aisen were to really destroy the diary in advance, it is foreseeable that the plot would undergo significant changes. This is not very friendly to Aisen.

If Aisen's strength truly surpassed the ceiling of the Wizarding World, reaching a point where he had no scruples, then he could just charge through from beginning to end. It wouldn't even be a problem to collect and destroy all the horcruxes in advance.

Of course, given Aisen's rate of strength growth, he doesn't need to be too concerned about the plot. However, since he can keep a low profile, there's no need to make any other moves; he just needs to act at the critical moment.

"Tsk tsk, it seems Ginny will have to suffer for a while longer." After regaining his senses, Aisen shook his head, having no immediate intention of rescuing Ginny from Voldemort. Anyway, she wasn't in any danger at the moment.

...

After leaving Aisen, Hermione found Harry and Ron in the Gryffindor Common Room.

"Special experiences?" After Hermione told them Aisen's suggestion, Harry began to ponder. He knew that the sounds he heard were definitely not so-called hallucinations, so he focused on the aspect of special experiences.

Hermione and Ron quieted down, calmly watching Harrylost in thought, which looked quite comical.

After a while, Harry seemed to remember something, a look of surprise appeared on his face, and then he looked at the two of them and said urgently, "Maybe I heard the sound of a snake!"

"A snake? Why do you think that?" Ron swallowed, his expression becoming a bit strange.

"You mean, you can hear what snakes are saying?" Hermione looked at Harry in surprise.

"That's right, it was before I entered Hogwarts School, when I visited the zoo with the Dursleys..." Harry didn't notice how strange their expressions were, but instead recounted the time he had conversed with a snake.

"You mean, you made the glass disappear, released a large boa constrictor, and it told you it had never been to Brazil?" Ron's voice involuntarily dropped.

"What's strange about that? I only found out I was a Witch later; I bet many Witches can do that!" In Harry's opinion, talking to snakes should be a common talent that Witches possess. After all, Witches can even cast magic, so what's strange about being able to talk to snakes?

"No, the ability to talk to snakes is called Parseltongue, and very few Witches have such a talent." Ron frowned, looking at Harry with a worried expression, "Parseltongue is the mark of Salazar Slytherin, so you know, the symbol of Slytherin is a snake."

"That's impossible--" Harry opened his mouth to speak but stopped abruptly as if he had thought of something. He remembered the sorting ceremony in his first year, where the Sorting Hat had originally intended to sort him into Slytherin, but due to his strong insistence, he was sorted into Gryffindor.

"So, Harry, you might be the heir of Slytherin!" Hermionedirectly stated the conclusion.

"It's okay, Harry." Ron stepped forward and patted Harry's shoulder, further comforting him, "Maybe your ancestor was Salazar Slytherin? You know, pure-blood Witch families also frequently intermarry; if you really trace it back, Malfoy and I are even relatives!"

"You and Malfoy?" Not just Harry, but Hermione also looked at Ron in surprise.

"What's strange about that? If pure-blood Witch families didn't intermarry, they would probably have disappeared long ago." Seeing their shocked expressions, Ronshrugged.

In fact, it was just as Ron said. Due to the intermarriage among pure-blood Witch families, they are basically all related.

Like Ron, his grandmother was from the Black family, and Malfoy's mother also came from the Black family. From this perspective, saying that Ron and Malfoy are relatives is really not wrong.

"So, what I heard in Lockhart's room was the sound of a snake?" Harry nodded, then brought the topic back.

"But didn't you say you heard things like 'tear you apart, kill you'?" Ron pointed out the key point. Indeed, how could a normal snake say such things?

"Is it possible that the snake was hunting at the time, you know, catching some insects and mice?" Hermione made this guess.

"Then where was it hiding? Lockhart's office was very spacious at the time, but I didn't find anything strange." Harry felt he was close to the truth, but there were still some questions he couldn't figure out.

Ron and Hermione exchanged glances, not knowing how to explain this. Should they say the snake could use the Disillusionment Charm, or was wearing an Invisibility Cloak? That was clearly impossible.

The Trio speculated and imagined, and although it was reasonable, there was no evidence, so they could only give up in the end.

In the evening, when Aisen returned to his office from the Charm class classroom, he was in a very pleasant mood.

The reason, of course, was the breakthrough progress made while researching the enhanced version of Apparition with Dumbledore, Professor McGonagall, and Professor Flitwick.

Although the enhanced version of Apparition had not yet been created, the progress made this time was enough to make Aisen happy. Aisen believed that at this rate of progress, success was probably just around the corner.

However, what surprised Aisen was that Hermione had come to see him again.

"So, you mean Harry is a Parselmouth and heard a snake saying things like 'tear you apart, kill you'?" After hearing the news Hermione got from Harry, Aisen didn't show any surprise.

After all, for Aisen, he had known all this long ago.

"I think Harry is too sensitive," Hermione said seriously, "Perhaps it was just a snake hunting, it's nothing big."

"Hehe..." Seeing Hermione like this, Aisen couldn't help but laugh. The little girl was still too young and didn't know how formidable this snake was. "Alright, I understand, I will pay attention to this, don't worry!"

Speaking of the Basilisk, what Aisen actually regretted was that in the Harry Potter world, there were so many bug-level abilities, as well as magical contracts like the Fidelius Charm and Unbreakable Vows, but there was strangely nothing like a pet contract.

Honestly, if he had this ability, Aisen wouldn't need to go through so much trouble dealing with the Basilisk; he could just put a contract on it and turn it into his pet.

This way, not only could he solve a problem, but he would also gain a powerful pet, which would be wonderful. But unfortunately, such a contract to bind magical creatures didn't exist.

Of course, it wasn't impossible for Aisen to create a master-servant contract for magical creatures himself. After all, the magic in this world is relatively idealistic, and there are existing magical contracts to reference, so researching it would definitely lead to its creation.

But currently, Aisen had his own plans and didn't have the energy to pursue this, so he could only miss out on the Basilisk inside Hogwarts. Perhaps Aisen would research it later when he had free time, but definitely not now.

Chapter 74: The Letter

"Oh, Professor Aisen, I have another question I wanted to ask." After hearing Aisen's answer, Hermione breathed a sigh of relief, but then seemed to remember something else and immediately looked at Aisen as she spoke.

"Oh? Do you have a question? It's alright, go ahead!" The sudden change of topic still made Aisen show a look of curiosity.

"You said that we study Astronomy just for Divination?" After asking this question, Hermione's face showed a hint of confusion.

After a year of studying, especially after listening to the Astronomy knowledge Professor Aisen taught in the second year, this doubt in Hermione's heart became increasingly apparent.

Before entering Hogwarts, Hermione, as a top student, had some understanding of Astronomy, even though she hadn't specifically studied or researched it.

But after entering Hogwarts, she discovered that although the Astronomy classes Professor Aisen taught were interesting, the content wasn't very complex. It wasn't until the second year that the content of Astronomy Class became slightly richer, but it still didn't have much to do with the knowledge required for Divination.

In fact, Aisen could understand these doubts of Hermione.

In the first year, most of the content Aisen taught in class wasn't much different from what previous Astronomy Professors at Hogwarts School had taught.

Most of it was explaining the names of the major planets and their moons, as well as their characteristics, and so on. If there was any difference, it might be due to Aisen's long-held Muggle way of thinking, which made him approach the explanations from a different perspective, giving the Little Wizards a sense of novelty.

In the second year, after explaining the orbital paths of planets, moons, and star systems, Aisen might have also interspersed some more specific data, presenting a vaster world before them.

Of course, during the explanation, it was inevitable to slightly digress, and the content would be a bit more complex. This made top students like Hermione wonder, is the content of Astronomy Class, which is so complex and vast, really just for Divination?

"Hmm, I understand what you mean." Facing Hermione's question, Aisen nodded and continued, "For students like you, the content of Astronomy Class is studied to assist Divination."

"Then—" Hermione was a little surprised by Aisen's answer.

"I know what you want to ask, but this involves students' career choices and life plans after graduating from Hogwarts." Aisen reached out and interrupted Hermione, continuing to speak, his expression gradually becoming serious, "For example, some students are particularly interested in Divination. After graduating from Hogwarts, they might engage in research and work related to Divination, or they might even apply to be the Divination Professor at Hogwarts.

In that case, he should have a more in-depth study and research of Astronomy and Divination. By the same token, if a student has no interest in Divination and doesn't plan to engage in related work or research, then there's no need to delve deeply into Astronomy and Divination classes, as this won't affect his life plan.

After all, at Hogwarts School, Divination is only an elective course. Although Astronomy is a required course, it actually serves Divination to a large extent."

"Is that so?" After listening to Aisen's explanation, Hermione's expression became even more conflicted.

"So, will you engage in research and work related to Divination in the future?" Aisen shook his head and then asked in return.

"No, Professor Aisen, I haven't decided yet." As soon as she heard Aisen say this, Hermione immediately became hesitant. After all, it really wasn't time for her to consider these things yet.

"That's right, you've just become a second-year student, you don't even know about the elective courses yet, and graduation is still far away, so you don't need to think about too much." Aisen nodded, not surprised by Hermione's thoughts, "As for the Astronomy Class I teach, if you're interested, you can learn more about it, it's not a bad thing, but you must remember, you are a Witch, don't waste your talent in magic ability!"

"I understand, Professor Aisen!" Hermione's pretty face flushed slightly, but she didn't hesitate at all, nodding solemnly as she spoke.

"Then, Professor Aisen, why did you apply to be the Astronomy Professor?" Just when Aisen thought Hermione had no more questions, Hermione suddenly asked about him.

"This—" Hearing Hermione's question, Aisen immediately hesitated.

After all, he couldn't tell Hermione that he chose the path of a Professor just to enter Hogwarts. If he had the choice, he would have also wanted to enter Hogwarts School and start studying from the first year. But unfortunately, he hadn't awakened his magic before the age of 11 and missed the opportunity for student admission.

"I said before that I am a Witch of Muggle descent and lived in the Muggle World for a long time." After pondering for a moment, Aisen decided to say a little something, "So initially, the positions I applied for at Hogwarts were actually Muggle Studies Professor in addition to Astronomy Professor. But the original Astronomy Professor, Aurora Sinistra, left, so I became the Astronomy Professor at Hogwarts."

Of course, Aisen couldn't tell her that he had only awakened his magic at the age of 18. After all, such a thing would be too outrageous even in the Wizarding World. Moreover, as the biggest trump card of a transmigrator, how could he tell others about it!

Of course, Aisen's explanation wasn't entirely a lie. He was a Witch of Muggle descent, that was certainly true. He had lived in the Muggle World for a long time, at least until he was 18. Therefore, when Aisen said these things to Hermione, he felt quite justified.

"So that's how it is!" A strange look flashed in Hermione's eyes, unsure of what she was thinking.

Tap, tap, tap—

A sound of knocking on the window suddenly came, and Aisen turned his head to look, finding an owl with a letter in its beak.

Who would send me a letter? Aisen wondered, but his actions weren't slow. He took out his wand, waved his hand, and opened the window, letting the owl fly in.

"Alright, Hermione, it's getting late, you should go back to sleep!" Taking the envelope from the owl's beak, Aisensaid to Hermione, who was standing nearby looking curious, as he opened it.

"Oh, goodbye Professor!" Perhaps knowing Aisen had something to deal with, Hermione wisely said goodbye and left.

After Hermione left, Aisen focused his attention on the letter.

Time slowly passed as Aisen read the letter, his expression constantly changing. One moment he smiled, the next he frowned.

Only after Aisen finished reading the entire letter did he let out a heavy sigh.

This letter was sent by Arthur Weasley. The envelope said that he had found a shop in Diagon Alley during this time, but hadn't rented it yet. Because some issues with the projection equipment hadn't been resolved, he hoped Aisen could go to the Hog's Head Bar in Hogsmeade at three o'clock on Sunday afternoon to discuss it with him in person.

Of course, Arthur also briefly explained the reason for sending the letter at this time. The Ministry of Magic had been confiscating various dangerous items recently, so Arthur was already quite busy. But as luck would have it, he encountered the incident where Ron unauthorizedly drove out his privately modified Muggle car, and it became known to many people.

As a result, Arthur was not only investigated by the Ministry of Magic but also fined 50 Galleons. It was precisely because of this that the matter Aisen had asked him to do had been delayed until now.

Shaking his head with a smile, Aisen wrote a reply letter to Arthur, stating that he would be on time for the appointment at three o'clock on Sunday afternoon.

Chapter 75: The Associations Brought by the sneakoscope

Time flew by, and the appointed time arrived in the blink of an eye.

On Sunday afternoon, after finishing lunch, Aisen left Hogwarts early and came to Hogsmeade.

Hogsmeade is said to have been established very early, almost at the same time as Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. At that time, a Witch named Hengist settled near Hogwarts School to escape persecution from Muggles. Gradually, over time, more and more Witches came to settle here, and Hogsmeade was established in this way.

By now, Hogsmeade has become the only village in all of England inhabited solely by Witches, with no Muggles. Of course, due to its proximity to Hogwarts, the school's Professors and students particularly enjoy strolling in Hogsmeade. Including Dumbledore and Hagrid, they are frequent visitors to Hogsmeade.

Of course, for Hogwarts School, first-year and second-year students are not allowed to go to Hogsmeade. Even third-year and above students who wish to go to Hogsmeade require a guardian's signature before they can go on specific Saturdays.

In fact, this rule is very peculiar, at least Aisen doesn't understand why Hogwarts has such a rule for the time being.

Because in Aisen's opinion, there isn't much difference between a second-year Witch and a third-year Witch. Yet, third-year Witches are allowed to go to Hogsmeade. And even if they are allowed, what's the point of requiring a guardian's signature for permission? Are they afraid of accidents?

Well, Aisen doesn't know any of this and isn't interested in delving deeper. However, speaking of Hogsmeade, although Aisen knows about it, he hasn't properly explored it. So, taking advantage of the free time he has now, Aisen decided to wander around this Witch village.

Walking through the long street, Aisen saw Dervish and Banges at the end of Hogsmeade's main street and immediately became interested. Without much thought, he walked straight in.

Upon entering, he realized that the variety of magical items sold in this shop exceeded Aisen's imagination, being even more astonishing than Wiseacre's Wizarding Equipment in Diagon Alley.

This shop sells various tools for repairs, and also offers various magical items and equipment. Items for Quidditchmatches, such as Memory Balls, sneakoscopes, and Foe-Glass, are all available.

Looking at these dazzling magical items, Aisen had a feeling that perhaps just by browsing around here, he could collect dozens of magical items whose extraordinary characteristics could be extracted by his golden finger.

As soon as he thought of this, Aisen suddenly felt a sense of weariness. Does he really need to put in so much effort to study Alchemy? For a moment, Aisen even doubted himself.

However, on second thought, he had already refined a magical item like the Observation Mirror, which can provide a perfect-level observation characteristic, so continuing to study Alchemy is still necessary.

After all, what you learn is truly yours. Thinking this, Aisen finally recovered.

"Hello, are you looking to buy something?" Perhaps seeing Aisen standing there in a daze, the owner of Dervish and Banges stepped forward to ask.

"Oh, I'm just looking around first." Aisen, having come back to his senses, said to the owner, then stepped forward and picked up a sneakoscope to examine.

Since he hadn't yet acquired the Miracle Trait, Aisencouldn't immediately know what kind of characteristic it would provide. However, Aisen actually had some understanding of sneakoscopes.

It is said that this item can serve as a warning device, and once it detects the presence of suspicious people or Black magic power, it will sound an alarm, spin, and glow to alert its owner.

But Aisen felt that this thing was a bit too peculiar. The reason he said it was peculiar was because its function seemed to be only half-done.

Based on the results of creating the Map, the effect of combining range detection magic with revealing magiccan mark everyone within the range, along with their names.

Since the sneakoscope can already detect the appearance of suspicious people nearby and sound an alarm, why doesn't it just mark the suspicious people directly? This is something Aisen couldn't understand.

If Aisen were to make a sneakoscope, he could add the function of showing the location and name of suspicious people while retaining its original function. This way, the sneakoscope's warning function would be more complete.

Is it perhaps because they are afraid the function would be too powerful and break the balance? After thinking for a moment, this thought suddenly popped into Aisen's mind, making him feel a bit amused and frustrated. This is likely the truth to a large extent.

Because if the sneakoscope really had such powerful functions, the Wizarding World would probably have one sneakoscope per person, which would lead to many bad things being inevitably detected and resolved early. But if that were the case, in what direction would the plot develop?

Of course, if a sneakoscope with such powerful functions were really popular, perhaps some Witches would go to great lengths to develop Charms or items that could block sneakoscopes, who knows.

Aisen clicked his tongue, unsure what to say.

However, speaking of the Map's ability to instantly display the names of people within the detection range, even though Aisen knew it was very magical, he still felt it was too unscientific.

Because this function is too outrageous, being able to directly know the name of a stranger. The question is, if a person's name has been changed, does it display the former name or the current name? What is the basis for this?

After all, a name is just a person's appellation and code, given later in life, how can it be linked to a person? Is it based on the principle similar to being able to curse someone just by knowing their name, implemented in reverse? If that were the case, it would be explainable.

But thinking of this, Aisen still felt a headache. Because he once again realized how incredibly idealistic the magicin this world is.

At this moment, Aisen had reason to believe that many bugs in the original Harry Potter story that could completely disrupt the plot and break the balance had been deliberately removed by the author.

Just as he had thought earlier, if the function of displaying names and locations were really added to the sneakoscope, then perhaps Peter Pettigrew would not have been able to hide at Ron's house for so many years.

Perhaps, even Harry's parents could have hidden earlier and evacuated perfectly before Voldemort arrived. In short, these things are not impossible to happen. But obviously, if this were arranged, the entire story would not be able to continue.

But now that Aisen is living in this world and has thought of this layer, there is no need to ignore it. Because for such discovered bugs, Aisen naturally hopes for as many as possible.

"Boss, I want to buy a sneakoscope!" With an eager expression on his face, Aisen bought the sneakoscope in his hand.

Previously, one magical item Aisen made was the Observation Mirror, the second was a simple modification of a tape recorder, and for the third one, he has decided to research and create an enhanced version of the sneakoscope.

However, at the moment he made up his mind, some of Aisen's inner thoughts had actually subtly changed. Previously, he had always wanted to hide himself, be a background Professor, and not dare to arbitrarily change the plot, so that it would be convenient to act opportunistically.

For this, he didn't even intervene in Voldemort's diary Horcrux's control over Ginny.

But as his strength grew stronger, more and more ideas emerged, and after being able to realize these ideas, his own existence has become a bug.

This bug is not a bug in terms of strength, but rather the effect that can be achieved when various imaginative ideas are combined is particularly buggy. For example, the Observation Mirror he made earlier.

If he gave the Observation Mirror to Harry, Harry would definitely be able to find out many things clearly without having to sneak around Hogwarts at night. In this way, in the first school year, Harry would probably directly find out the truth of the matter.

If he made the anticipated enhanced sneakoscope and gave it to Dumbledore, perhaps Dumbledore could find Voldemort and deal with him just by walking around outside with it. Well, this would still require dealing with Voldemort's horcruxes, but it would definitely provide Dumbledore with great convenience.

Even the enhanced Apparition that he and Dumbledoreand others have been researching during this time. Aisencan basically predict that if Dumbledore can master enhanced Apparition, his strength and mobility will undergo unimaginable changes.

Thinking of this, Aisen couldn't help but bare his teeth, and two words popped into his mind: "Outrageous." That's right, Aisen originally thought that as a background Professor, being low-key wouldn't affect the plot development, but he didn't expect that silently, he could already influence so much.

Chapter 76: Voldemort's Vision is Too Narrow

After leaving Dervish and Banges, Aisen still hadn't fully recovered.

After figuring out some things, Aisen had completely come to terms with it. He could basically predict that if he did nothing, the plot shouldn't change significantly within the next one to two years.

But if he were to create the enhanced sneakoscope and give it to Professor Dumbledore, the plot would likely go completely awry. This is because Professor Dumbledorewould inevitably discover Peter Pettigrew from the enhanced sneakoscope, which would directly overturn Sirius Black's conviction.

As a result, with Professor Dumbledore's power at work, Sirius would definitely be acquitted. As for whether Peter Pettigrew would be executed or imprisoned in Azkaban, Aisen estimated the latter was more likely.

But if that happened, the plot of the third book of the original series would definitely be completely ruined. The fake Moody in the fourth book would also be completely unable to deceive Professor Dumbledore, so Harry would not be secretly chosen to participate in the Triwizard Tournament, nor would he be transported to Voldemort's side. Clearly, the plot of the fourth book would also be completely ruined.

Oh, no, perhaps after Peter Pettigrew was imprisoned in Azkaban, Voldemort wouldn't even have the chance to resurrect. Uh, then the fake Moody incident also wouldn't happen. In this case, it seems all subsequent plots would be completely ruined, because if Voldemort doesn't resurrect, the Death Eaters alone wouldn't be able to pull off the later events.

Is this the rhythm of the story ending before it even begins?

Thinking of this, Aisen couldn't help but cover his forehead with his hand.

However, after a second thought, Aisen felt it wasn't that simple. Because Professor Dumbledore was too old, he would absolutely not rest assured if Voldemort continued to live. Even if Voldemort survived in the form of a remnant soul in Albania, Professor Dumbledore probably wouldn't be at ease.

Therefore, Professor Dumbledore's choice would definitely be to destroy all of Voldemort's horcruxes and then completely eliminate him. But this brings up a crucial problem, which is that some of Voldemort's soul splashed onto Harry, turning him into a Horcrux. So, to completely eliminate Voldemort, does Harry really have to fight Voldemort to the death and die once, just like in the original story?

Thinking of this, Aisen suddenly had a feeling of not knowing what to say. If Harry really had to die once to kill Voldemort, wouldn't that be a bit too outrageous? But besides this method, how else could Voldemort be completely killed?

It seems that after the enhanced sneakoscope is made, whether or not to give it to Professor Dumbledore still needs careful consideration. Or rather, after giving it to Professor Dumbledore, at the very least, a proper plan must be formulated.

But no matter what, one can only say that Harry was unlucky enough to coincidentally become Voldemort's Horcrux.

Tsk tsk, speaking of horcruxes, Aisen suddenly felt at this moment that horcruxes were truly too treacherous. It's also fortunate that Harry had the protagonist's halo, otherwise, Harry's fate would inevitably be death.

In fact, Aisen also felt quite sad for Voldemort.

Why did Aisen have such a feeling? Because he felt that Voldemort's vision was simply too narrow.

You say you've already made several horcruxes, why did you distribute them to your subordinates for safekeeping when preserving them? Isn't this clearly leaking the information?

On this point, Aisen could make a hypothesis. Suppose Voldemort made a few horcruxes and told no one. He secretly hid the horcruxes directly in Antarctica, the Arctic, or even deserts, snow mountains, swamps, etc., whether hundreds of meters underground or in hidden corners.

Or simply throw them into the Mariana Trench, which is over ten thousand meters below sea level!

As long as no one knew about them and they were protected by some powerful Charms, these horcruxes would absolutely not be found. In this way, wouldn't Voldemort be immortal no matter how many times he was killed?

To give an extreme example, if Aisen transmigrated and became Voldemort, he would even choose to secretly tie a Horcrux to the Voyager 1 probe and let the Horcruxtravel through the universe with the probe.

It should be known that Voyager 1 was launched in 1977. At this time, Voldemort was still active in the Wizarding World and definitely had the opportunity to do these things.

After a few decades like this, Aisen didn't believe anyone could fly out tens of billions of kilometers to find this Horcrux. Surely no one could stand on Earth and shout into space, "Horcrux, come!" and then the Horcrux would automatically fly back to Earth from outer space.

Of course, a Horcrux flying into space also seems to have risks, which is being destroyed by the harsh environment of the universe. After all, horcruxes can be destroyed by Fiendfyre and the Basilisk's fangs, so it's hard to guarantee they won't be captured and destroyed by a star or a black hole.

But compared to the advantages brought by this method, this risk is clearly within the acceptable range.

Therefore, Aisen felt that Voldemort's vision was too narrow. After creating horcruxes, he either secretly gave them to his subordinates for safekeeping or secretly hid them in the Room of Requirement, which was really not very wise.

In fact, Aisen knew that this couldn't really be blamed on Voldemort. It was only because after he learned he was a descendant of Salazar Slytherin, he became arrogant and conceited. This was especially true after splitting his soul. Not only did he fanatically uphold pure-blood supremacy, but he also disdained Muggles.

Therefore, Voldemort probably wouldn't think about any problem from a Muggle perspective at all. His arrogance and conceit prevented him from using Muggle methods to hide his horcruxes.

Of course, for Aisen, it was fortunate that Voldemort wasn't that perverted. Otherwise, he probably would have just run away.

After slightly reining in his wandering thoughts, Aisenshook his head speechlessly. He kept muttering to himself, "I'm just a passerby Professor, why do I always unconsciously start worrying about the Savior? Failure, such a failure!"

Coming to the corner of Hogsmeade village street, the Hog's Head Bar had already come into Aisen's view. With God's Perspective activated, Aisen found that besides an old man, there was no one else in the bar.

If one didn't look closely, just from his white hair and white beard hanging down to his chest, he looked quite similar to Professor Dumbledore. If Aisen hadn't guessed wrong, he was the owner of the Hog's Head Bar - Aberforth Dumbledore.

He was Professor Dumbledore's brother, but due to the death of his sister Ariana, he had always held a grudge against his brother Albus.

Thinking of this, Aisen couldn't help but sigh. In this Wizarding World, everyone truly has their own story. In the story, everyone has happy and joyful things, but also hidden sad and painful experiences.

After entering the Hog's Head Bar, Aisen found that the environment of this bar was indeed not good. Not only were the windows covered in thick grime, but even the floor, the ceiling, and even the Butterbeer bottles were covered in thick dust.

However, surprisingly, the air in the bar was filled with the aroma of mutton, seemingly whetting one's appetite.

"Guest, what do you need?" The old man came up to Aisen, examining him scrutinizingly, as if to discern his identity, and asked.

"Yes, a beer please. I'm waiting for someone here!" Seeing this, Aisen didn't say anything else, just simply mentioned his purpose.

The old man nodded without saying anything, turned and left, and after a short while, brought Aisen a glass of beer.

Time passed bit by bit. Aisen sat in his chair without speaking, just waiting quietly. When it was almost three o'clock in the afternoon, a smile appeared on his face.

Because he had already observed Arthur's figure in advance.

At three o'clock, Arthur entered the Hog's Head Bar on time and appeared before Aisen.

Chapter 77: The Plan

"Aisen, sorry, I made you wait!" Seeing Aisen sitting in the corner, Arthur's face showed a hint of embarrassment.

"Oh, it's nothing. I just wandered around other parts of Hogsmeade village for a while before coming here, so I didn't wait long!" While gesturing for the other party to sit down, Aisen briefly explained, not taking it too seriously.

"By the way, you said in the letter that there was a problem with the equipment that needed to be solved. What's the situation?" Immediately after, Aisen didn't beat around the bush and asked the question directly.

"Uh—okay." Aisen's direct and straightforward attitude clearly surprised Arthur, but then he smiled and nodded, beginning to talk about the problems he encountered.

After a conversation, Aisen finally understood what the problem Arthur was facing was. To be fair, this was also something Aisen hadn't explained clearly.

After some investigation in his spare time, Arthurdiscovered that Muggle World cinemas needed film projectors and tape to play movies, but these could only be bought in the Muggle World.

And because he had modified Muggle cars with magic, he had been warned by the Ministry of Magic and was being watched by many people, so he temporarily couldn't get the projection equipment or research it. So the matter was stuck here.

Understanding the cause and effect of the situation, Aisensuddenly felt a bit of a headache. It turned out that all of this had to be blamed on Ron and Harry. If they hadn't driven the flying car to Hogwarts, Arthur wouldn't have been fined 50 Galleons, nor would he have been discovered for privately modifying Muggle items, which led to him being unable to get a movie projector now.

For a moment, Aisen was silent. Did he have to write a letter to his dad and ask the company to purchase a set of film projectors on his behalf? But if so, wouldn't it be a bit too much trouble?

After a long while, a flash of inspiration struck Aisen's mind, and he almost couldn't help but slap himself.

Actually, he said he was going to open a film company in Diagon Alley to play movies related to Muggle life, making it sound like he was really going to film and play movies. But in fact, there was no need to make it so complicated.

He only needed a video recorder and videotapes, plus a television set, and he could still transport Muggle movies to the Wizarding World. And this, basically, could satisfy the current needs.

In this case, there would be no need for a dedicated film projector and related equipment at all.

Immediately, Aisen told Arthur his idea. In Aisen's opinion, this solution should be a very good one.

"But, Diagon Alley is full of traces of magic. Under the interference of magic, television sets can't be used?" After listening to Aisen's plan, Arthur frowned and thought of a key problem.

"Well, then let's just put the video recorder and television set in the Muggle World, and then use a Double-sided Mirror to connect the picture played on the television set and display it in Diagon Alley, that should be fine." For this, Aisen simply thought of an even simpler and more direct method.

For example, if the film company in Diagon Alley plans to play movies every evening. Then Aisen can arrange with his dad beforehand to play specific movies at a fixed time every evening in a specific room at the company.

Then a Double-sided Mirror can be placed on the wall directly opposite the television set, and the other Double-sided Mirror can be placed in the shop in Diagon Alley, and then the image in the mirror can be extracted and projected onto a screen prepared in advance using magical means, or it can be projected directly onto the wall.

In this way, the effect Aisen wanted can also be achieved.

After explaining his idea in detail, the two discussed it and finally decided on this plan.

Subsequently, the two decided to split up.

After purchasing Double-sided Mirrors, the two left, each holding a mirror. Arthur planned to rent the shop in Diagon Alley directly, then set up the Double-sided Mirror, and then arrange suitable protective magic.

As for Aisen, he went to his own film company and arranged a basement room to play some movies or documentaries about the lives of ordinary people every evening. At the same time, he also had to set up the Double-sided Mirror and take protective measures to prevent others from discovering anything unusual.

Of course, to prevent some unexpected situations, Aisenalso deliberately left an "∞" style magical mark on the Double-sided Mirror he took. Once someone tried to trace back here through the Double-sided Mirror in Diagon Alley, he could sense it and directly destroy this Double-sided Mirror, directly cutting off the connection between them.

Since Aisen's goal for this action was very clear, these things were completed without taking too much time. By six o'clock in the afternoon, Aisen had returned to Hogsmeade village again.

After meeting with Arthur again, the two discussed some issues related to movie playback times and pricing. But these were not very important to Aisen.

Anyway, he had arranged for the movies to be played promptly at seven o'clock every evening. As for how often they would be played in Diagon Alley, Aisen said it was entirely up to Arthur. As for how much it would cost to watch a movie and how the price would be set, Aisenalso decided to let Arthur handle it himself.

After all, Aisen certainly didn't understand the living standards of Witches as well as Arthur did. Since that was the case, Aisen simply decided not to interfere.

However, after this matter was concluded, Aisensuddenly remembered that he seemed to have tricked Hermione into becoming his employee. But after the previous arrangements were made, he realized that the so-called film company was so much like a shell company, and there was no position for Hermione as an employee at all!

This—this is outrageous, this is awkward. Never mind, let's talk about it later!

...

Time, always flows by inadvertently.

Since Aisen parted ways with Arthur and returned to Hogwarts, more than a month had passed in the blink of an eye. Hermione, one of the Trio, as always, focused on her studies, so her spell-casting ability improved greatly.

Because Harry had to participate in Quidditch training regularly, he was always influenced by Wood's enthusiasm, to the point of being exhausted from training, so although he was very tired, he also lived a relatively fulfilling life.

However, occasionally hearing the sound of the Basiliskmade him somewhat irritable.

After October arrived, due to the invasion of a cold wave, many teachers and students throughout Hogwarts Castlecaught the flu.

Fortunately, Madam Pomfrey's stimulating potion was very effective. Anyone who drank this potion would immediately get better. But its side effects were also very obvious, which was that smoke would come out of their ears for several hours continuously.

Ginny had also been listless and unwell recently, and Percy had directly given her some stimulating potion. However, due to the suddenness of the flu, they did not notice that Ginny was actually not sick.

Of course, Aisen knew that she was not sick, but was affected by Voldemort's diary.

But at the moment, Aisen didn't have much energy to focus on other things, because after deeply understanding the knowledge of human transformation, he had a more mature idea for enhanced Apparition.

For this reason, he had deliberately reduced the time spent on in-depth study of Alchemy knowledge during this short period.

Finally, on the eve of Halloween, with the help of Dumbledore, Professor McGonagall, and Professor Flitwick, Aisen cleared all obstacles to creating enhanced Apparition.

That evening, after the students had finished dinner and returned to their respective common rooms, Aisencouldn't wait to go to the Charm class classroom.

When Aisen arrived there, Dumbledore and the others were already waiting for him. Obviously, although the enhanced Apparition Charm had been created, it still had to be supervised by someone, just like Apparition, if they were to attempt to use it.

Otherwise, if something went wrong, that would be too bad!

Chapter 78 Apparition Without A Trace

"Professor Aisen, are you ready?" Looking at Aisenstanding by the wall at the back of the Charm class classroom, Professor McGonagall glanced at Dumbledore before asking seriously.

Hiss—Whoosh—

After taking a deep breath, Aisen nodded without speaking. Actually, having had previous experience practicing Apparition, Aisen had thought he wouldn't be nervous, but he didn't expect to still feel a bit apprehensive.

Perhaps it was because he was about to experiment with a brand new Charm. The thought flashed, and Aisenquickly cleared his mind, focusing all his attention on the enhanced version of Apparition.

Following the same Three Ds principle, the destination flashed in his mind, and he resolutely and calmly mobilized the magic within his body, while also combining part of the theory of Human Transfiguration to utilize the summoning aspect.

Then, with a thought from Aisen, his figure instantly vanished from where he stood and simultaneously appeared on the classroom's podium.

Aisen only felt a flash before his eyes and instantly arrived at the destination he had envisioned. Slowly moving his body, and finding nothing amiss, a smile finally appeared on Aisen's face.

Professor Dumbledore, Professor McGonagall, and Professor Flitwick had already pulled out their wands, intending to cast magic in time to save Aisen's life if anything went wrong. But upon seeing that Aisen was fine, they lowered their wands.

"Professor Aisen, are you alright!" Dumbledore stepped forward and asked, his tone filled with concern.

"As you can see, Professor Dumbledore, I'm perfectly fine." After moving his body, Aisen flashed again, appearing before the three of them, a smile playing on his lips. "I think this Charm has been successfully developed!"

Seeing that Aisen hadn't experienced any mishaps, the Professors finally breathed a sigh of relief. Following closely, expressions of joy appeared on everyone's faces.

Similarly, at this moment, Aisen's heart was truly filled with delight. This time, he hadn't relied on a cheat; he had perfectly completed the development of the new Charmsolely through his own abilities.

Although a few Professors helped throughout the process, it was still completed through his efforts. That kind of joy directly intoxicated Aisen.

At this moment, Aisen was certain that he would deeply immerse himself in the world of magic. Because this feeling was truly too wonderful.

"So, Professor Aisen, I wonder what it feels like to cast this Charm?" Seeing Aisen standing there with a smile, Professor Flitwick asked with a chuckle.

"Well, it feels very wonderful." Aisen's smile didn't fade as he began to explain, "When Apparition moves by leaping through space, there's a sense of pressure, like being squeezed into a rubber tube and then squeezed out, and a loud sound is also produced.

But this new Charm, well—I'd like to call it 'Apparition Without A Trace', it feels very comfortable to cast, without any feeling of pressure, and it doesn't make any sound. Moreover, as you've seen, it can completely bypass the protective magic in Hogwarts. It's truly a wonderful spell."

"Professor Aisen, I think I must remind you again that you absolutely must not publicize it—'Apparition Without A Trace'—lest Hogwarts be infiltrated by some Dark Wizards."

"Of course, Professor McGonagall, I am a Professor at Hogwarts, I certainly wouldn't do that, you can rest assured!" Looking at Professor McGonagall's deliberately serious expression, Aisen expressed his understanding. He immediately reiterated his stance.

"Alright, now that Professor Aisen can successfully cast Apparition Without A Trace, I suppose these old bones can finally rest for a while!" Dumbledore said with a smiling nod.

"Professors, aren't you planning to master Apparition Without A Trace?" Seeing them about to leave, Aisensuddenly asked. That's right, during this time, they had been discussing and researching together and had already understood Apparition Without A Trace very clearly.

Since Aisen could cast it, the Professors should at least master it as well.

However, after Aisen finished speaking, he was stunned by the scene that unfolded before him.

He saw Professor Dumbledore smiling and winking at Aisen, showing a mischievous gesture, and then instantly vanishing before his eyes.

Immediately afterwards, while Aisen was still looking bewildered, Professor McGonagall and Professor Flitwickalso vanished before him.

"Damn it, a bunch of cunning old foxes, they already mastered Apparition Without A Trace!" It took Aisen a long while to recover, only then realizing that they had actually already mastered this new Charm.

After pouting, Aisen didn't take it to heart. Aisen believed his own strength wasn't bad, but it was clear that they had much richer experience on the path of magic.

Now he could instantly move freely all over the world, how delightful! Thinking this, Aisen flashed and disappeared from the Charm class classroom, reappearing in his own dormitory.

After returning to his dormitory, Aisen began to sort out his strength. First, there was the strength displayed on his cheat character panel:

Character: Eisen Turner

Extraordinary Talent: magic (Activated)

magic Power: 8500 (Increases by 10 magic Power daily)

Extraordinary Traits: Excellent-grade Casting Trait (Compatibility 115%) (Integrated), Legendary ImmortalityTrait (Integrated), Perfect-grade Observation Trait (Integrated)

Miracle Traits: 0 copies (Automatically gain 1 copy annually)

His Extraordinary Traits were the same as before with no changes, but his magic Power was still increasing daily, causing his strength to grow constantly without him realizing it.

Of course, the successful development of Apparition Without A Trace allowed him to roam freely anywhere in the world. Moreover, since Apparition Without A Traceeliminated the spatial compression during instantaneous movement, he could naturally cast a Disillusionment Charm on himself beforehand and then cast Apparition Without A Trace.

This way, when jumping around the world, it would be more concealed, and naturally, he wouldn't have to worry about being discovered by others.

Furthermore, with Apparition Without A Trace, Aisen no longer needed to covet magical items like Portkeys.

Although Portkeys could only perform fixed-point spatial jumps, in Aisen's opinion, such magical items should possess a trait capable of spatial traversal.

But now, since Aisen had already mastered Apparition Without A Trace, given the severe lack of Miracle Traits, there was no need to think about Portkeys.

As for the Flight trait, Aisen had originally planned to give up on it as well.

After all, before having Apparition Without A Trace, being able to fly at Hogwarts School would indeed be very good, significantly increasing speed. But now that he had Apparition Without A Trace, the Flight trait was naturally unnecessary.

However, Aisen suddenly thought that although both Muggles and Witches could fly with the help of tools, being able to fly inherently, whether soaring through the sky or flying straight into space, was ultimately a different feeling. That feeling of free soaring and the process itself were probably things that instantaneous movement couldn't provide.

Therefore, Aisen felt that the Flight trait shouldn't be directly abandoned and should remain an option. But no matter what, after mastering Apparition Without A Trace, Aisen's strength had undergone a significant transformation.

Of course, even though Aisen felt his strength had transformed again and his combat style was more flexible, he would absolutely not become arrogant, nor would he underestimate any enemy.

So, if a head-on confrontation with Voldemort could be avoided, Aisen would still try his best to avoid it. Anyway, Dumbledore and the others had already mastered Apparition Without A Trace. In the future, Aisen might have other ideas to increase their strength. This way, there would be even less need to worry about Voldemort causing trouble.

At worst, just as Aisen had thought before, he could make an enhanced sneakoscope and give it to Dumbledore.

Anyway, Aisen felt that he was just secretly increasing the strength of friendly units, and it was no big deal. Therefore, he could still be an irrelevant (pretending to be fine) passerby Professor.

Chapter 80: A Different Experience (Seeking Subscriptions)

Early the next morning, it was just six o'clock when Aisenwoke up.

Having completely mastered Apparition Without A Trace, Aisen immediately began practicing with full concentration. In the dormitory and in the office, Aisen's figure constantly flashed between the two locations, as if teleporting, without any delay.

Furthermore, as Aisen's overall physical quality slowly increased with the enhancement of magic, his reaction speed had reached an astonishing level, now more than four times that of an average person.

In other words, when Aisen performed Apparition Without A Trace non-stop within the limits of his neural reaction capability, the frequency of teleportation would be faster.

Aisen had personally tested this and could basically teleport five times within a second. After reaching this conclusion, Aisen's mood immediately brightened.

Moreover, Aisen also discovered that the more proficient he became with Apparition Without A Trace, the more convenient he found it.

To some extent, Apparition Without A Trace could not only bypass the restrictions of Hogwarts' protective magic but was also more stable to perform. What did this mean?

Simply put, Apparition Without A Trace was a bit safer than Apparition.

For example, Apparition required movement over extremely long distances, such as intercontinental travel, which significantly increased the difficulty and the risk of Splinching.

However, with Apparition Without A Trace, perhaps because it eliminated spatial compression, Aisen did not feel a significant increase in difficulty when teleporting over extremely long distances. His personal safety was also basically not threatened when instantly reaching his destination.

Turning around, Aisen vanished from the office, not reappearing in the dormitory, but having already performed Apparition Without A Trace with a thought, arriving on top of the Sphinx beside the Great Pyramids of Giza, southwest of Cairo, the capital of Egypt.

Of course, upon teleporting to the top of the Sphinx, Aisen had already cast a Disillusionment Charm on himself to avoid being seen by Muggle.

Cairo time was one hour ahead, so when it was six o'clock in England, it was already seven o'clock in Cairo.

Sitting facing east, gazing at the rising sun in the distance and the empty scenery around, Aisen felt an indescribable feeling in his heart. It seemed that in an instant, his mind had become much broader.

Ten minutes later, with a thought, Aisen arrived at a beach in the United States, Hawaii. The time there was eleven hours behind England, currently around seven o'clock in the evening.

Aisen, covered by the Disillusionment Charm, watched the figures coming and going on the beach. The sudden change in time of day made Aisen experience another kind of unique feeling. The Charm of the island was displayed to Aisen at this moment.

With a thought, Aisen arrived at the Great Wall, looking at the magnificent structure, Aisen was amazed by the wisdom of the ancients. With another thought, Aisencame to Big Ben, experiencing the Charm of the Thames riverside.

At this moment, Aisen felt as if he had become the male protagonist from the movie 'Jumper' he watched in his previous life. With just a thought, he could freely enjoy the scenery from all over the world.

When Aisen returned to the office again, it was already eight o'clock.

However, Aisen sat behind his desk, continuously savoring the previous feelings, slow to regain his senses.

Aisen remembered that when he watched the movie 'Jumper' in his previous life, he had only one feeling: envy. After all, if an ordinary guy suddenly gained the ability to teleport and could wander anywhere in the world, wouldn't that be as comfortable as could be?

Not to mention that the movie's male protagonist could also enter and exit banks at will. Therefore, whenever he was short on money, he could teleport into a bank vault and stuff banknotes into his pockets.

After seeing this extremely luxurious and parasitic life for the first time in his previous life, Aisen instantly felt a 'Holy cow, I want this too' sensation. This shows how much the life depicted in this movie is longed for.

Previously, after Aisen perfectly mastered Apparition Without A Trace, he learned from the male protagonist of the movie 'Jumper' and tried out the feeling of wandering anywhere in the world.

To be honest, this feeling was indeed intoxicating. If Aisendidn't live in the Witch world, but in an ordinary world without supernatural abilities, he might very well have lived that kind of unrestrained luxurious life.

Some people might say that even in the Harry Potterworld, since Aisen already had such an ability, he could also live the same life as the male protagonist of 'Jumper'.

How to put it? Previously, Aisen thought that after entering Hogwarts and learning the Charms and other knowledge he wanted, he could withdraw.

But now, Aisen found that after living at Hogwarts for nearly two years, it had become a 'comfort zone' in his life. Unless necessary, Aisen didn't want to simply leave this comfort zone.

What's more, with his continuous growth in strength, Aisen was now fully confident to face Voldemort. Therefore, there was no need to hide.

Of course, for Aisen, perhaps after completely dealing with Voldemort, he could live a life of wandering around the world as he pleased.

But for now, this world would soon be thrown into chaos by Voldemort, so Aisen must focus his energy on this.

Upon arriving at the Great Hall, Aisen saw the Triodiscussing something. Harry had a troubled look, Ronseemed a bit impatient, but Hermione was in high spirits.

'What's wrong?' Sitting beside the Trio, Aisen asked aloud. It was his first time seeing them look like this.

'Harry promised Nearly Headless Nick that he would attend his five-hundredth Deathday Party.' Hermioneblinked her eyes and explained the reason to Aisen with great enthusiasm, 'I don't think many living people have attended such a party; it must be a very wonderful experience.'

'Why would anyone celebrate the day they died?' Rontook a big bite of chicken, muttering constantly. Ron, who was suffocating under the heavy Transfiguration homework, became irritable when talking about this.

'Nearly Headless Nick also asked me to mention to Patrick, the leader of the Headless Hunt, that Nick is scary enough and leaves a particularly deep impression.' Harrysaid, a look of regret already on his face.

Uh, hearing Harry's answer, Aisen couldn't help but be stunned for a moment. He knew that at Hogwarts School, there was a team of headless ghosts called the Headless Hunt, led by Patrick, but he liked to bully Nearly Headless Nick, which indeed didn't seem very proper.

However, how did Nearly Headless Nick come up with the idea of asking Harry to mention to Patrick that he leaves a deep impression? Are you sure you won't be bullied even more by Patrick?

'You've already promised Nearly Headless Nick you'll go to the Deathday Party!' Hermione reminded Harry again.

Seeing Hermione's high spirits, Aisen raised an eyebrow, unsure whether he should remind them. If she knew that the Deathday Party would only have rotten food, he wondered if she would still look like this!

'That's right, since you promised someone, you have to do it!' Aisen reached out and patted Harry on the shoulder, giving him a supportive look.

Harry and Ron exchanged glances, then their faces fell, but they nodded without saying anything. After all, it was indeed a different experience. On the other hand, Hermione blinked triumphantly, in a posture of victory, which made it hard not to laugh.
