"Sure, let's call Minato and Kushina. You can call your friends," Kyuushin agreed.
So, the two called Kushina, who was still playing with her cat, and then left together. On the way, Kushina heard that Kyuushin was also graduating and immediately felt dejected. She even thought about asking Mito to let her graduate early as well, but Kyuushin managed to calm her down with kind words. Nawaki went to get Minato, while Kyuushin and Kushina went to pick up Sachiko and Makiko.
After explaining their purpose at the Uchiha compound, the girls' mother, Chie, generously allowed them to go. Everyone gathered at the barbecue shop, and after introductions, the celebration began.
Nawaki raised a glass of juice. "Kyuushin and I are both graduating early! We wanted to tell all of you, our good friends, in person."
"Congratulations," Minato said with a smile. The Uchiha sisters, however, were surprised.
"Ah? Kyuushin, you're graduating?" Sachiko asked, looking downcast. Makiko also looked at him.
"Yes, my strength is sufficient, and the elders hope I gain experience early," he replied.
"Oh, alright then. I wish you a smooth graduation." It was clear Sachiko was a bit down, but Makiko stood up and said, "I hope you have good fortune in battle, Lord Kyuushin. Remember to keep in touch often."
Kyuushin stood and clinked glasses with her. "Of course. Hana was a gift from you two, so I naturally won't forget you." Hana was the cat the sisters had given him, named for the flower-like yellow spots on its fur. Sachiko smiled when she heard him say that.
After a few rounds of food, Kyuushin didn't forget about Minato and asked him, "Minato, have you thought about graduating early? With your strength, it would be no problem. Then we could form a three-person team."
Hearing this, Minato subconsciously glanced at Kushina.
Kushina, on the other hand, was a bit angry. "Why can he graduate early and I can't?"
