Chapter 13 - Choosing a new home base!

The black hooded figure was someone Hun Tin had given Luo Li to assist in the mission. It sounded nice, but in actuality, it was just Hun Tin spy, sent to watch and report on Luo Li's actions.

It was just that after two days, they couldn't even grasp Su Han's location in the slighest.

With Luo Li's irritable nature, she kept cursing at the hooded figure every minute she got a chance.

He was helpless, as he had not expected that a mere mortal could travel so far. The only reason means of tracking via blood had failed to locate Su Han was distance being too far.

It was just that over the past two days, Su Han and Wu Feng had indeed gone further and further away.

At the moment, they had reached the edge of the grassland, and a massive City wall appeared before them.

It was just that this city wall was too old, mold was even covering the entire wall.

Some areas had tree embees in the wall surface, and this was clearly a sign this place has been abandoned for a long time.

Any other person wouldn't be interested in such a dilapidated place, but he was different.

He wanted to create a strong foundation for his banking industry, and having his own domain was very important.

This place was just right as he had already though about it clearly.

He couldn't just create a bank from nowhere. He needed to have a base and population.

The population also needed to have savings so that his bank could even operate.

But savings didn't drop from the tree, and people with hunger and poor living environment wouldn't bother with savings.

The process of accomplishing his goal was not simple.

He was going to turn this place into their home base and slowly spread outwards in the furure.

At the moment, he was more inclined into setting up a home in this place, and schools as well as other good amenities he could manage.

Perhaps in no time, this would be some place others would fight to get a chance to live.

He had fallen in love with this location, as he had a strange image of forming a massive modern city with skyscrapers and that vision just couldn't leave his mind.

He knew he couldn't go back to his previous life, but he wouldn't mind creating some environment that would remind him of home.

To be more specific, he wanted to create a new home for himself.

His plan was not just for the path he had chosen, but to also intergrate into this world.

He turned back looking at the ever stretching grasslands before him with a strong ambition igniting inside him.

"If this place is turned into a rice field, wheat farm or even a vineyard then the view should be very enchanting." This feeling of having to create a city to match one's imagination was addictive.

It was just that he was well aware, having dreams was nice and all, but to truly put it into practice was a completely different matter all together.

He had forgotten the creatures they had encountered in the grasslands.

It was just that he was also wary of humans even more. Other areas occupied by humans weren't necessarily good places.

Take the Hun clan for instance, such a demonic place might kill someone before they realized even what had happened.

He also had concerns that if set up all his plans right under the watch of some powerful factions or clans, he might end up as a slave for them.

Things were different in this isolated region. Once he set up a framework, and accumulated enough foundation, then it would be difficult to shake him or his path in the slighest.

"This place clearly seems abandoned. If I take over this place, it shouldn't be conflicting with anyone's interests. But that would mean I have to worry about the population issue." He thought as he looked back towards the run down city wall.

Walking closer and closer, he felt his liking for this place increase.

"I've made up my mind, this is going to be our home base from now on." With this thought he stepped towards the massive cracks on the city walls and passed through.

The tiger and Wu Feng followed behind as they looked at the place vigilantly.

The situation inside the city was not good at all. But this wasn't surprising.

"Wu Feng!" He turned to look at the massive figure beside him and called out.

"Boss!" Wu Feng responded seriously.

"From now on this is going to be our new home. You are going to be the person in charge of our home's security. Little Tiger will be our city guardian beast." He uttered this words with excitement, and something he had not expected happened.

"Ding!"

*Every dragon has their lair. The host has set up a dragon lair and met requirements to receive random talent and 12 attributes*

The moment this words appeared at the screen before him, he was shocked at this discovery and also excited.

He looked closely and the entire system panel became clear before him.

He looked at the stats and wondered how he had such a low intelligence.

Without a second thought, he made a decision in his mind. He had no interest in keeping the attributes saved up.

He already seemed to have grasped something. He couldn't cultivate and this was probably something he didn't dwell on after he saw the free attributes the system had awarded him.

"Distribute all attributes equally!" The next moment, he felt as though his world was spinning.

His body was heating up while his mind has a cool sensation spreading.

He couldn't move in the slighest, as though his body wasn't within his control.

This wasn't how he had expected things to happen.

He assumed the process would go on without much impact on him, but it turned out he had been thinking too much.
