Red said helplessly, "Been ambushed so many times at Mt. Silver."
This middle-aged man was none other than the Johto region Elite Four member, Poison Elite Four Koga!
Koga leapt down, getting straight to the point. "I want you to help me repay a favour."
Red said in surprise, "Even you're owing favours now?"
Koga remained silent long time, slowly saying, "Recently, I made new breakthroughs in the Poison domain."
"What?"
"Look at your feet."
Red looked down, immediately feeling somewhat chilled.
Around his ankles were countless green-eyed, infinitely Minimised Grimer!
These Grimer were only ant-sized yet resembled toxin pools gathered together.
Surrounding areas were filthy slime; hard to imagine how many Minimised Grimer existed!
"Venusaur."
Almost instantly, Red opened his Poké Ball, leaping onto Venusaur's back, commanding sternly, "Vine Whip!"
Swift as lightning, two vine whips shot out, 'snap' binding Koga's neck.
From opening the Poké Ball to restricting Koga's movements took less than three seconds!
Koga proactively raised both hands. "I mean no harm."
"I'm merely testing whether Champions can see through this new tactic." Koga's mouth curved slightly. "Seems quite successful now."
Red said coldly, "This is your so-called new tactic?"
"Yes." Koga nodded.
"I think if I ambush hundreds or thousands of Grimer beforehand, even the Elite Four would struggle escaping."
Red glanced around at those gradually retreating Grimer, feeling somewhat chilled.
"This comes from that trainer named Lu Ye... was that the name?"
Koga murmured, "Full-team Minimise tactics are truly disgustingly dirty!"
"Anyway... I got inspiration from him."
"I know you know him. My daughter watches his streams daily, says Red is also his fan..." Koga suddenly rambled.

Red sighed. "What exactly do you want me to do?"
"I know he recently captured a Gastly... though somewhat self-praising, this Toxic experience represents my life's learning."
Koga tossed a scroll toward Red. Venusaur deftly caught it with vine whips.
"I hope you can help me deliver this to him." Koga bowed seriously toward Red. "Deeply grateful!"
