Noah wiped the blood from off of his blade.
"Noah… you didn't have to kill him." Emma said.
"He shot at me first," Noah replied, sliding his sword back into its sheath. "I just returned the favor."
Kid whistled. "You're even more ruthless than what the rumors say."
"I prefer efficient," Noah replied.
Law tilted his head, studying Noah. "Teleportation, vector manipulation… you're dangerous."
"Tell me something I don't know," Noah said with a grin.
The Marines who could still move crawled back, terrified. None of them dared to fire.
Emma stepped in front of Noah and poked his forehead.
"I said don't destroy the archipelago. That includes murdering half the Marines here!"
"I didn't destroy anything," Noah replied. "Look, everything's still standing."
"That's not the point!"
Amy giggled nervously. "Um… maybe we should go before more Marines show up?"
As if on cue, the ground shook.
"What's that?" Emma whispered.
Three shapes stepped out from behind the Marine.
Amy's jaw dropped.
"W-Why do they all look the same…?"
Luffy tilted his head. "Huh? What are those weird guys?"
Noah(Thinking) -[ Just like in the anime Pacifista]
Kid cracked his knuckles. "Tch. Doesn't matter. I'll smash them."
Law frowned.
Emma stepped closer to Noah. "Another fight…?"
"Looks like it," Noah said. "And whatever those things are, they're dangerous."
One of the metal giants raised its hand.
A ball of light formed in its palm.
Noah's eyes widened. "That's...MOVE!"
The beam fired.
BOOOOOOM!!
A violent explosion ripped apart the ground where they had been standing seconds earlier.
Emma shielded her head. "They attacked without warning!"
"They're not thinking," Noah said. "They're just… reacting."
Luffy stretched. "Alright! Let's beat 'em up!"
Kid grinned. "Finally somethin' interesting!"
Law sighed. "And here I thought today would be quiet."
Amy tugged Noah's sleeve. "Captain… which one do we fight?"
"All of them," Noah said.
Emma smacked his shoulder. "No! Pick ONE before we die!"
Noah pointed at the closest one. "Fine. That one."
Luffy charged at the second.
Kid seized the third with his magnetic pull.
Law slipped between them with Shambles.
Emma dragged Amy behind debris.
"Stay here! Let those idiots destroy everything!"
Amy peeked out. "But Noah is one of the idiots…"
Emma groaned. "Exactly."
Noah stepped forward.
"Kuma…?"
The Pacifista scanned him.
"TARGET LOCKED. ENGAGE."
It fired a beam.
Noah snapped his fingers.
"Vector Manipulation- Absolute Reflection!"
The beam redirected and hit the Pacifista in the chest.
BOOM!
Smoke rose, but it didn't fall.
Emma stared. "H-How is it still standing?!"
Noah frowned.
"It's way tougher than i thought."
The Pacifista rushed at him with shocking speed.
Noah ducked and teleported behind it.
Noah swings his sword.
Clank!
His blade barely scratched it.
"What kind of metal is this…?" Noah hissed.
The Pacifista twisted its head all the way around.
Amy shivered. "Eww…"
It grabbed Noah and lifted him.
Noah smirked.
"Bad choice."
He teleported out of its hand and reappeared behind it.
"Vector Manipulation-Implosion!"
The back of its head crumpled inward.
The Pacifista dropped to one knee— then its systems whirred.
"REPAIRING."
Emma froze. "It can fix itself?!"
Amy hid behind her. "I don't like it… I don't like it at all…"
The Pacifista aimed at them.
"Noah!!" Emma shouted.
Noah teleported instantly, redirecting the beam midair.
The laser shot harmlessly into the sky.
Noah smirked.
"You two okay?"
Emma exhaled. "Barely…"
Meanwhile
Luffy slammed his Pacifista through a mangrove root.
Kid punched his with a metal fist.
Law sliced the Pacifista and swapped it's body part.
Then.
A soft light descended from above.
Emma whispered, "What… is that…?"
Noah grinned.
"That's an Admiral."
The man of light landed gently, hands in pockets, sunglasses reflecting the destruction.
Kizaru.
"Oohhh… my my," Kizaru said lazily.
"This is quite the mess."
His eyes drifted across the battlefield—
Luffy.
Law.
Kid.
Noah.
Then he smiled slightly at Noah.
"Now aren't you an interesting one…"
Noah glared.
"I don't care who you are. You're in my way."
Kizaru smirked.
"Oh dear… how frightening."
A beam fired.
Noah teleported instantly.
The ground exploded where he had been standing.
Emma screamed. "NOAH!"
Noah appeared on a rooftop, breathing hard.
Kizaru looked up lazily.
"My, my. Fast boy."
Noah glared. "Stay away from my crew."
Kizaru tilted his head toward Emma and Amy.
"Ohhh… so that's the soft spot."
Noah's eye twitched.
Emma grabbed Amy. "Noah, do NOT—"
"I'm not. He is."
Kizaru floated up.
"Shall we test how far light travels…?"
Noah vanished.
Kizaru barely reacted as Noah appeared in front of him, sword raised.
They clashed
gravity vs. light
sending shockwaves across the mangroves.
Emma and Amy covered their ears.
Luffy stared. "Whoa… Noah's fighting that shiny guy!"
Kid laughed. "He's insane."
Law smirked. "Or confident."
Noah teleported behind Kizaru.
Kizaru turned into light.
Noah grabbed the light itself, redirecting its vectors.
Kizaru reformed.
They clashed repeatedly.
Emma cried out, "Noah! You can't fight an Admiral!"
Noah didn't hear her.
Kizaru dropped a light-kick downward.
Noah blocked with a Vector Barrier.
Kizaru smiled.
"You're strong…"
Noah inhaled. "This is nothing."
Gravity surged.
The air warped.
The mangrove roots snapped.
"Gravity Crush."
Kizaru slammed into the ground.
Kid shouted, "NO WAY!"
Law whispered, "He forced Kizaru down…?"
Kizaru stood up, dusting himself off.
"Ohh… painful."
He vanished.
A light-kick smashed Noah through a building.
Emma screamed. "NOAH!!"
Amy cried. "Is he alive?!"
Dust cleared.
Noah rose slowly, wiping blood from his lip.
"I'm… not done yet."
His eyes turned pitch-black.
Vector Manipulation.
"FULL DRIVE."
