The battle ended almost as soon as it began.
Rank 6 monsters were torn apart by waves of death mana, their bodies collapsing into dust before they could even scream. Rank 7 beasts fared no better—necrotic chains dragged them screaming into the shadows, while lich spells erased their cores with cold precision. Even the strongest among them barely managed a roar before being overwhelmed.
Within minutes, the chamber fell silent.
The floor was spotless.
Not a single corpse remained—only faint motes of fading mana where monsters had once existed.
A soft chime echoed through the chamber.

One of the knights swallowed.
