Just then, Lucas came over to call for a meeting, and Stellan thought for a moment, then set the matter aside.
Today, the team was still discussing the resort issues over at Keystone, and Stellan Sutton was reviewing the documents when his phone suddenly buzzed.
Thinking it was a reply from Eve Sherman, he immediately took out his phone. Seeing it was a message from Finn Sterling, he didn't even bother to open it and put it back.
The meeting lasted for over an hour. Upon exiting the meeting room, Eve Sherman's message finally came in.
"I'm fine, President Sutton. I didn't reply earlier because you were in a meeting. My apologies."
Stellan Sutton turned to glance at Lucas, who squeezed out a smile at him, "Earlier, Sherman asked what you were doing. I told her you were in a meeting. What's up?"
This Lucas, he's quite considerate.
Not sure whether to praise or reprimand him.
Stellan Sutton furrowed his brow ever so slightly, then shook his head and returned to his office.
