Ryuen simply sat down on his seat, and patted Ishizaki's head.
"Good job."

Ishizaki is like a dog afterall. Rough and needs to be occassionally praised. And the threat of expulsion as a collar.
By the time lunch arrived, Ryuen was already feeling sleepy.
"Ryuen-san! Were you being bullied!? Tell me, I will teach them a lesson."
Ishizaki was ready to throw hands and make the class lose points.
"What did I say, Ishizaki? Don't do anything without my order."

Ryuen stood up and said, "Class, today's lunch is on me."

So, Ryuen got 5 million points more, and Nagumo's full-on enemity. Well, Ayanokoji will take share of that enemity as well.
He took back his complaint and waved at Nagumo as he went back.
