Alaric was sitting on the bed with Bethany besides him cleaning up his wounds. When he came back he had found Bethany alone in the brothel bored out of her life.
She told him that the other girls had gone to shop and just for walks since they were also bored.
Because of the public notice on the evacuation, the whole red district was deserted of people with the usual crowd too scared to come. The matter about the notice had already spread.
