Yang Chen immediately accepted the orders from these two people. Following the navigation, he arrived at the Hai City Restaurant entrance 2 kilometers away to pick up the first passenger.
This man seemed to have drunk quite a bit, his whole head was flushed red.
Yang Chen: "Evening, brother. Please buckle up your seatbelt. We'll wait a moment while I call the other passenger to check if he's arrived."
Passenger: "No need, the other order was also placed by me. I'll cancel the other order now. No need to wait, you can drive off right away."
Yang Chen was instantly dumbfounded. What the heck, is this even a thing?
Using two accounts to order a carpool, then canceling one once on board, to enjoy a dedicated car service for the price of carpooling. Man, that's some loud accounting.
Yang Chen didn't care about the dozen or so bucks for the fare. After all, he was heading home too, so he just drove off.
