Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: The System of the Heir

One month had passed since the thunderous meeting at the British Ministry of Magic.

The name Valvas had spread across both the Muggle and wizarding worlds — a noble house that even the Ministry dared not provoke.

But within the marble halls of the Valvas estate, the youngest of the family sat quietly in his nursery — a small boy with silver-white hair and diamond-blue eyes, reading a picture book.

To anyone else, Roy Valvas looked like a normal three-year-old.

But in truth, his mind was anything but ordinary.

When the maids left the room and silence fell, Roy exhaled softly and whispered,

"System... open interface."

A faint ding echoed in his mind as golden text appeared before his eyes.

Roy's eyes glimmered as he studied the glowing panel.

"So the system really works like a game... bloodlines, weapons, devil fruits, even items from other worlds. It's like a cheat menu from every anime I've ever watched."

He smiled faintly. The childish innocence on his face didn't match the calculating look in his eyes.

"But I shouldn't use any summons yet... not until I understand how this world reacts to power outside of magic."

Talent Evaluation

He tapped the [Talent Guide] icon, and text scrolled across the air.

D-Level Talent: barely passes the O.W.L.s.

C-Level Talent: can normally pass the N.E.W.T.s.

B-Level Talent: shows visible magic potential, slightly gifted.

A-Level Talent: overflowing with talent, a genius among peers.

S-Level Talent: transcendent prodigy, beyond common sense.

SS-Level Talent: once-in-a-century genius who alters history.

SSS-Level Talent: a legend — a name that shapes the future of magic itself.

Roy grinned.

"S-Level in Defence Against the Dark Arts and A-Level in Alchemy and Ice Magic... not bad for a toddler."

He looked down at his tiny hands.

"But even with this, I'm still just a beginner wizard. I can barely cast Lumos properly. Magic here runs on training and time... unless—"

His gaze shifted to the Bloodline Potion (Dark Phoenix) floating inside the system backpack. The description shimmered faintly:

[Bloodline Potion — Dark Phoenix]

A mythical creature born of both destruction and rebirth. Grants enhanced regeneration, flame affinity, and resurrection once per lifetime.

Warning: Power may exceed current magical capacity.

Roy hesitated. Then he laughed softly.

"Even with all this power, I can't rush. Grandfather and mother would sense any magical surge immediately. No... I'll wait."

He closed the interface with a thought.

The golden text faded, leaving only the quiet sound of wind outside the window. Somewhere beyond the horizon, the wizarding world was rebuilding after Voldemort's fall — unaware that another force, silent and patient, was already rising.

Roy touched the glass and whispered to himself:

"This time, I won't just live in this world... I'll rule it."
