Chapter 73 - [BONUS] Takeshi VS Erza

"Start!"

Happy flew between the two and announced the start, then immediately retreated.

The moment Happy announced the start, Erza immediately charged towards Takeshi with her sword. Takeshi likewise met her with his blade.

Clang... Clang...

Their weapons clashed fiercely, and for a time, neither gained the upper hand.

Takeshi had put a lot of effort into swordsmanship over the past six months. After all, in his normal state, he couldn't use any magic. If he were to use Take Over Magic just to deal with some minor thugs, it would be overkill.

Takeshi's body, having been trained by Sun Breathing, was now at its peak. Coupled with his magic power of five and a half stars, even without transforming into any anime characters, his own combat strength was only slightly inferior to an S-Class Mage.

"So amazing!"

Lucy was deeply shocked watching their fight. She couldn't even clearly see them swing their swords.

Elfman said, "Right? Isn't it spectacular?"

Natsu, breathing fire, excitedly shouted, "I want to fight too!"

Clang!

The two exchanged a blow and then separated.

"As expected of Erza!"

Takeshi let out a sigh of relief. Erza was indeed a genius, not someone like him, a half-baked swordsman who had only practiced for half a year.

Takeshi wasn't discouraged by this, because he had known for a long time that people are actually different.

When it comes to studying, some can ace the exam with little to no effort, while others can't get good marks even if they do their best.

He wasn't a genius, just an ordinary person. The only reason he could learn Sun Breathing was because he had transformed into Yoriichi.

However, although he wasn't a genius, when he transformed into anime characters, even geniuses were just his stepping stones.

Every character he transformed into was a super genius, one in a million.

"You too. To reach this level of swordsmanship in half a year is astonishing."

Erza was even more shocked. She was one of the people most familiar with Takeshi, knowing that he originally relied on Take Over Magic for his immense strength. She hadn't expected that now, even without relying on Take Over Magic, his strength was already comparable to a top-tier Mage.

The speed of this power progression was simply too much.

Keep in mind, her current level of swordsmanship was honed through years of arduous training and countless battles.

"It's time to get serious now, isn't it?" Erza's eyes became serious.

"Indeed, let's get serious then."

"Full Body Take Over. Tsugikuni Yoriichi."

Takeshi's hair began to grow rapidly, then turned dark red and was tied into a high ponytail.

His clothes also changed, becoming a samurai outfit, with a red haori draped over him, holding a long blade.

His irises turned red, his facial features subtly changed, he wore earrings with a red sun design, and a strange crimson mark appeared on his forehead.

Just standing there, he exuded a strong sense of oppression.

"Gulp!"

Everyone around him involuntarily gulped.

Most of them had only seen Takeshi transform once, which was when he defeated Erza. With just one strike, he defeated Erza, an S-Class Mage, which brought them unparalleled shock.

At that time, Takeshi gave them a feeling of immense, unparalleled power.

Although he was also very strong when trasnforming into other characters, in terms of danger, Yoriichi was the most intense. Just making eye contact with Takeshi in this state made them feel as if they were being seen through.

Erza felt this particularly strongly at this moment.

"I didn't expect that even after half a year, this feeling hasn't changed at all."

"Requip: Armadura Fairy!"

Erza requipped into the fiery red Armadura Fairy armor, holding a fire sword.

"Armadura Fairy! It's fire-resistant armor!"

Everyone recognized the function of Erza's Armadura Fairy.

Takeshi smiled and asked, "Do you think this armor can withstand my attacks?"

Erza shook her head. "Of course not, but wearing it at least makes me feel a bit safer."

Erza didn't think this armor could withstand Takeshi's attacks. Takeshi's attacks could even break through the defenses of an indestructible dragon.

"Is that so? Then I'll start attacking."

Sun Breathing: First Form: Dance!

Takeshi rapidly rushed towards Erza, and when he was in front of Erza, he unleashed an arc-shaped slash.

Erza immediately swung her sword to parry and block.

Clang!

Sun Breathing: Second Form: Clear Blue Sky!

Takeshi leaped into the air, swinging a circular slash from top to bottom, the slash like a sun wheel under a clear sky.

Erza concentrated her spirit and parried with all her might.

Sun Breathing: Third Form: Raging Sun!

Takeshi used his Nichirin Blade to unleash two horizontal slashes.

Sun Breathing: Fourth Form: Fake Rainbow!

Erza seized the opportunity to counterattack, but the moment her sword passed through Takeshi's body, she realized something was wrong, it was just an afterimage of Takeshi.

Sun Breathing: Fifth Form: Fire Wheel!

After Takeshi somersaulted once in the air, he circled behind Erza and unleashed an arc-shaped slash at her back. Erza quickly dodged.

Sun Breathing: Sixth Form: Burning Bones, Summer Sun!

Takeshi swung his blade, releasing a circular slash.

...

Takeshi methodically used Sun Breathing techniques to attack, and the attacks came so swiftly that Erza was powerless to counter. She could only defend with all her might.

Sun Breathing: Twelfth Form: Flame Dance!

Takeshi continuously unleashed two crescent-shaped slashes.

Erza defended with all her might, finally blocking this move and let out a sigh of relief.

It seemed her strenuous training had an effect. She couldn't even block one move before, but now she could block all of Takeshi's sword forms. She finally...

Suddenly—

Crack!

Bang!

Erza's sword and armor shattered together, falling to the ground.

"When?!"

Erza's pupils constricted, looking extremely shocked.

When? When exactly was she attacked?

She thought she had blocked Takeshi's attacks, but she didn't expect that Takeshi's attacks had actually already hit her, and she hadn't even noticed when or how many times she had been attacked.

Not only that, but his attacks were able to precisely destroy the armor without her even noticing. This level of swordsmanship made Erza tremble with fear once again.

If she were Takeshi's enemy, she might not even know when she was killed.
