Georgea's lips parted as she murmured the words in her mind, 'Summer gave birth to a son…'
Shock washed over her. She couldn't accept it. To her, it felt as though both men were conspiring behind her back.
"You sound just like Gideon now," she muttered bitterly. "What is this? Some kind of scheme? What are you two trying to do?"
"I'm not lying," Ben replied firmly. "I verified it myself. I conducted a DNA test on the child. The results confirmed that the girl wasn't Summer's daughter either."
Still, disbelief clouded Georgea's face.
"I have proof," Ben added. Unlocking his phone, he scrolled through the screen before stopping at a document. "Look."
He handed the phone to her.
Georgea stared at the report, her shock deepening with every second. "How… how is this possible? I was there when she gave birth. The doctor clearly announced it was a girl."
"The babies were switched," Ben said gravely.
"Switched?" Georgea exclaimed. "Then… where is my grandson?"
