Not long after Yamanaka Haiichi left Uchiha Yoichi's office, he bumped into Hatake Sakumo.
"Mr. Haiichi, are you feeling upset?"
Hatake Sakumo was very perceptive, noticing with just a glance that Yamanaka Haiichi was not in a good mood and seemed to have just come out of Uchiha Yoichi's office.
"It's nothing, Fourth..."
Yamanaka Haiichi said with a smile, though he tried to contain his emotions, he couldn't hide it from Hatake Sakumo.
Hatake Sakumo spoke up, "Mr. Haiichi, you must have seen the changes in Konoha in recent years. Although I am the Fourth Hokage, the prosperity is almost all thanks to Uchiha Yoichi; soon he will become the Fifth Hokage, and it's better to work with him to make the village even more prosperous."
Hatake Sakumo sincerely advised, believing that Uchiha Yoichi was the most suited for the role of Hokage.
If Konoha three years ago were compared with the current Konoha, no one would believe it transformed in just three years.
The Ninja Village is powerful, villagers carry smiles, everyone yearns for Konoha, wanting to move into Konoha Village; without Uchiha Yoichi, it would be challenging for him alone to heal the post-war village wounds.
Hatake Sakumo had experienced the post-war village, after the Second Ninja World War ended, it took Konoha nearly seven to eight years just to restore its strength.
Nowhere near compared to Uchiha Yoichi.
"I understand, Fourth Hokage!"
Yamanaka Haiichi nodded after hearing, then watched Hatake Sakumo leave.
Seeing Hatake Sakumo walk towards Uchiha Yoichi's office, Yamanaka Haiichi guessed they were discussing the Hokage election.
After the announcement in the village five days ago, about seventy to eighty percent of the people supported Uchiha Yoichi for the Fifth Hokage election; he holds power, has the Security Team and support from various village shops and Ninja Paradise, making the Fifth Hokage election almost unquestionable.
Yamanaka Haiichi asked around in the Hokage Building, and knowing Nara Shikaku wasn't in today, he went directly to Nara Clan Land.
Arriving at Nara Shikaku's house, he knocked on the door, then heard a rather terrifying voice inside.
"Coming! Who's...Oh, it's Mr. Haiichi, please come in, Shikaku is resting inside."
The one opening the door for Yamanaka Haiichi was Nara Shikaku's wife, a seemingly gentle yet very formidable woman, whose yelling sometimes made Yamanaka Haiichi somewhat fearful.
"Sorry to interrupt, there's something very important to discuss with Shikaku today."
Yamanaka Haiichi said with a smile once inside, changed his shoes, and started walking inside.
Seeing the exhausted Nara Shikaku in the hallway relieved Yamanaka Haiichi, who greeted him while Nara Shikaku scratched his head, saying, "Come in for tea, I was planning to find you and Ding Zuo to drink at night...but let's discuss serious matters first."
Nara Shikaku noticed his wife glaring at him intensely, quickly led Yamanaka Haiichi to the guest room's porch, poured water, and sat across from Yamanaka Haiichi asked, "What happened for you to come unexpectedly?"
"Look at this first, Uchiha Yoichi asked me to bring it to you."
Yamanaka Haiichi handed Nara Shikaku a document, then looked at the document himself after opening it.
As he expected, it was the notice relieving him of his position as the interrogation team leader, though he had anticipated it, seeing the content still made him somewhat miserable.
"Shikaku, yours should be the same?"
"Yeah, I'm no longer the Jonin Class leader; is that for Ding Zuo? He doesn't seem to have any village positions apart from Jonin..."
Nara Shikaku saw Yamanaka Haiichi holding another document bag and couldn't help but ask.
"No, this is also for me."
Yamanaka Haiichi shook his head, opened the document bag, and upon seeing it, felt a chill down his spine.
Inside were three applications stating: application for the entire clan to move out of Konoha Ninja Village, seeing this Yamanaka Haiichi didn't know what to do.
"Shikaku, this..."
Yamanaka Haiichi showed the application to Nara Shikaku, who also felt numb.
If signed, the three clans would leave Konoha, perhaps even unable to stay in the Land of Fire, only able to survive in small countries; if not signed, they would have to yield to Uchiha Yoichi...yet they had already conceded, now only wanting to preserve some traditions.
'Even such things they're not allowed?'
Nara Shikaku clenched his fist slightly, unable to say a word for a long time, the three applications were likely left for the Ino-Shika-Cho Clans.
Why the Sarutobi Race wasn't involved might be because Sarutobi Hiruzen was the Third Hokage.
Uchiha Yoichi seemed not to fear them leaking Konoha's information if they left...or perhaps waiting for them to actively leak, providing a legitimate reason to act?
"Shikaku? Shikaku?"
Nara Shikaku was gently pushed twice, before regaining awareness to look at Yamanaka Haiichi, just thinking about the consequences made his back cold with sweat.
"Haiichi, maybe this isn't Uchiha Yoichi's first move, next he'll pressure us, either obey completely or leave the village...this time he's serious."
After recovering, Nara Shikaku said to Yamanaka Haiichi, having been given such application documents, how could nothing happen next.
Just as he finished speaking, Nara Yoshino entered, looking slightly unwell, said, "Shikaku, some clan members are here to see you, they're at the door."
Nara Shikaku and Yamanaka Haiichi exchanged a glance, both realizing this might be the follow-up action.
Then Nara Shikaku stood up and walked to the door, when he and Yamanaka Haiichi reached the home entrance, they realized the visitors looked unfamiliar, yet then remembered they were clan members who had joined the Anbu.
"Clan leader, we were notified to leave Anbu today."
"Also the Yamanaka Clan ninja, were leaving Anbu today with us, we saw it was leaving for both our clans..."
"Clan leader, what's going on?"
Upon hearing this, Nara Shikaku's mind went numb, the first step was him and Yamanaka Haiichi, the second step was the Anbu clan members, was the third step to prevent clan ninjas from taking missions?
"Your situation is clear to me, go back and wait a bit, this isn't just about our two clans, I need to discuss with Haiichi and Ding Zuo."
Nara Shikaku assured the clan members, seeing them return comforted, Nara Shikaku knew he had to resolve this matter quickly.
"Haiichi, go find Ding Zuo."
Although Akimichi Race ninjas rarely held village positions, they took more assignments, if Uchiha Yoichi blocked them on missions, it would truly cut the last strand of life from the three clans.
No missions would mean they'd have to rely on clan business income to support the clan members...and Nara Shikaku felt even then, Uchiha Yoichi wouldn't let them off.

Senju Tobirama was on his way back to Konoha when he suddenly sensed several strong chakra signatures, after using Perception Ninjutsu, he finally recalled whose chakra it was.
"Monkey? Why is he in the Land of Earth?"
Though not knowing why, Senju Tobirama still headed towards Sarutobi Hiruzen's direction, his perception didn't deceive him, it was definitely Sarutobi Hiruzen.
Reanimation Jutsu eliminates the concern for chakra depletion, so Senju Tobirama continually used Instant Body Jutsu to quickly approach Sarutobi Hiruzen's group.
Upon nearing, Senju Tobirama found Sarutobi Hiruzen and his people already poised for action, probably thinking him an enemy; yet Senju Tobirama didn't stop the Instant Body Jutsu, instead directly appearing before them, saying, "Monkey, why are you here?"
"You, you're...Tobirama Sensei?"
Sarutobi Hiruzen saw the person suddenly appearing by Instant Body, his expression moved from amazement to shock; Transformation Jutsu could deceive, but chakra couldn't fool him, the person before him was truly Tobirama Sensei.
