"What do you think? Those two now treat asking for money as if it's asking for their lives, ugh, just thinking about it gives me a headache."
Wyatt Crawford said, pulling Eve Sherman down onto the couch, "Eve, what do you think we should do about this? Should we just gather some money for her? Let her use it to settle things with her family and be done with it."
Eve Sherman shook her head, "It's not that I'm unwilling to give her this money, even if she doesn't pay it back it would be fine, but the problem now is, her family is a bottomless pit. This hole is not something we can fill, now it's just buying a house, but later her brother's wedding, buying a car, having children, which of these don't cost money?"
"You're right. So what do we do now? She finally met someone she likes, but if this mess causes her boyfriend to leave, and she loses her job, what will she do in the future?"
