Chapter 235 - Chapter 236: Megalodon and the New Artifact

Inside the palace garden—

Precious was calmly watering the flowers and trees.

The peaceful atmosphere was suddenly broken—

Thump.

"…!"

Precious instantly reacted, flipping backward and landing lightly.

When he looked ahead—

Lior was standing there.

"Yo… long time no see."

"…Oh. You're back," Precious said calmly.

"Yup," Lior replied with a slight smile. "It's been almost two months, right?"

"Yeah… and the moment you return, I'm already leaving."

"…Leaving?" Lior frowned. "Where?"

"Me and Uncle Bit are heading to the Blegree Kingdom."

"…Why?"

"There's an alliance meeting," Precious explained. "Between the Shin Kingdom, Secret Sky City, Gazakil Kingdom, and Blegree Kingdom."

"They'll discuss rules, treaties… maybe even new members joining."

"I see…"

The two began walking together.

"So," Precious asked, "how was your mission?"

Lior smirked confidently.

"It was fun. You wouldn't believe the things I saw—portals for the first time… and that artifact's guardian beast."

"It was powerful. I even had to use my third form—Spirit Dragon Form—to defeat it."

"…Oh? Then it must've been strong."

"Yeah. Oh, right—this."

Lior pulled out a small box and handed it to Precious.

"It's inside. A Megalodon-class beast… pretty huge."

"…Good," Precious said. "You brought it."

"So what are you going to do with it?"

"Nothing special," Precious replied. "Until now, it guarded the artifact."

"…Now it'll guard the Shin Kingdom."

"Ohh… so you're adding it to your special army?"

"Yeah. There are still open spots. It'll be the third member."

"Nice."

Lior then took out the bracelet artifact.

"And what about this? I don't really need it… what should I do with it?"

"…It's yours now," Precious said. "Do whatever you want. Keep it… or give it to someone."

"But who?"

"…No one needs it right now," Precious said after a pause. "But in the future… someone might."

"So keep it safe. Time will tell you who deserves it."

Lior stared at the bracelet for a moment—

"…Alright. I'll keep it for now."

"Good."

Precious spread his wings slightly.

"I'm heading to the army camp."

"Yeah. See you."

With a sudden burst—

He flew into the sky.

Lior watched him leave… before turning back toward the palace.

Army Training Camp

A vast training ground stretched across the area.

Soldiers were running, training, sparring—

Commanders observed everything closely.

Inside a tent—

Dhuma and Ewah stood over a large map.

"If more people join in the future," Ewah said, "this space won't be enough."

"We'll need to expand—from these mountains to this river."

"And if this becomes an official training camp… we'll need a name."

"…Precious will decide that," Dhuma replied.

"Yeah…"

Dhuma continued,

"We also need new roles. Right now, it's just us and two commanders managing a thousand soldiers."

"We need ranks like heads… chiefs… proper structure."

"And weapons—we only have 200 swords. 70 are already broken… and 35 are barely usable."

"…Food is also a problem," Ewah added. "We had 734 soldiers before. Now we have 1000."

"…We need to report everything to him."

"When will he even come?" Dhuma muttered.

"I don't know… last time he said he'd come when he finds a new member."

"…By the way—what's the name of our group?"

"…I don't know."

"…Did he even give us a title?"

"…I don't think so…"

Both fell silent.

"…So when he comes," Dhuma said, "we ask everything—name, structure, supplies… everything."

"…Yeah."

They stepped outside—

And suddenly—

BOOOOM!!

Something descended from the sky at incredible speed—

Landing with a massive impact.

Dust spread everywhere.

"…!!"

As the dust cleared—

A figure walked forward.

"…Sir Precious?!"

"Yo," Precious said casually. "How's the work going?"

"Everyone is doing their best," Dhuma replied. "You being here means… you found someone new?"

"…Yeah. But there's a small problem."

"What kind of problem?" Ewah asked.

"They've been stuck in one place for years," Precious said. "They don't know anything about the current world."

"But they're strong."

"So… teach them."

"…Sure. But who is it?"

Without answering—

Precious took out the small box.

He opened it.

And—

BOOM.

A massive body appeared.

A 100-meter Megalodon.

Even unconscious—it radiated pressure.

"WHAT THE—?!"

"That's huge!"

"What is this thing?!"

"This," Precious said calmly, "is the one joining you."

"…A beast?" Ewah asked.

"Yeah. From the Cult Kingdom. Strong… but not officially part of us yet."

"…I see…"

Dhuma stepped forward.

"I also wanted to discuss—"

"Later," Precious interrupted. "First, let's integrate it."

He looked at the Megalodon.

"This is a human kingdom…"

"…So you'll need a human body."

He raised his hand.

"VESALOR."

A small human body formed on the ground—

Lifeless.

"…What is that?" Dhuma asked.

"A vessel," Precious replied. "I'll transfer the beast's soul into it."

"…You can do that…?"

Ewah was stunned.

Precious closed his eyes—

Then opened them.

For a split second—

They glowed white.

The Megalodon's soul emerged from its body.

"This vessel has no gender yet," Precious said calmly. "It's made from earth, air… and a bit of water."

"I'll transfer the soul now."

Dhuma's mind went blank.

What… am I even seeing?

Can a human really do something like this…?

Ewah clenched her fists.

No doubt… he's not normal.

He's something far beyond that.

The soul entered the vessel.

The body began to glow—

White light spread—

Its shape started changing.

At that moment, the commanders arrived.

"What's happening here?!"

"Relax," Precious said. "The vessel is adapting to the soul."

The light faded.

And—

A human form remained.

A young woman—

Lying unconscious.

Clothes formed instantly over her body—

before anyone could even properly see.

…So it's female, Precious thought.

"Transfer complete."

"…What about the original body?" Dhuma asked.

"Oh, that?"

"Cochager."

The massive beast's body began to break apart—

Reshaping—

Transforming—

Into armor.

The armor fused into the girl's body.

"Her human body was already strong," Precious said. "Now it's enhanced further."

Silence.

No one knew what to say anymore.

"…Now the last step."

Precious stepped forward—

Placed his hand on her head.

A soft green light spread.

"…Heal."

Her wounds disappeared.

He stepped back.

Slowly—

Her eyes opened.

She sat up instantly—

Filled with rage.

"I WILL KILL YOU!!"

Everyone froze.

She looked around—

Confused.

Panicked.

"…Where am I?!"

"…What is this body?!"

"…WHO THE HELL ARE YOU PEOPLE?!"

Silence filled the camp.

No one moved.

No one spoke.

And in the center—

The former Megalodon…

Stared at them with fury and confusion burning in her eyes.
