"What?" Hawkeye looked at Amanda in disbelief, dumbfounded.

Did he mishear? What did this crazy woman say?

She actually said Natasha was a traitor?

He immediately questioned, "Madam, I don't agree with you. If Natasha were a traitor, do you think we would still be able to talk here safely?"

Amanda coldly glanced at Hawkeye and said, "This is the most dangerous place."

"Not saying anything now doesn't mean it won't happen later. She's like a ticking time bomb, constantly threatening all of us."

"If we don't use this opportunity to test them, we will lose our only chance, and later we will only become more passive."

That was indeed the logic.

But Hawkeye knew Natasha's personality; even if she bore everything alone, she would never do anything to harm her comrades!

Hawkeye could only look at Nick Fury, placing his hope on the old Director.

When he turned his head and saw the old Captain leaning on his hands, deep in thought, his heart immediately sank by half.

Hawkeye had worked for S.H.I.E.L.D. for many years and understood Nick Fury's habits very well.

When that bald head showed such an expression, it could basically be concluded that Nick Fury didn't care whether Natasha had betrayed them; he was only thinking about whether it was feasible to act against MIB!

After a long period of contemplation, Nick Fury's gaze lifted, and he said expressionlessly, "Clinton, leave here and go do what you need to do."

Hearing this, Hawkeye's heart trembled. He stepped forward in extreme surprise, still wanting to try and argue for her.

"Fury, you…"

"Clinton," Nick Fury's tone turned cold, "Don't make me say it a third time. Leave here."

"You!"

Hawkeye looked at Nick Fury's resolute gaze, unwillingly clenched his fist, and turned to leave in anger.

As he reached the door, he glanced at the two bald heads behind him and said,

"We humans never learn our lesson. I hope that when the entire Earth has to pay for your actions in the future, you will still have your current swagger."

Buzz clatter—!

The office door closed.

Amanda seemed not to have heard the final warning. She picked up the Suicide Squad's plan and presented it to Nick Fury.

"Mr. Director, if you are still hesitant and don't want to bear this responsibility in the future, just sign here, and I'll take care of the rest."

"Someone always has to bear the burden for this country, and I have that awareness."

"No."

Nick Fury rejected Amanda's "kindness," quickly signed the document, and stood up, saying,

"You just need to arrange the personnel; I will personally command."

"I disagree!"

The always-strong Amanda did not want anyone to be above her when executing a mission.

Nick Fury immediately retorted in a deep voice, "Do you have the technology to locate them? If you do, then I'll hand everything over to you. If not, shut up and execute the order!"

"Oh?"

Amanda's stiff face showed considerable surprise, and she asked, "You mean… you do?"

"Heh heh," Nick Fury chuckled twice, took off the black eye patch from his left eye, pointed to his glowing blue pupil, and said,

"So, that's why I'm the Director and you're the Deputy Director."

"Go execute it now!"

"…"

Amanda paused slightly.

For some reason, after being reprimanded, when she looked at Nick Fury again, she saw a charisma she had never seen before.

She did not continue to argue, picked up the document, turned around, and began the mission on her phone.

The corners of her mouth uncontrollably curved upwards.

"Colonel, take Deadshot, Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang, Killer Frost, Killer Croc, Plastique, King Shark, Polka-Dot Man, and Poison Ivy."

"Before we go, inject them with the most powerful nano-bombs. This mission has no restrictions on its level. Whether the mission succeeds or fails, once it's over, detonate them immediately."

...Asgard.

Natasha and Catwoman stood on the highest mountain, giving each other the middle finger, while Lin Luo took their commemorative photos with a camera in front of them.

Click—!

He pressed the shutter, and the camera immediately generated a photo. He also received some information feedback.

Lin Luo took out the photo and smiled slightly, "The show is about to begin."

Because they had made an impolite gesture, Natasha and Catwoman were not interested in this photo.

Neither of them willing to concede, they walked back to Lin Luo's side.

"Boss, maybe we shouldn't keep this photo? It doesn't look too good…"

"I think it's quite cute." Lin Luo put the photo and camera into his dimensional pocket, pinched their chins, and said,

"We've played enough. Accompany me back to the Base to get some documents."

"Okay!" Catwoman immediately gave the Boss a big hug.

Natasha was tempted but held back.

The Boss wasn't making a move on her, so she felt too embarrassed to be as proactive as Catwoman… They used the teleportation gun to return to Earth.

Then they got into the Rolls-Royce and slowly drove back to the New York Base.

Why didn't they just teleport back directly?

Lin Luo closed his eyes, holding two silky legs in his hands, one on the left and one on the right, while pleasant music played in the car.

Originally, Natasha and Catwoman wanted to ask why they didn't just teleport back.

Now, looking at the Boss's expression… Natasha pursed her lips, trembling slightly, seemingly enduring something. She looked at Catwoman, who was in a similar state.

Catwoman was also looking at her.

The two women exchanged glances, their eyes immediately filled with defiance, and they both raised their chins, their expressions resolute.

It seemed they were competing to see who would give in first!

However, this situation did not last too long.

As the saying goes, when the snipe and clam fight, the fisherman benefits.

After Lin Luo's technique, the standoff disappeared, leaving only two slowly snuggling cats… The car stopped in a parking lot at the Base entrance.

Lin Luo kissed Catwoman's forehead and got out from Natasha's side, "You two wait for me in the car; I'll be right back."

"Mmm-hmm!" Catwoman nodded heavily, giving Natasha a triumphant look with glee.

Natasha huffed out a breath, then steeled her heart, wrapped her arms around the Boss's neck, and decisively went for it.

"!!!"

Catwoman was startled at first, then a faint smile appeared on her face.

Hmm… She finally succeeded, it wasn't easy.

One minute later.

Lin Luo let go of Natasha.

The latter smiled a bit shyly, weakly averted her gaze, not daring to look directly into the Boss's eyes.

Lin Luo ruffled Natasha's beautiful hair, "I have to go. If I don't, the car will probably be parked here for half the day. We'll continue when I get back."

Parked for half the day?

Does that mean… Catwoman leaned on Natasha's shoulder, her eyes as soft as Water, and said, "Then I'll have something to look forward to."

...Above New York.

Three Quinjets entered stealth mode, hovering at an altitude of two thousand meters.

"I have deployed S.H.I.E.L.D.'s most advanced satellites and locked onto the location of the MIB Base, Amanda… It's time for your people to act."

"Suicide Squad, move out."
