Carl who had heard the commotion outside, of course was listening in, to every word and sentence the Alpha twins were discussing among themselves.
"Enough hiding, Carl," Royce rubs his eyes tiredly, demanding the omega to come out of his hiding.
Carl gasps, surprised. He was utterly shocked that Royce could detect his presence from here. He was hiding so well.
He steps out, wearing an oversize black sweater with his sleeves covering his fingers. He quickly pulls down one neck side of the blended cotton material to his arm, achieving an off shoulder. He wears barely nothing underneath.
He made himself small, cuteness overriding him. He walks toward Royce, keeping his head low, his lips forming a pout.
"I wasn't hiding," Carl sulks pitifully, "I heard noises."
"You were eavesdropping. That is bad manners," Royce keeps his voice low and casual.
