"Only 300 years? I thought I would gain all the thousand years of cultivation." Hearing the system's notification, he asked.
"Dear Host, this is only possible for those soul beasts who have devouring abilities. In your case, while absorbing the soul power of the soul ring, most of the soul power leaked and released in nature. This is particularly natural for every other soul beast except Soul Beast which has devouring abilities. That's why they were considered as Evil Soul Beast and often hunted by other soul beasts." The system replied to him.
And after hearing the reason, he thought it made sense. After all, if every soul beast could increase their cultivation like that then, they'd have gone extinct by their own racial fight.

"Seems like I've gained a few skills. But what is this Tier thing and Beginner written beside every Un-locked skill?" He pondered about the new skills and strange things written beside it.
"Dear Host, acquired skills are divided in five Tiers. In which, Tier V is the lowest and most simple skill and Tier I is the highest and most powerful skill." As if aware of his doubts, the system replied.
After hearing the explanation of Acquired skills and their Tiers he understood that it was to show which skill is powerful and which is not. But what about other things?
"What most favourable thing about Acquired skill is that they can be cultivated to higher Tier. Also, the upgrade in Tiers is based on proficiency which is also divided into three stages; Beginner, Master & Perfection. After reaching Perfection of any Tier's Skill except Tier I, the Host can spend points to Upgrade the skills to the next Tier." The system's voice sounded again.
This time, he understood everything. "So that's how it is?"
"Well, now I know about this, let's check out the service panel and see which service needs to be unlocked?" he said.

"Wow," after hearing the rules he became delighted. This is so awesome compared to having limited space. He quickly tries to store the soul bone. And it vanishes with a thought after coming to his hands.

And another blue screen popped up with bunches of slots. One of the slots showed the sign of Torso soul bone. Looking at it he understood. First, the thing or material you want to store must be in your possession, second you can store or take out the things with just a thought.
This is very convenient. As if others saw it they will just think it as storing in a storage soul guide.
"Now, for the others, let's unlock — Map." After understanding everything about Inventory very clearly, he decided to unlock other services.

Second, Treasure Map, in which the host can know about the location of treasures nearby them. By using this function the host can also know the best place for cultivation, but it costs points. Third, the Dangerous Area Catalogue, in which there are records of several Dangerous Areas across the Douluo World, but these areas also contain several things that greatly benefit anyone in the way of Cultivation. It also costs points to use." The system voice sounded to inform the specialties of Map service.
