But seeing Micheal so deeply lost in thought, Loren interrupted him and said, "Brother, I don't think you would know Allen McPhee, because he was Eric's contemporary—and your death happened even before Eric was framed and before he became a detective."
What Loren said was true, yet Micheal couldn't understand why he still felt as if he had heard the name Allen McPhee somewhere before. For the moment, however, he pushed those thoughts aside and focused mainly on reaching that tea store, where he hoped he might find some information about Claire.
On the other hand, back on Earth, Mercy, stephnie, and lily were seated around Micheal's body, guarding it so that it would remain safe and no wandering soul could enter his body.
"Mercy, what do you think—has Micheal found Claire by now or not?" stephnie asked, looking toward Mercy.
"I can't say anything for sure," Mercy replied with a smile, "but about one thing I am completely certain—until Micheal finds Claire, he will not return."
