Arthur POV
Remembering that I was naked, I tried to cover my family jewels with my right hand. After a while the white-haired girl looked at me and answered with an indifferent tone.
"We don't have armour-type memories right now."
'Memories?' Why does it sound so familiar?
As if sensing the puzzled looks on my face, the tall girl replied, "How did you survive the Dream Realm without any armour?"
I simply looked at them while thinking of a way to answer the question. There are many questions that I needed them to answer for me, like what is the Dream Realm and Memories and how can they simply summon a weapon from thin air?
"Well, even a baby can survive for ten minutes."
"What"
"I mean, when I regained my consciousness, I was naked in the middle of nowhere."
"So as anyone can do, I tried to look and learn where the hell I was in. Then I spotted a headless statue, got on top of it, and looked around. Finally, this happened."
The trio looked at each other, and the tall girl responded, "You mean you just got here ten minutes ago?"
"Basically yes."
The winter solstice is the D-day when sleepers all around the world would be sent to the Dream Realm, and this freak was sent after weeks. While I was trying my best to survive, he was enjoying life to the fullest in the waking realm. Where is the justice here?
As Sunny was in this thought. Nephis spoke.
"If you are a human, then prove it."
"Uh, what do you mean, proof? We're both talking with each other, and as you can see, I can wake, talk and think, and if this isn't proof, I don't know what it is."

Sunny, after hearing Nephe's reasoning,he simply nodded. He had a feeling that if the two of them were to fight the stranger. Things might not end as they desired, and he knows Nephis has the same feeling. But what can they do about it?
There is not enough time for them to reach the other camping place, and soon the dark water of the forgotten shore will rise and devour the low land.
With hesitation the trio started to climb the statue; after a few minutes, they finally reached the top of the statue.
Arthur looked at them; their armours were broken, indicating that they had to fight with something dangerous in order to reach here.
But I didn't see any creatures after I gained my consciousness. How peculiar.
The trio, after they gain some of their strength. They walked towards me, and then the short boy with black hair said with a smile that didn't truly reach his eyes, "Welcome to the cohort." After a brief pause, "How may I address you?"
There was a tension on their faces, although they tried to look indifferent about the situation they were in, but Arthur, who lived for thousands of years, knew that they didn't trust him yet.
Of course he knows that humans can't simply trust each other. Even if they do, they can betray themselves withoutany second thought.
"The name is Arthur."
Sunny, after hearing the stranger's name, pointed at Nephis and spoke, "Well, Arthur, this is Naphis, changing star of the immortal clan." Then he pointed at Cassie and continued, "And this is Cassie the seer," and finally he pointed at himself and spoke, "Well, I am Sunless, but you can call me Sunny if you want."
