--Third Person POV--
[Later, U.A. High School, Principal Office, Japan]
Several hours after the USJ Incident concluded Midoriya found himself summoned by Principal Nezu in the principal office. Also intending them was All Might as he asked in a confused tone showing a nervous expression, "H-h-hello A-a-all Might. And P-p-principle Nezu. Can I ask why I was called here after the incident…?"
Nezu, seeing this, first responded in his usual playful tone when he talked to people, explaining the purpose of the meeting, "You have nothing to fear, young Midoriya-san. First and foremost, I wanted to ask you for your quick responses during the USJ Incident. We're not even through the first two weeks of classes, and you're already well on your way to facing villains. And we wanted to tell you more about One-For-All too, now that you are officially All Might's successor."
Listening to Nezu's words Midoriya was shocked that Nezu knew that he was All Might's successor. Looking at this All Might just sighed and said, "Its ok kid, Nezu is someone that I trust fully and many of the teachers already know that you're my successor."
Listening to All Might's words Midoriya calmed down, then started stating all the events, first in the bus, How Hiroto had guessed that both his and All Might's Quirk was Power Stockpiling. Then after the villains entered, how he directed all the students to subdue the villains, and lastly how he defeated the Nomu that was made to kill All might.
Hearing his words both Nezu and All Might were shocked and they were relieved that someone of that strength was on their side and not with the villains.
After this, Midoriya was going home. Then All Might in his small form came to him to encourage him "Hey Midoriya, don't lose hope seeing someone else shine, you just need time and you too will be doing the same thing as them."
Hearing the words of his idol who he worshiped, Midoriya also got motivated again to give it his all and practice and stockpile even more power. So, that he can finally help All Might who was injured and show that there is another Symbol of Peace.
After this, All Might became serious and started telling him the story of how OFA originated and the rivalry of the quirk and the 8 previous generations of users and how the first 7 were killed by the same person, and how he injured All Might in their last battle, "I thought that after our final battle, he had died. But by today's events, it seems he is alive and has joined many other villains and if he knows about my weakening of my powers, so if he attacks now, I might not be able to defeat him." After listening to All Might's story Midoriya became even more determined to become stronger.

--Third Person POV--
[Nighttime, League of Villain Hideout, Japan]
*FWOO*
From the black goo escaping their mouths, Kurogiri and Shigaraki fell into the base thanks to the small nomu, Johnny's [Warping] Quirk. They each landed on the ground.
*ZWORK*
Landing down, Shigaraki groaned angrily, recalling his loss, almost throwing a tantrum with Kurogiri still stuck in glue, "Argh! Humiliated by a child and almost beaten to a pulp by that hero. All those underlings were wiped out, and even my Nomu's didn't get the chance to fight All Might! All because of that damn stupid kid!! Why didn't you tell me about that damn brat, master?"
Slamming his fist onto the ground, showing his angry expression, All for One, through a monitor in the wall of the bar, responded in a neutral tone, "I agree. We severely underestimated our source's intel about him. Thankfully, we sent them that cheap name of League of Villains and not our own. Anyway, what of our creation? Nomu? Did you retrieve him?"
Shigaraki groaned as Kurogiri explained to All for One as he had gotten out of the glue trap, he was in a neutral tone, "The Nomu you lent us has been killed, sir."
There was a light pause hearing that answer. Knowing Heroes for so long, killing was the last resort for most, especially with children around, as All for One asked, "… Killed? Explain."
Shigaraki soon explained the events from his side that Nomu was killed when Hiroto fought with the Nomu, and how strong he was. It came to his surprise that Nomu, was killed by a UA student that too a first year at that.
All for One soon spoke after a brief pause of silence in a neutral tone, losing one of his specimens, "After all the trouble we went through to make him as strong as All Might. Well… that's too bad. A real shame."
This caught All for One's attention as he spoke in an interested tone of the latest of events occurring, "I will have to investigate this student again then. Naturally, you must be upset, but if what you are telling me confirms some of my suspicions, this wasn't a futile mission. Find stronger troops! Take all the time you need! We can't move freely! That's why we need a symbol like you. Tomura Shigaraki! Next time, the world will know of the terror you represent!"
Just like this Tomura too had become more determined to become more stronger, so that he could destroy this hero world by his own hands and become the Symbol of Fear.
