Chapter 2 - Chapter Two: Diving into the Dungeon

The cold air slipped through a low, abandoned window, stirring two emotions at once: fear and curiosity. Every step Roy and Yura took echoed softly against the damp walls of the dungeon, while the dim light from the old lamps hanging on the walls barely revealed half the distance ahead. The humidity played with the scent of the place, and the sporadic drip of water resonated through the shadows, as if hinting at something unseen watching them.

The paintings hanging on the walls, each one like a window into strange worlds, twisted and breathed in the shadows, carrying inverted faces, eyes that followed movement, and colors intertwined in ways that the human mind refused to interpret.

Yura suddenly stopped, her eyes widening in astonishment.

"This… it's the first time I've ever seen something so strange… so chaotic!" she said, her voice trembling as she tried to control her fear, yet curiosity pressed on strongly.

Roy smiled a strange smile, filled with mystery and absolute confidence.

"No matter how hard you try to understand it, you won't be able to… These things cannot be analyzed with human logic, nor comprehended by a limited mind like yours."

Yura shivered, staring at each painting as if trying to decode a secret:

"Where do these ideas come from… these strange creatures? How can you imagine things that eyes are not meant to see?"

Roy looked at her, his eyes glittering with a secret:

"You can deduce it easily. As long as what you see is non-intuitive to you, it means it's not from reality. Everything you see here, every movement, every being… comes from my own world, which I live in and perceive with all my senses."

Yura swallowed in silence, then whispered to herself:

"I might be diving into this person's madness… all his words… complete nonsense!"

Her voice then rose with greater intensity:

"I can't bear all of this… I'm leaving!"

Roy approached cautiously, holding her hand firmly yet gently:

"Don't be afraid, Yura… you won't harm yourself. You're only delving into your own mind. Come… close your eyes, and dive with me into this parallel world."

Yura trembled, hesitant:

"What are you saying, you fool? Let me go!"

Roy smiled mischievously, not letting her go:

"Come on… don't you want to uncover the secrets of these creatures that have puzzled you? All this chaos and mystery… awaits your discovery firsthand."

Yura hesitated for a moment, but curiosity overcame her fear. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. Suddenly, she felt everything around her fall silent, as if time itself had stopped. The cold air became lighter, and the shadows began to move slowly, surrounding them with all the paintings and strange creatures, as if welcoming them into the world of Armcastra.

With every step inside this world, the surroundings began to shift: the paintings pulsed with colors, the creatures twisted, some smiled gently, and others watched curiously. Each being carried psychological depth, an unfinished story, a symbol of an idea or feeling that human eyes had yet to comprehend.

Roy whispered, his voice blending with the echoes of the place:

"Look… everything here has a secret, and every secret has a story… everything you see now is just the beginning."

Yura opened her eyes for a moment, witnessing a world overflowing with strangeness, horror, and curiosity, a world where madness and philosophy merged in unexpected harmony.

Thus began the true adventure, the journey into the depths of Roy's mind, in the world of Armcastra, a world she would never forget.
