Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: A NEW PERSON

As the plane touched down, I woke to the voice of the flight attendant announcing our arrival in Ukraine. My body felt stiff from sleep as I stepped off the aircraft and walked out of the airport. I called for a taxi and climbed inside, telling the driver to take me somewhere secluded.

As the city blurred past the window, my mind wandered back to my brutal training days in Russia—those endless hours of honing myself into a weapon. Eventually, we reached the isolated area, and I stepped out. There, tucked away like a secret of nature, was a beautiful waterfall.

I removed my shirt, letting the cold air hit my skin, and walked beneath the falling water. I closed my eyes and meditated, letting the world drown out.

But then—

I looked up.

A rocket was arcing toward me.

Right. Ukraine was at war.

BOOM.

A flash. A roar. Then nothing.

When I opened my eyes again, I stood in a white void—an empty, endless space without sound or shadow. Then I heard a voice, ancient and resonant.

God's POV: "Hello, mortal. Your life was full of battle. Training. Blood. Tell me your story, and I shall decide whether you deserve reincarnation."

My POV:

I hesitated, thinking about everything I had endured.

"My family was obsessed with creating a warrior," I began. "They tortured me to near death whenever they were angry. I was forced to master almost every martial art. They cut me with knives just to 'toughen me.' But they did one thing that saved my sanity—they let me discover Jujutsu Kaisen. I found it on a website. Reading it gave me a reason to keep living… though I never finished it. That's my only regret.

"When I died, I felt relieved… but also sad. It's complicated. But that's my story."

God's POV:

He stared at me sternly, face unmoving. Then he sighed, closed his eyes, and spoke.

"Very well. You shall reincarnate into the world of Jujutsu Kaisen."

I froze—speechless, shocked, excited. My heart raced.

"You may choose three wishes," he added.

I immediately thought of Heavenly Restriction—my favorite concept. Pure physical power. Raw speed. No cursed energy limits. And I wondered just how strong Heian-era restriction users truly were.

"My first wish," I said, "is to have all the physical attributes of two Heavenly Restriction users from the Heian era—at their absolute prime.

"My second wish: mastery over all weaponry.

"My third wish: the ability to perceive things increasingly slower—enhanced perception, like stacking levels of bullet-time."

"Is that all?" God asked.

"Yes."

"Then spin the wheel."

A wheel materialized before me. I touched it, and it spun rapidly, clicking faster and faster until it stopped… on the skull of a skeleton.

I squinted. "What… is that?"

God answered plainly:

"That reduces your luck by 90%."

"WHAT!? What do you mean?!"

"It means exactly what I said. Now—off you go. Enjoy the JJK world."

"WAIT—!"

But his voice faded, and so did I.

When I opened my eyes, my vision was low to the ground. My hands… tiny. My height… small. And an unfamiliar adult man was holding me. He looked enormous—because I was a baby.

A young boy stood nearby, staring curiously at me. I reached out to him, and the man smiled, letting the boy hold my hand. He was ecstatic, though I didn't understand why—until reality hit me.

I had reincarnated. Actually reincarnated.

This was the JJK world. My only chance at a new life.

Post-Time Skip — Age 5

My new name was Kiro Emiya.

I was far stronger than any five-year-old should be—expected, given my Heavenly Restriction. My brother, Hiro, was twelve years older. I never learned his innate technique, but I didn't really care.

My father, age thirty, was a Grade 2 sorcerer. His technique was Body Memory, allowing his body to learn physical actions faster than normal. Grade 2 seemed low for such an ability, but I didn't judge him.

I had no mother. They said she died giving birth to me.

Because of that, my brother resented me. I felt guilty, but I couldn't change the past.

As always—just like in my previous life—I trained. Constantly.

Two months passed.

One day, my brother and I went out to buy ice cream. As we walked home, I suddenly felt a presence watching us—cold, heavy, suffocating. At first, I ignored it, but worry gnawed at me.

"Hiro… let's hurry home."

He stared at me sternly over his cup. "What? Why? It's warm—"

Then he paused. "…No. You're right. It's getting dark."

So he felt it too.

We ran home. But when we reached the door…

It was open.

Wrong.

VERY wrong.

We stepped inside—

—and froze.

Our father's mangled corpse lay on the floor. Skin peeled. Flesh torn. And around him…

Four curses feasting on him.

Through my limited cursed energy, their forms were revealed. Their whispers carried one word:

"Kill."

Special-grade level. No doubt.

My brother shook violently. I couldn't blame him. I was terrified too. Even with my physical ability, I had never faced true monsters like this.

We ran. Down the stairs. Leaping steps. Bursting into the road. Searching desperately for a sorcerer—

But the streets were empty.

Then—

Two curses appeared behind us.

I increased my speed… and accidentally left Hiro behind.

I turned. He wasn't running.

He was frozen.

One curse stabbed him through the back.

"NO—HIRO!!!"

A burst of cursed energy pushed me backward—my brother's last strength.

"Run…" he gasped.

I didn't want to. But I obeyed. Tears streamed down my face as I ran and ran.

My brother formed a wind blade—a desperate strike. It scratched the curse. The wound healed instantly.

The curse sneered.

"Futile."

Then it ate his head clean off.

I screamed.

I ran.

My heart shattered.

The curse closed in behind me. I had never felt fear like this.

In my excitement to reincarnate, I forgot what living in JJK truly meant—death always near.

I sprinted blindly, until I slammed into someone.

A rough, powerful presence towered over me.

I looked up—

And my blood froze again.

Toji Zenin.

No time to process. The curse was still chasing me. I ran, though I faintly saw a woman beside him.

Toji looked confused as he sensed the curse. In an instant—too fast for me to track—he stepped in front of me, grabbed me by the back of my shirt, lifting me like a stray cat.

I struggled, but it was pointless.

His wife glared.

"Toji! Why are you bullying the kid?"

"Bully—!? This twerp led a curse spirit straight toward us!" he barked, pointing behind me.

She turned to look—

The curse had already vanished. Probably didn't want to deal with Toji.

But now I had a bigger problem.

I dangled helplessly in Toji Zenin's grip.

He studied me but he did nothing what do I do With you.
