To everyone who's reading this specific chapter/info, I thank you.
This is just the first of many author notes, and I want to let you know that I'll also be doing Q/A sessions.
Now, the reason I've written this is because I want you to know—this novel is not your generic story, and that's the honest truth.
The story is based on my take on a mythos, with a twist and a bit of spice (which I won't reveal just yet).
This novel is heavily inspired by my love for Lotm and its author, Yuan Ye (Cuttlefish), who dives deep into his worldbuilding, and SingNSong -Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, both of whom represent strengths I deeply admire. From Lord of the Mysteries, I draw inspiration for worldbuilding; from ORV, the dynamics not only between its characters but also between the story and the reader.
I'm writing this novel to connect my characters with you, the reader. It doesn't have to be the main character you connect with—it might be a side character. I want to give my all to each of them.
Hopefully, I can write good jokes: my biggest worry :)
That's all from me. I hope you find it interesting.
P.S.: The chapter named forgotten history is the start of many more, and will play a major part in world-building, so don't miss them.
