Price negotiable.
This means that this broomstick is not some cheap item.
It must cost at least tens of thousands of Galleons, he thought. Tens of thousands of Galleons is fifty thousand British Pounds, enough to buy Mr. Granger's Bentley.
But you can't really compare them. After all, both Bentley and the Fire Crossbow Arrow are luxury rides, at least that's what Harry thought.
He forcibly turned his head away, trying not to look at the broomstick again.
To be precise, his vault could support him in buying this broomstick—but what about after that?
If all the money is spent on this broomstick, what will he do in the future?
For now, he still has a Light Wheel 2000, which is enough for him, and the Light Wheel 2000 can also help him win the Quidditch championship.
What else could he be unsatisfied with? he thought.
Besides, if he were to buy this broomstick, Vivi, who is always frugal, would scold him to death.
Yet, this didn't stop Harry from having his eyeballs caught, like a compass, by the Fire Crossbow Arrow whenever he passed by.
Sometimes, he would also buy some supplements for Hedwig to eat.
Even owls need to replenish nutrients; you can't just let them eat dead rats every day, can you?
This year's Li Hen Bookstore wasn't as lively as last year, since Lockhart, that fraud, had already been exposed by a respectable lady.
He spent several Galleons to buy all the books he needed this year.
He placed these books in the corner of his wallet, feeling very satisfied as he lay in his bedroom; of course, most of the time he was practicing spells.
After some time practicing, Harry had mastered the knack of disarming multiple targets all at once.
Theoretically, it's similar to the Avada Lightning Chain, but the Expelliarmus Lightning Chain is more acceptable, at least using some White Magic or Inoffensive Minor Curse for marking.
At least it doesn't require using the Soul-snatching Curse or Drilling Curse, which would land one in Azkaban; it's quite a progress.
The Broken Cauldron Bar is actually very noisy, located right in the middle of a Muggle neighborhood, with the sound of wizards in Magic World Diagon Alley selling their wares in the back, and Muggle car sounds in the front, all of which make it extremely noisy. If Harry didn't know the Silencing Spell, he wouldn't be able to sleep from all the noise.
He also encountered Neville, but Neville was there with his grandma.
Neville's grandma, Augusta Longbottom, looked like an even more severe and old-fashioned version of Professor McGonagall, but surprisingly, Augusta had a particularly good impression of Harry, very good indeed...
She even paid for Harry and Neville to have the latest, most expensive, and luxurious nut ice cream at the Florin Ice Cream Shop.
"Good child, look how thin you are." Augusta reached out to pinch Harry's cheeks, "Thank you for looking after our Neville at school," she said.
"You're welcome, ma'am." Harry smiled politely at Augusta.
On the second to last day of the summer holidays, Hermione and Ron also came to the Broken Cauldron Bar.
"Harry." Hermione tapped on Harry's door. Harry had just woken up, rubbing his eyes, he opened the door and saw Hermione and Ron standing outside.
The two of them were together.
"I feel like you two are hiding something from me," Harry said while yawning.
"What could we possibly be hiding from you?" Ron laughed, patting Harry's shoulder. "Come on, mate, let's go downstairs and grab some food together. Oh, you can freshen up first, we'll be waiting downstairs... oh my, mom and dad really miss you, they want to say hello... oh, and by the way, my dad seems to have something to discuss with you."
"What is it?" Harry asked curiously.
"You'll find out once you come downstairs, go freshen up," Ron said with a grin.
Harry shrugged, not asking further, and turned back into the washroom to freshen up.
Once everything was sorted, he went downstairs.
Today, the Broken Cauldron Bar seemed a bit different; there seemed to be something posted on the pub wall... a wanted poster?
The man on the wanted poster caught his attention.
