"Energy from the spirit bodies of the dead?"
Uzumaki Naruto, after hearing this, more or less understood what Uchiha Yoichi meant, but once he understood, he still felt a bit uncomfortable inside.
Among this energy might be the spirit bodies of his parents and people he knew who had passed away; doing this felt like desecrating the dead.
After Uchiha Yoichi understood what Uzumaki Naruto was thinking, he immediately shook his head and said, "You're too naïve, Lord Hokage. Without the Pure Land, the spirit bodies of the dead dissipate even faster in the Ninja World, they might completely vanish in just a few months. The existence of the Pure Land actually helps them remain for longer..."
"Besides, Otsutsuki Isshiki is still alive. Right now you can't even protect the living, and you're still worrying about the spirit bodies of the dead… To be blunt, the energy in the Pure Land exists to defeat the Otsutsuki. It doesn't necessarily have to be you, Lord Hokage. If you're unwilling, then I'll have to look for a successor somewhere else in the Ninja World..."
At this point, Uchiha Yoichi paused for a moment, then continued, "I can't be bothered to train myself; fighting isn't where my interests lie."
When he first arrived in this timeline, he had three Kage Level spirit-body Shikigami infiltrate the Pure Land, and had these Three Shikigami occupy the positions of the Three Pillar Gods in the High Celestial Plain.
Now Uchiha Yoichi could control everything in the Pure Land, it was just that the Six Paths Sage was still that lingering pest in there; his impression of Uzumaki Naruto and Uchiha Sasuke was so-so, but since he'd already gotten involved with Hinata and Sakura, he might as well use the energy accumulated in the Pure Land to play the good guy.
"If that's the case..."
Uzumaki Naruto let out a deep sigh, crossed his hands over his mouth and thought for a while, then asked, "Mr. Yoichi, how many people can have their strength boosted by the energy in the Pure Land, and how long will that power last?"
"Any number of people is fine. The spirit bodies of those who've died over a thousand years… Lord Hokage, don't underestimate that amount. And of course the power-up is permanent. Can the strength you train up yourself just suddenly disappear?"
Hearing Uchiha Yoichi's words, Uzumaki Naruto gave an awkward laugh. The only reason he asked was because he remembered the Yin-Yang Power that the Old Six Paths had granted him and Uchiha Sasuke; after they sealed Kaguya, that Yin-Yang Power disappeared.
Although the power lingered for a while after that, Uzumaki Naruto could no longer use Six Paths Sage Art or the Truth-Seeking Orbs now.
Uzumaki Naruto opened his mouth and asked, "In that case, can you let another person receive this power together with me?"
"Of course. But preferably don't bring someone too weak, or they'll be blown apart by the power..."
Uchiha Yoichi nodded, then went on, "I'll go make preparations first. The day after tomorrow you two can receive the power."
After speaking, Uchiha Yoichi nodded to Uzumaki Naruto, then left the Hokage Office.
Once Uchiha Yoichi had left, Nara Shikamaru asked, "Naruto, do you really trust this guy?"
"Shikamaru!"
Uzumaki Naruto hadn't spoken yet when Ino at his side interjected, "Why are you so biased in your attitude toward Yoichi? Has he threatened the village?"
"He's too mysterious. Up till now..."
"Alright, Shikamaru, let's just try it first. I don't think he has any ill intent. Besides, there's Sasuke too, so it'll be fine."
Uzumaki Naruto spoke up to persuade him, and his words put a stop to the argument between Nara Shikamaru and Yamanaka Ino; Ino gave a soft humph and didn't continue arguing with Nara Shikamaru.
Though they'd been teammates since childhood, Ino felt Shikamaru was too serious about everything, and he'd been targeting Uchiha Yoichi all along.
Once they'd decided, Uzumaki Naruto immediately had someone send a message to Uchiha Sasuke, telling him to return to the village.
After the Ninja Eagle delivered the message, Uchiha Sasuke, who was still outside gathering intel, soon returned to the village.
When Uchiha Sasuke saw Naruto, he directly asked, "Naruto, what did you call me back for?"
"It's about defeating Jigen, Sasuke. Right now there's a method..."
Uzumaki Naruto told Uchiha Sasuke what Uchiha Yoichi had said. After hearing it, Sasuke frowned slightly, then said, "Do you trust him, Naruto?"
"Yeah, I don't think he'd hurt us. It's worth giving this a try."
"If that's how it is, then I'll trust your intuition." Uchiha Sasuke said calmly, "If we're together, even if there is some bad scheme, we can deal with it..."
"Sasuke..."

Uzumaki Naruto's situation was comparatively better, since he had the Nine-tailed inside him to help, but Uchiha Sasuke was having a harder time of it and could only rely on himself.
Fortunately, the Rinnegan had the ability to absorb Chakra; if not for that, Uchiha Sasuke would have reached his limit long ago.
Time passed second by second.
The aura around Uzumaki Naruto and Uchiha Sasuke grew stronger and stronger. On Uzumaki Naruto's body, a Sage Feather Robe even appeared along with Tamoe, and Truth-Seeking Orbs materialized behind him.
Meanwhile, the pressure around Uchiha Sasuke was also very strong, not inferior to Uzumaki Naruto's at all.

Once Uchiha Yoichi felt the two were close to their limit, he ordered the Three Shikigami to close the High Celestial Plain passage, and the Curse on the ground vanished as well.
