Ryker parks in front of Zeke's gates a few hours later.
Mylo gets off the bike and drops the helmet on the seats and walks off. He opens the gate and locks it. He doesn't spare the Alpha any glances.
Ryker swallows his words.
He had thought earlier he would be able to calm Mylo down by using his Alpha's voice. He was wrong, because immediately he yelled at Mylo, he began crying and he wouldn't stop even when Ryker hugged, pestered kisses all over his face.
Mylo didn't stop crying a bit, he kept mumbling that he wanted to go home and now, Ryker had no choice but to bring him home.
It was almost midnight.
He puts Mylo's helmet away as the boy goes into the house. He drives away, returning to the Waning Villa.
Beta Oziel was waiting as soon Ryker drove into the garage.
Ryker thinks the man probably heard his bike from miles away. And knew he was coming, because why the fuck was he waiting for him?
"Welcome home, Alpha. Your father has been waiting for you."
