Chapter 26 : The Clash of Steel and Storm
The battle between Jin Yuan and Kaizen raged like a storm—each strike shaking the very core of the Blue Realm. Their blows collided with thunderous force, sparks and shockwaves tearing through the metallic air. Though Jin Yuan's swordsmanship was precise and tactical, Kaizen's brute strength and relentless aggression began to dominate the fight.
Kaizen grinned wildly, his eyes gleaming with bloodlust.
Kaizen: "Is that all you've got?! How weak!"
With a roar, he slammed his gauntlets together, generating a massive air shockwave that blasted Jin Yuan backward. The force sent him crashing into a towering high-tech structure, leaving cracks and dust swirling around him.
Meanwhile, Musukoni lay motionless in the distance—unconscious, bruised, and bleeding.
Jin Yuan steadied his breath, his expression hollow yet focused.
(Thinking) "This is bad... He's stronger than me. I can't even counter his attacks properly."
Then—his sharp eyes caught something. A brief opening.
(Thinking) "He's not defending... only attacking."
With a sudden burst of speed, Jin Yuan charged forward, his massive katana slicing through the blue mist. Kaizen barely dodged, but Jin Yuan's blade grazed his chestplate, leaving a shallow mark.
The next swing landed with more precision—the impact cracking one of Kaizen's gauntlets.
Kaizen laughed, unfazed, almost thrilled.
Kaizen: "Ah! Now this is getting interesting!"
But Jin Yuan stayed silent—his calm eyes burning with quiet resolve. Their weapons clashed again and again, echoing through the realm like drums of war.
Still, Kaizen's power began to overwhelm him. Spotting a brief hesitation, Kaizen's fist met Jin Yuan's ribs with a bone-shattering impact.
Jin Yuan was hurled backward, slamming into another massive tower. The structure groaned, half-collapsing under the impact.
Kaizen cracked his neck, smirking.
Kaizen: "What an interesting match..."
