"I really hate it that I don't protest in the past" suddenly Sophia heard her own voice spoke, she looked up and to see another version of herself, though this one, her hair seems to be longer and also has more yellow-greenish, along with green pupils in her eyes

Future Sophia's appearance made Max's yells became the background noise almost instantly

It was a screen that showed what happened at the explosion incident, when the explosion took place, Mike grabbed her and use his own body to shield her, and his body was then sent flying towards the rock decorations

"Remove this glass! Remove it, so I can beat the shit out of you!" He shouted while slamming his fists against the glass harder and harder that his hands starting to hurt so bad(if that's possible)
However, no matter how hard he tried to break the glass, it wouldn't break
Even if he unleashed all of his anger, the glass remained rigid
He saw how Sophia was holding back tears, trying to act like everything is fine, even though it's not
He saw every slaps Max had done to her, and that made him even angrier
He slammed his fists again, again, again and again. Finally, the fatigue caught up with him, causing him to collapse
"Please don't cry, Sophia..." He pleaded weakly, though he doubted she can hear him
"Please...I hate it when you cry..." He mumbled weakly again, his fists are clenched so hard that his knuckles probably would turn white any moments soon
"It's not wrong that you wanted to be there for her" suddenly, Mike heard his voice from behind him
He turned around and to see his counterpart, which has more blue on his hair and also a sunglasses?
But what caught Mike's eyes was the small ring on his left hand
"Spent my entire three years savings, for a girl...definitely worth it" his future self chuckled
"You seem...happy"
"That's because I am, duh!"
"How are you still happy when this is what you see!?" Mike snapped at his future self
"Yeah, I know what you're saying...but you know Sophia, she preferred to solve her problems by herself most of the time, and you have to let her, no matter how ridiculous it sounds"
"Then how am I supposed to be there for her?"
"Just...letting her know that you existed is already enough"
"Ouch, that's a harsh word"
"Well yeah, but that's pretty much all I can tell you"
"What's with the sunglasses?"
"You want to know?" His future self suddenly took off his glasses, revealing that his blue eyes now have pink pupils, he looked at Sophia, and to Mike's surprise
She suddenly changed from silent sad to a very angry mom
Then his future self turned to look at Max, who for some reason, suddenly got excited like a 5 years old kid getting his first toy
"What the fuck...!?"
"Yeah, I think I have said that thousands of times when that happened"
"So like...your eyes...made people jump excitedly like they won a lottery or something?"
"Yeah, pretty much...and uh...it can also make people...aggressive too"
"Aggressive?"
"You don't want to know...but let's just say...you can't control of what's gonna happen when people look into your eyes directly, so yeah...you might wanna tape these glasses to your head all the time, we don't want to have Sophia as a scolding mom for 2 hours straight, do we?" He gestured towards Sophia, who was scolding him like an angry mom
"True..."
"Well, you should go back to the real world now, Sophia is going to need you by her side for the rest of her life"
"Yeah...I should do that..." Mike then walk into a door that has a sign clearly says "Exit 8"

Sophia slowly opened her eyes and to see that she's lying on the hospital bed, right besides her is Michael
"Sophia...glad you're finally wake up" he said, still holding onto her hands
"Mike...?" She mumbled, looking for her glasses
"Here" he handed her the glasses
She put on the glasses and to see Mike with a sunglasses on
"What's with the sunglasses?" She asked
"Well...let me show you" he took her to the bathroom, letting her see his eyes through the reflection of the mirror
He later explain his eyes situation to her, Sophia also later explain her newfound power
"Cool!" Mike exclaimed as her hand phased through the sink
And then, one reckless idea came into his mind, he suddenly took off his sunglasses and locked eyes with Sophia
She seems emotionless for a moment before all of sudden, she started whining like a 5 years old girl
"Oh shit...I forgot the effect would last for 2 hours..." Mike cursed as he remembered another warning note
"Mikeeeeee~ I want to hug youuuuuu~" she whined as she is phasing her head to be inside his chest
Mike can only sighed at this cuteness that would last for another 1 hour and 57 minutes, he also prayed Manggon wouldn't find out about this, or he's a dead meat
