Eve Sherman felt like her head was splitting open, and her reactions were notably slower than before. After a few seconds, she asked in confusion, "Why am I in your room?"
"Something happened yesterday. I saw you passed out and took you to the hospital, then brought you here. I couldn't get your consent, sorry about that."
Upon hearing this, Eve instinctively looked down at her clothes and realized she wasn't wearing what she had on yesterday. Instead, she was dressed in a strange, ordinary red floral pajama set. A thunderous realization struck her mind, "I met Liam Langdon yesterday, had a drink, and it led to this. President Sutton, I didn't do anything inappropriate to you, did I?"
"No."
Stellan Sutton turned around and fetched a bag from the cabinet, "Your clothes got ruined last night, plus you felt unwell afterward and dirtied them. I asked the staff to change them for you. Here are some new clothes, go ahead and change."
