Chapter 8 - Chapter 8: Yamuna Riverside Villa

After bidding farewell to Aunt Sharma, Rajesh Kumar took Priya to a well-known domestic real estate company, DLF Properties in Gurgaon. DLF is the number one real estate giant in the country.

The reason he chose DLF was because they happened to have a group of villas on the outskirts of Gurgaon, very close to his mother's school in Noida.

This was the information he had searched on his mobile phone in the morning, and his spiritual consciousness had also confirmed that this place was indeed the best in Gurgaon.

Priya saw many people inside, including many beautiful aunties, and didn't understand why her father was here.

"Papa, what are we doing here?"

"Papa has been drifting in Gurgaon for more than two years. It's time to settle down, so we came here to buy a house so that Priya can have enough space to play." Rajesh Kumar replied.

The little one's eyes lit up when she heard that she could live in a big house. The conditions of the rental flat were not good, and the place was too small.

Neha Patel had been very unlucky recently and hadn't closed any deals.

"Neha, don't be in a daze. Look at your performance this month. Just agree to Mr. Gupta's request and go have a meal with him. If you act like this, I'm worried for you."

"Sister Meera, stop talking, I won't go to dinner with him."

Rajesh Kumar was carrying Priya on his shoulders, and Little Sheru, the miniature Pug, walked in on the left side. Rajesh Kumar was tall and handsome, and he was already very eye-catching just wearing a T-shirt and jeans.

At this moment, carrying a pink and jade-like little princess, the looks of the father and daughter attracted a lot of attention, and the sound of comments continued to float into Rajesh Kumar's ears.

Neha also glanced at Rajesh Kumar. Of course, she was not a flirt. This Rajesh Kumar gave her a familiar feeling, as if she had seen him somewhere.

"Sister Meera, I'm going to greet him." After saying that, Neha walked towards the hall.

Sister Meera sighed, "This girl." This handsome guy looks a bit handsome, but he doesn't look like someone who can afford a house.

Neha said to Rajesh Kumar, "Hello, sir, are you here to see the house?"

Rajesh Kumar's memory was so strong that he recognized Neha as his college classmate at a glance. He didn't expect to meet an acquaintance here. He was very surprised that Neha was in sales. She was obviously not professional.

"Neha, why are you here?"

"Ah, who are you? How do you know my name?" Neha said in surprise.

"I am your college classmate Rajesh Kumar. Ms. Patel, you are so forgetful." Rajesh Kumar said with a heartbroken expression and put his hand on his chest.

Neha looked at him carefully, then stretched out her hand to pinch his face, "You are really Rajesh Kumar. Why didn't I find you so fair, handsome, and with such good skin before?"

"..."

"Priya, please call her Auntie. Auntie is Papa's classmate." Rajesh Kumar said to Priya.

"Hello, auntie."

Neha was so surprised that Rajesh Kumar actually had a two-year-old daughter.

And she was so cute. Neha stood up on her tiptoes and reached out to touch her head. "Hello, kid, what's your name?"

The little one hadn't chatted with a stranger for a long time. She was still a little shy and couldn't speak for a while.

Neha joked: "Giggle."

Rajesh Kumar saw that Priya couldn't talk to her and said, "Just call her Priya. Let's not see each other outside, haha."

"Why are you here?"

Neha remembered that one of her classmates was not a rich second generation, and his academic performance was average.

"I'm not here to look at houses." Rajesh Kumar replied.

Neha was not surprised at all, but just as she was about to ask, Rajesh Kumar's next words shocked her.

"I'm here to buy a house."

"What!!"

"I said you don't need to make a fuss. I don't seem to be able to afford a house."

"It's not like that."

"That's pretty much it."

"Yes, absolutely."

"..."

Rajesh Kumar's face was full of black lines.
