Thunder arts in The Outcast were very different from the elemental powers of Vision holders in Teyvat. The Five Thunders True Law could call down heavenly thunder itself, and thunder techniques naturally suppressed evil spirits.
If this were yesterday, Su Han wouldn't even need to use the Godhood Mask to shred that Abyss Lector.
Once he calmed down, he immediately ordered, "System, enhance the Five Thunders True Law!"

White radiance surged through his body. The thunder within Su Han expanded wildly, what was once a thread of lightning was now a massive thunder-dragon.

He raised a finger. A spark split into countless lightning needles, and with another thought, they merged into a single lightning sword.
That was the power of Minor Achievement.
Not satisfied, Su Han pressed on.

"Yes!"
The system had granted him one free enhancement earlier when its authority increased. He had been saving it for this moment.

A mighty thunderclap exploded in Su Han's mind. For an instant, he seemed to stand within a world of lightning, where countless thunder techniques existed at his command. With a single thought, the thunder of the heavens would obey him.

Once he regained clarity, Su Han noticed a subtle new sense, even without focusing, he could feel the thunder rolling in the sky. This was something he couldn't sense at Minor Achievement.
Of course, drawing upon heavenly power wasn't easy. It consumed energy rapidly.
"But tempering my strength can wait. Time to keep selling manga. Master Hu Tao, would you like your new volumes? They've been updated!"
Su Han opened the door and shouted. Within seconds, hurried footsteps pounded up the stairs.
Hu Tao rushed over, coffee still on her lips. "Where? Which one updated?!"
"Both."
"Two at once? Amazing!" Hu Tao hugged the books happily. "I've been researching new coffee all morning and my head was killing me. New manga is exactly what I needed! You always get me! But can you give me a few more copies? I want to bring them to Eula, Amber, and Paimon with Lumine."
"No problem. But Eula went home this morning."
"Huh? Why? She was injured! And you said people in the city push her around. Why go home?"
Su Han sighed. "She has her pride. If you want to bring her manga, I can go with you."
Hu Tao's eyes brightened. "You know where she lives?"
"Of course not. But we can ask around. And plenty of people should know where the Lawrence family estate is."
Someone as famous as Eula, any kid in town would know her address.
Hu Tao nodded. "Right, that makes sense. Let's go!"
Though Eula always acted cold, Hu Tao never believed she was truly like that. If she herself were bullied every day, she would've fought back on the spot. But Eula never did more than scare people a little. Just that alone told Hu Tao Eula must be very gentle inside.
