Chapter 2
That night my phone rang, it was a group call, with sleep flooding my eyes I rolled over the bed and picked the call I noticed Carl and John were already talking so I tried to hide at the background and muted my mic so that I could sleep a little bit longer. Not longer I heard my name loudly into the headphones I was hearing
"Ambrose aren't you going to play " Carl asked
"Mmm" I was still overwhelmed with sleep so I couldn't tell what they were talking about
"Hahaha" John began to laugh "bro was sleeping haha"
"Haha" Carl found it funny while I was lost at the middle of sleep and finding out what they were talking about " bro you are playing action welfare tonight right" Carl asked
"Mmm yh"
"Bro we talking like right now" John jumped out and said
"Ooo yes, but if I win we are all going to sleep" I said
"Sure bro I set the time" John said
Not longer later I found myself playing the game, and I found out John set the time to an hour.
"Bro the time is on an hour, how can I play for one hour" I asked using the game mic
"Ooo I thought you won't notice" he said giggling as if I was stupid how wouldn't I notice
Then an idea popped into my head I was going to sleep for half the game and wake up the next half for a come back.
At first I thought the idea was the best idea I ever thought of but then I began hearing
"Enemies headshot"
"Enemies double kill
"You have been killed "
Men it was so annoying I woke up ten minutes later and started my early win, killing them like flys, it was like as though I knew were they were going to be spawned so as they were being revived I gave them a wonderful headshot I was going rampage until Carl's timing to became precised just as he got revived as if he knew I was waiting he gave me resounding headshot. The game was fun and ended as me being the winner and Carl being second John only had one kill and it was me, but it was when I was trying to sleep. I called a night and went back to bed obviously I knew u was going to going late to school
Just as predicted I woke up late and got to school as the first period was starting I missed assembly, I felt like a bad boy but surprisingly John and Carl got to school early than me.
"Bro you are late you missed assembly" John said
Yh I knew John as always tried to be an early comer and he surprisingly never sleeps in class, but I guess I finally understood why Carl was always sleeping in class.
"Bros am going to class " Carl said
John followed him and waved at me I took my books from lucker and kept them in my bag and held out my phone playing games.
Then I felt a soft feeling on my head around my elbow side, I looked down to check it out.
"O my God am so sorry"I said as I kept walking towards class then she pulled me back
What happened was that I hit a girl's breast and that was the soft feeling I was talking about, but it wasn't just any girl it were the three people I called the trio bitch. This were the finest girl Roxy the smartest girl Johan and the assistant class captain grace I really disliked them they were so blah.
"You can't even say sorry"grace said
"I did say it but I didn't even hit you"
"Ooo who do you think you are nerd" Roxy said
This girl in particular wasn't to smart so I wondered how she heard the word nerd "do you even know what a nerd is" I asked covering my mouth trying to hold out the laughter
"Off course it means a book perv like you" grace said trying to back up her friend
I looked at grace with my side eye "I know you know the meaning but she don't" I said that and left just then I felt my aura rise to the pick, but grace had to spoil the fun
"You are cleaning up the class after school everyday" she said
I waved her off and went to class ten minutes late all because of those good for nothing girls, I thought I was going to get angry but idea left immediately i greeted the teacher and went to sit down.
"You know you are late"Mrs Smith said
"Sorry ma"I said "but I guess am not the only one" I whispered to myself as the trio walked in
"Johan you and your friends are late" Mrs Smith said, but I knew they were not going to be punished as Mrs Smith like Johan
"Sorry ma it won't happen again"Johan said and went to take a sit
The class was boring as the teacher thought other subjects like math English and the rest, me and the guys kept chatting on the group and playing game the teacher didn't even notice until
"Haha" John laughed
Me and Carl slowly looked at him, while is face literally saying sorry to us, soon the whole class turned to him
"What is so funny"Mrs Smith asked
"Haa nothing ma, but I guess I don't really understand " john said saving us all
"Ooo you should have said so" Mrs Smith said smiling before instantly turning her smile to a frown "then come to the front role, Johan you probably understand this already understand let him sit you go to the back " she said
I noticed a blush Johan face, was it because Mrs Smith complimented her on her smartness, well I didn't care John hid his phone and went to the front.
For the first time in math class Mrs Smith gave class work it is probably because she wanted to make sure John understood it, but in the case I didn't even know the topic, Wat kind of student was I, I thought
"Anyone that fails get extra class today"she added making things worse for me, how wouldn't I go for gaming club.
The whole class was already done except me John and Carl, Mrs Smith snatched John's paper looked at it and laughed, I knew I was next but carl was a hero he stood up while everyone was looking at him in shock i quickly wrote something down.
"Mmm" Mrs Smith standing in front of the class said "today no one is Waiting for extra class"she said cracking a smile and bending her head to the left "yeah and the highest is Johan"as expected I thought, she continued "the second highest is John "everyone's eyes was in shock except me I guess.
Me and John are the same we are smart but like chilling in the background and getting average scores.
"I guess I really understood at the front" he said
"And the third highest is Dan " Mrs Smith said"class ended with that today goodnight class "Mrs Smith said living the class
I looked at Dan face all I saw was sadness, he picked up his bag and left the class I felt for him, bro as never gotten first all his life was second, just like aresnal in the premier League, and someone takes that second place from him.
The class was soon getting empty so I decided to go to the club room then I heard the voice I hated the most
"Aren't you cleaning the class"grace said
"Tch" I wanted to continue walking when I saw Roxy walked in with her muscler and stupid boyfriend max.
"You better do what they say nerd " max said
"Tch you guys keep using words you don't know the meaning" I said laughing at him "you probably don't even know it's an abuse" I said doing all those wicked smiles I felt my aura rise
Max grabbed me by the collar probably about to the crap out of me then Johan came out from the corner
"Please don't I will clean up"as she said that I felt like a villain that smile on my face was so perfect I enjoined it so much
"Live it girl the cleaner will clean up "grace said
They left before me, but I followed them when we got outside I looked at them and said
"So you thought you could stress me "I said
Max got angry and came to punch two times, before the girls held him back
I stood up and left for games and my day ended without a single emotion I guess smiling does not mean you feeling anything I thought.
