"My king I heard Darius had been relised and would be made the king.....
The king was oblivious to what he just said but he was extremely angry that someone had ruined his time with his concubine..
"You better say something important..." The king said almost growl like
He was the current king of humans and was known for his black bellied personality.
"Darius has been relised and would be made the vampire king."
The king turned pale, his legs weakened and he almost fell on the floor. He had heard tales from his grand father and he knew exactly what he does to people who does not consider him a an ally.
"It's over! The human race is over..." He kept muttering. The concubine sensing the seriousness of the situation excused herself. While thinking about how The r life would be turned upside down.
There was a reason why they all taught that way. During a message delivery to the palace, Darius father suddenly disappeared from the human land. They were aware that he was secretely investigating it but they overlooked it Since he had no evidence. But now he was going to be crowned king and it was much very over for them.
"When this this happen? The king asked still trembling." The subordinate had no idea how this was going to help but he still answered him honestly
"Two hours ago"
"Are the vampires aware?"

The king said nothing but waved the subordinate off giving him time alone with his taughts.
Soon the news spread around the human kingdom that Darius was relised to br made king. Some were happy about the decision claiming that he was not intially a criminal, some were against the idea knowing that he had something against the humans while we're nonchalant. Not happy or angry.
"Let's go somewhere" the old lady said before he could reply, she dragged him to a forest. The dark forest that was currently forbidden for humans. If only she knew who he was. He taught but didn't complain through the whole journey
