S.H.I.E.L.D., Nick Fury's office.
"Skrulls? Are you sure?"
Listening to Natasha's report on the other end of the phone, Nick Fury's expression instantly became solemn.
On the side, Alexander Pierce pricked up his ears when he heard Nick Fury mention the Skrulls.
Did something happen to his people?
On the banks of the Hudson River, in front of the pile of spontaneously combusting ashes—
"Linen is very sure the other party is a Skrull!"
"Why does Linen know that the other party is a Skrull? How did he figure it out?"
Faced with Fury's question, Natasha glanced at Linen and Jessica Drew, who was staring curiously at the large number of Quinjets not far away.
Then she replied, "Fury, the psychic Linen may not know about Skrulls, but Judge Linen should know."
Natasha deliberately used the identity of "Judge" to remind Nick Fury.
To remind him that besides those two identities, Linen is also the messenger of Nemesis, the goddess of vengeance.
Sure enough, Nick Fury, who understood Natasha's hint, nodded. "Tell O2 Linen I'll have someone check whether any Skrull cases have gone missing recently."
"Okay!"
After hanging up, Natasha repeated Nick Fury's words.
Although Natasha still didn't know what Skrulls were, or why Nick Fury had such a force at his disposal, it was obvious her clearance wasn't high enough to know these things.
Maria Hill should know!
"Want a ride back?"
Standing up from the ground, Natasha asked with a smile.
"I drove here."
Pointing to her Chevrolet, Linen replied.
After all three left, a golden magic portal opened.
The Sorcerer Supreme, the Ancient One, and Mordo arrived at the place where the incident had occurred.
Looking at the pile of ashes, Mordo squatted down to check it, then said to the Ancient One, "Teacher, this is indeed the energy fluctuation of dark magic."
"Are we sure we don't want to warn that Linen?"
Faced with Mordo's question, the Ancient One waved her hand, and the pool of ashes instantly reorganized into an energy sphere.
Looking at the black energy sphere in front of her, the Ancient One dispersed it once more.
"Just a poor soul bearing the weight of an entire universe. Perhaps Linen can resolve the 'doubt' in his heart."
After saying that, the Ancient One glanced to the right, then disappeared with Mordo.
Just as the two vanished, a wave of energy appeared in the direction the Ancient One had looked toward.
Soon, a man wearing a magic robe, with a third eye on his forehead, a silver mask covering his left cheek, and a hunched, obviously non-human companion appeared.
If the owner of the spoiler system—or Linen—were still here, they would know that the man with the silver mask on the left half of his face was Stephen Strange!
"Master, did the Sorcerer Supreme Ancient One discover us just now?"
Faced with his subordinate's question, Stephen Strange nodded.
"The reason Teacher Ancient One appeared here and dispersed the energy sphere was to warn me to follow the rules."
"If I hadn't sent that Skrull to approach Linen this time, and instead went myself…"
"Then Teacher Ancient One would have attacked me."
Hearing this, his subordinate asked in confusion, "Master, you can kill the lord of our Hell Dimension—can't you defeat this so-called Sorcerer Supreme?"
"What do you know?"
Walking slowly to the pool of ashes, Stephen Strange's eyes darkened. "Before I became the Sorcerer Supreme, I thought my teacher was simply very powerful."
"She even died at the hands of Kaecilius."
"But it wasn't until I became Sorcerer Supreme that I realized the true gap between us, and understood that the reason she died was because she knew I could win—and because… she was tired of living."
"Somoro [CHECK], Teacher Gu Yi was right. I am the most talented among all Sorcerer Supremes."
At this point, Stephen Strange raised his left hand.
Looking at the hand that once trembled slightly but was now dry and twisted like a monster's claw, Stephen Strange's eyes filled with disgust. "But she lied to me. She is the most powerful Sorcerer Supreme."
Hearing that, Somoro hunched over and frowned in disbelief.
He had personally witnessed how this powerful magician killed his dimensional lord.
Could the Ancient One really possess comparable power?
Even though he came from Hell, it didn't mean he was stupid.
If she were truly as powerful as Stephen Strange claimed, why didn't she dominate Earth?
"What should we do now, Master? Aren't we taking Linen away?"
"If not, we can target the Spider-Woman named Jessica Drew!"
"Even though she's a clone, she's already connected to the Spider-Totem, and we only arrived here by chance because of her during our dimensional travel."
"So we can use her…"
Faced with Somoro's question, Stephen Strange shook his head. "No need to waste the effort. At this point in time, everything has only just begun."
"The Battle of New York hasn't happened yet. None of the loops have started. So time is on our side."
"Since Teacher Gu Yi warned me to follow the rules, then fine—I'll follow the rules."
After saying that, Stephen Strange twisted his withered hand.
The dark energy just dispersed by the Ancient One gathered again.
"A reward for you."
Stephen Strange casually injected the dark energy into Somoro's body, ignoring his excited gratitude.
Glancing in the direction Linen and the others had left, Strange turned and disappeared with his subordinate toward the riverside.
Manhattan, Linen's apartment.
After returning to the apartment, Linen took a bottle of soda from the refrigerator, drinking as he thought.
But after thinking for a long time, he still had no clues.
But one thing was certain—the other party was indeed coming for him.
As for the mastermind… it couldn't be Agatha the witch!
Since he couldn't figure it out, Linen simply put it aside for now.
He opened the system and checked his creation points, then began editing a new video.
As long as he grows stronger, no matter who the enemy is, he will always have a way to deal with it!
